Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with processing service contracts, customer changes and supporting the service sales department as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews service contract booking packages. Includes completing customer number request forms, reviewing and completing Installed Base forms and verifying the service contract transmittal forms. Creates branch service file and mechanic file.
- Ensures that customer change forms are accurate and forwards to regional contract administrators. Completes service contract change requests and attaches all relevant information to existing contract.
- Verifies all information on new EDS sheets and updates contact information in service contracts. Searches databases, customers, Installed Base and service contracts for existing information.
- State of NH billing and compliance components will be a key part of this role.
- State billing and compliance support: State of NH invoicing and testing coordination, as well as ME state testing.
- Dispatch and scheduling support: Assist with daily dispatching, off-route activity, vacation coverage, and general schedule coordination. Participate in daily morning huddles to review sick units, labor availability, and scheduling adjustments.
- Receives and reviews final acceptances from construction and modernization departments. Processes owner and unit changes as necessary.
- Prints special deck invoices and mails to customers. Prints service contract invoices upon request from customers or branch.
- Participates in monthly A/R conference calls with Regional Collectors. Actively pursues and follows-up on A/R items.
- Prepares and submits credit memos. Actively cleanses unapplied credits and submits washout requests as necessary.
- Assists with processing certificates of insurance for service jobs.

Primary Purpose

Education

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. We're currently hiring for the 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday.
Our comprehensive 8-week paid onsite training academy will set you up for success, empowering you to confidently connect with our customers. Training hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm on-site at 1150 W. Grove Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85283. During training, you will:
- Learn to navigate our systems, software programs, and internal processes
- Build the core service skills you need, including:
- Critical thinking
- Effective communication
- Confident decision-making
- Technical agility
After successful completion of training, eligible team members can transition to a flexible hybrid work model:
3 days onsite / 2 days remote (with the option to change your WFH days weekly)
Earn in opportunity to become voluntarily remote based on performance after 6 months
Eligible to bid for alternate shifts after 6 months
You also have the option of working in the office up to 5 days a week.

You Will:

The Manager of Field Services will lead and oversee a team responsible for managing and executing field service projects. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and meet customer specifications. The Manager of Field Services must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an interdepartmental team to complete field service projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outline and delegate tasks involved in field service projects, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct cost analysis and estimate expected costs for field service projects.
- Prepare and implement budgets based on cost estimates for field service operations.
- Address and resolve questions, concerns, and complaints from customers and team members during the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure field services align with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigating risks, including terminating projects if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices related to field services.
- Promote and market new field service projects, programs, and systems to potential clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
- At least three years of related experience in field services or project management is required.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
- The Director of BI and Data Services will be primarily managing Power BI and Epic Cogito. Preferred candidates would reside in Oregon with the ability to come onsite.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance work of business intelligence, analytics, and data architecture managers. Responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of data architecture and business intelligence strategies to meet the data needs of the organization. Ensures system standards and compatibility with SHS information systems architecture, tools, policies, and procedures. Ensures that data initiatives align with organizational objectives and data governance policies and procedures. Responsible for budgeting of IS Business Intelligence and Data Services department, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively to support the organization's goals. Leads maturation of Samaritan Health Services as a data driven, data literate health system, working with clinicians, business stakeholders, researchers, informaticists, IS colleagues, and others. Creates a culture of teaching, mentoring and professional development across the system. Maintains consultative, trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Business Intelligence and Data Services department provides comprehensive data support as a centralized resource for the organization. Services include data integration and warehousing, analytic reporting, business intelligence solutions, statistical data analysis, and data science solutions.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an Information Systems related field). An advanced degree in information systems, mathematics, statistics, analytics, engineering or a related field preferred.
- Eight (8) years professional and/or leadership experience in data analytics/business intelligence/data science required.
- Five (5) years experience in the management of technical resources required.
- Two (2) years experience in business intelligence/data science delivery required.
- Project management and continuous process improvement experience required.
- Experience with Epic Cogito strongly preffered.
- Experience in multiple data-related technologies required.
- Project management certifications preferred.
- Experience providing advanced business intelligence and data science solutions in a healthcare setting preferred.
