Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Robotics Engineer role located in Danvers, MA. The Robotics Software Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as developing robotics systems, implementing process automation, and collaborating with the software development team to enhance technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Structure from Motion (SfM) and camera pose estimation
• Strong experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting and surface reconstruction
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing computer vision algorithms (segmentation, object detection, classification, tracking)
• Familiarity with deep learning models and their deployment
• Solid understanding of multi-view geometry
• Proficiency in OpenCV, and either PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience working with 3D point clouds, mesh generation, and libraries such as Open3D, Trimesh, or PCL
• Familiarity with 3D reconstruction pipelines (e.g., COLMAP, NerfStudio, Photogrammetry tools)
• Strong knowledge of coordinate frames, and camera calibration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with ROS/ROS 2 concepts
• Familiarity with robot localization using SLAM and multi-sensor fusion
• Experience working with multi-modal sensors: GPS, LiDAR, stereo/depth cameras, IMUs
• Proficient in path planning algorithms (both global and local)
• Experience developing robotic software stacks for controls, motion planning, sensor integration, and simulation.

Senior Integrations Software Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Integrations Software Developer to lead the design and development of our enterprise-wide GraphQL API layer, which serves as the central integration platform connecting all enterprise systems and applications. This role goes beyond coding—you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable integration solutions. Summary of Position

As a Staff Software Engineer, you are a senior individual contributor who leads the design and delivery of significant platform features and raises the bar for engineering quality across the team. You'll work handson in code-designing APIs and data flows, building services in Python/FastAPI and React frontends, and guiding solutions from idea to production. You'll mentor engineers, influence architecture and standards within and adjacent to your team, and partner closely with product and design to achieve clear, measurable outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for platform features and services, breaking ambiguous requirements into clear, incremental designs and stories for your team and adjacent partners.

• Implement backend services in Python/FastAPI and React frontends end-to-end, owning a continuous stream of stories from idea to production.

• Define and use clear API contracts and data flows between services and UIs, creating patterns and templates others can follow.

• Significant experience with React (or a comparable SPA framework) and building production frontends that talk to backend APIs.

The base salary range for this position is$180,000 - $200,000. The Programmatic Ads team integrates with external demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, etc) through OpenRTB.
