This role will partner with ***’s BSA team, IT leadership, and PMO to understand current SDLC processes, identify pain points, gaps, and inconsistencies across teams, and translate findings into a more streamlined, AI-enabled operating model.

The BSA will assess our current requirements elicitation process and help define how an AI-infused approach can significantly improve the thoroughness, completeness, and quality of user requirements specifically for consumption by an AI coding agent.
