Quad is seeking Die Cutter Operators for our Franklin, WI location. We have openings on the third shift. The Die Cutter Operator efficiently performs set-up and operates machines that die cut blank and/or pre-printed stock. Responsibilities include confirming the accuracy and completeness of orders, dies, setup, and installation; managing paper stock and load and feed of paper; ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of cutting; staging completed work according to instructions; and maintaining the area. Wages start between $17.50 - $19.50 / hour or more for those with previous die cutter experience.

We have the following shift options to offer:
9:00 pm - 5:00 am Sunday - Thursday - + .50 shift premium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as take actions that support teamwork, safety, contamination control, and efficiency.
- Follow the pre-production, make ready, and production run tasks.
- Operate powered equipment.
- Occasionally, train workers on the Die Cutting Machine operations, including the feeding and take-off functions.
- Ensure the work area is clean, and that non-conforming, overruns, and/or waste are delivered to the appropriate repository.
- Cross-train as assigned.
- Follow and adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment rules and regulations.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to perform work-related math functions (which include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Accurately read and use measuring devices.
- Experience with hand tools.
- Have sufficient skill and experience with troubleshooting.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Have the ability to stand long hours, stop, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb, and use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement.
- Good verbal and written comprehension, with the ability to receive and follow instructions.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, and Vision Cut Die Cut Machinery.
- Some supervisory experience is a plus.

- Conducts initial analysis and develops insights for reports, as well as assists newer team members with conducting their analyses.
- Trains newer team members on business knowledge, technical skills, and project management, as well as provides close support and mentorship for 1-3 months after a new hire onboards.
- Supports ad hoc operational data requests and reporting.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline reporting distribution and makes recommendations to supervisors or managers on how to improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Reporting, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics; Knowledge of the basic principles of data modeling, data engineering, and data visualization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree (preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Technology aptitude (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, finance or related field a plus.
- Comfortable working with large datasets exceeding 10 million rows using various tools resources available.
- Strong attention to detail to recognize patterns and inconsistencies in data.
Loma Linda University Health (Loma Linda University Cancer Center, Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group), Division of Transplant and Cell Therapy (TCT) /Hematological Malignancies is looking to recruit for faculty positions at open rank (Assistant/Associate/Professor) as clinical investigators, including leadership opportunities to join our team.
We are seeking energetic faculty clinical investigators who desire to develop an academic, clinical research and patient-centered program, in close collaboration with established basic and translational scientists at Loma Linda University.
Successful candidates will have a primarily clinical assignment, but will also be expected to develop, conduct, and participate in clinical trials, other collaborative research in Hematological malignancies. Leadership opportunities are available based on candidate rank and experience.
Loma Linda University has a strong collaborative, mentoring and supportive environment especially for graduating fellows and junior faculty applicants.
Teaching responsibilities would involve oversight of residents, fellows, and mid-level providers during ambulatory and inpatient activities.
In addition to standard therapies, TCT/Hem Malignancies Division is focused on the development and implementation of novel therapies for Hematological Malignancies including novel agents, small molecules inhibitors, immune therapies (MoAbs, CAR-T, vaccine, and gene therapy) as well as autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation.
Specific hematological disease and treatment modality focus is optional and is based on candidate preference.
This work is supported by the Cancer Center Clinical Trials Unit, dedicated clinic space and infusion centers, inpatient unit, a new cGMP and TCT laboratory, FACT accredited TCT program in adult autologous and allogeneic BMT and immune effector cell therapy, fully characterized tumor samples repository and new state-of-the-art Medical Center building opened in 2021, all on the Medical School campus.

Qualification requirements include MD (or equivalent), completion of fellowships in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology, and Hematology or Medical Oncology board eligible or certified.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $200,000 – $500,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans.
