The Delivery Station Supervisor will provide on-shift leadership and will oversee the logistics package sort operation. You will manage all Hub activities and volume, including the unloading, sorting, and allocation of freight for drivers. Safe operations of the Hub are of the utmost importance and you will be responsible for leading up to 20 Associates at any one time and providing coverage for the Logistics Hub Manager when they are not onsite. The Delivery Station Supervisor will lead and cultivate a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

  • Manage a team of Warehouse Associates, along with directing contingent workforce to meet quality and safety standards, achieve performance metrics, and accomplish incoming volume bound for the correct destination
  • Use HelloFresh tech and systems to make operational decisions and ensure a culture of safety for operations inside facilities and over the road
  • Report to the Logistics Hub Manager to support operational scaling and communicate delays or any issues while quickly analyzing and prioritizing work to prevent failures
  • Conduct team huddles, to maintain engagement and an open line of communication with employees
  • Perform some dispatching functions for drivers and provide coverage for the Logistics Hub Manager on nightshift, weekends, and holidays
  • Monitor and evaluate the safety, cost, quality, and other agreed indicators
  • Ensure the security of all HelloFresh assets (hub facilities, vehicles, inventory)

In an assigned area or cell, under general supervision perform complex polishing and finishing operations of exacting tolerance on production or overhaul and repair parts.   • Aligning the rollers in the equipment to meet all dimensional requirements of job order. This includes adjustment for taper, TIR, roller surface finish, and finish dimensions.

Overview

The PCB-A / Manufacturing Process Engineer leads the development, implementation, and optimization of Adura’s high-reliability thermal PCB, PCB-A, and integrated box-build manufacturing operations.

This role owns end-to-end process control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, vacuum/nitrogen reflow, X-ray validation, electrical test (Flying Probe), conformal coating, and full box-build / subsystem integration.

The position ensures robust manufacturing flow, yield performance, and regulatory compliance for Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Industrial, Lighting, and Medical device programs.

Key Responsibilities

SMT & PCB-A Manufacturing

  • Lead full SMT line setup including solder paste printing, 3D SPI control, reflow profiling (vacuum/nitrogen), AOI tuning, X-ray validation, and electrical test integration
  • Optimize thermal PCB processes including heavy copper, metal-core, and high-current assemblies
  • Establish process controls for Flying Probe electrical validation and functional testing
  • Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time optimization
  • Develop PFMEA, control plans, DOE, SPC/CPK strategies

Box Build & Subsystem Assembly

  • Design and implement scalable box-build manufacturing flow for complete electronic subsystems
  • Develop mechanical assembly processes including torque control, harness integration, connectorization, and enclosure assembly
  • Establish ruggedization processes including conformal coating, potting, sealing, and environmental protection
  • Define functional test protocols for integrated subsystems
  • Support builds of aerospace control modules, defense electronics assemblies, industrial power systems, medical device subsystems, and high-performance lighting modules
  • Ensure full material traceability and serialized tracking at subsystem level

Compliance & Regulated Markets

  • Ensure compliance with IPC Class 2/3 standards
  • Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification
  • Drive readiness for AS9100 (Aerospace), IATF 16949 (Automotive), and ISO 13485 (Medical)
  • Collaborate with Quality on audits, corrective actions, and documentation control
  • Establish validated manufacturing processes suitable for regulated markets

NPI & Equipment Leadership

  • Lead NPI builds and process validation for new product introductions
  • Evaluate and implement new equipment, tooling, automation, and production upgrades

Position Overview

Colorado West Construction is a full-service general contractor specializing in large-format, ground-up national retail construction, commercial site development, structural steel projects, and corporate brand-driven builds across the Western United States.


We are seeking a highly experienced Project Superintendent to lead large-format, ground-up national retail projects throughout the Western region (including but not limited to UT, NV, CA, AZ).


This role requires proven experience delivering corporate-driven retail builds with hard opening dates, strict brand standards, and high-volume vendor coordination. Experience with Target national big-box retail clients is strongly preferred.


The Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader responsible for schedule management and execution, subcontractor management, inspection coordination, and successful turnover aligned with national client milestones.


This is a traveling position and requires a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced, schedule-sensitive environments.

 

Key Responsibilities


Ground-Up Retail Execution

  • Lead full site development from mobilization through turnover on 100,000+ SF retail projects
  • Drive milestone-based schedules aligned with fixed opening dates
  • Maintain and actively manage the master schedule and two-week look-ahead plans, with all scheduling tracked and updated in Procore.
  • Coordinate structural steel, MEP, refrigeration, and long-lead procurement sequencing
  • Ensure high-quality finishes consistent with national brand standards

Corporate & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as primary field liaison with Owner representatives and design consultants
  • Participate in weekly OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings
  • Coordinate specialty retail vendors, fixture installers, refrigeration contractors, and merchandising team.
  • Manage pre-punch processes in Procore and lead corporate deficiency walks to ensure timely project turnover.

Schedule & Documentation Discipline

  • Maintain daily logs in Procore (manpower, inspections, deliveries, weather, photos)
  • Track RFIs, submittals, and change events
  • Identify schedule impacts and proactively implement recovery strategies
  • Ensure documentation meets corporate reporting expectations

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce Cal OSHA and regional safety requirements (UT/NV/AZ compliance familiarity preferred)
  • Conduct and document weekly safety meetings in Procore.
  • Maintain clean, organized jobsite reflective of national retail expectations

 

Required Experience

  • 5-10+ years as Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects 100,000+ SF or more. Experience with Target national big-box retail clients is strongly preferred.
  • Tilt up construction experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-format national retail builds with fixed opening dates. Experience with Target national big-box retail clients is strongly preferred.

In this role, you will:
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot hemodynamic monitoring, imaging, and procedural equipment
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safe recovery
• Administer and manage medications, drips, and sedation under physician direction
• Provide rapid, skilled interventions in emergent cardiac events
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and ongoing care needs

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Graduate from one of the following Accredited Education Programs required: • Registered Nurse (RN) • Registered Radiology Technology (RTR) • Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) • Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) • Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic (EMT-P) • Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) • Vascular Intervention (VI).
  • Experience: 
    • If RN, one (1) year of Critical Care, Emergency Services, Cath/EP Lab, or Special Procedures experience, required.
    • If EMT-P, two (2) years of acute care hospital experience, required.
    • If RTR, RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVT or VI one (1) year of experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN)-North Carolina Board of Nursing License Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR) -ARRT Radiology OR Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) credentialing/accreditation and/or Paramedic associate degree from an appropriately recognized Paramedic program. Or Technologist Registry OR Respiratory Therapist-licensed by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) AND Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as RRT. OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Cardiovascular Tech, and Vascular Intervention-graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program. If the Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CIS) is not a RN, RTR with CI or VI certification, he/she must obtain their Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 24 months of hire for continued employment, required.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing.
    • Pass yearly Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test
