Purpose

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting critical IT infrastructure components that enable secure, reliable, and scalable business operations. This individual will provide advanced technical expertise, lead critical projects, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage VMware vSphere and Cloud Foundation including ESX hypervisor configuration, lifecycle management, and optimization.
• Administer VMware NSX networking and security virtualization, ensuring robust segmentation, micro-segmentation, and secure network overlays.
• Oversee storage infrastructure, including Pure Storage arrays, and mange compute platforms such as Cisco UCS servers and Fabric Interconnects via Cisco Intersight.
• Implement disaster recovery and cyber resilience strategies using VMware Live Recovery solutions, including VMware Live Cyber Recovery and VMware Live Site Recovery.
• Maintain Active Directory Domain Services, including group policy and DNS.
• Install, configure, and support Windows Server 2016 – 2025 and provide a point of escalation for Windows 11 end user devices.
• Administer Exchange Online/Hybrid environments, ensuring reliability and integration with Proofpoint Email Protection solutions.
• Maintain and support PKI infrastructure, ensuring the integrity and availability of digital certificates.
• Automate administrative tasks and develop operational scripts using tools such as PowerShell and VCF PowerCLI.
• Apply basic networking concepts to support connectivity, troubleshooting, and integration across platforms.
• Document system configurations, operating procedures, and incident responses to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with business requirements and security standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure management, and enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in VMware virtualization platforms (vSphere, Cloud Foundation, NSX)
• Experience with Windows Server (2016–2025), Active Directory, Exchange Online/Hybrid, and core Microsoft services
• Strong knowledge of enterprise server and storage platforms (Cisco UCS, Pure Storage) and hybrid cloud/Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with security and resilience technologies including PKI, EDR/NGAV, email security, monitoring, and data protection platforms
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, PowerCLI).
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and assisted by additional personnel lifting of equipment up to 120 lbs as needed.
• Occasional travel to Roseburg facilities, data centers, or industry events (up to 10%).
• Participation in after-hours support and on-call rotations as required

The Role We Want You For

Travel on an as-needed basis to support HVAC/mechanical equipment receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage verification across active jobsites, warehouses, vendor locations, and occasional factories. Lead on-the-ground support for damage, shortage, freight, and warranty claims through accurate photo logs and timely coordination with field teams, suppliers, carriers, and manufacturers. The Specifics of the Role

• Travel on short notice to verify deliveries vs. BOLs/packing slips, POs, and approved submittals; document shortages, damage, and discrepancies.
• Capture clear photo logs (crate condition, tags/serials, model numbers, accessories, storage conditions) and issue concise condition reports.
• Confirm proper storage/protection/handling (weather protection, ventilation, security, rigging points, laydown practices) and coordinate corrections.
• Support damage/shortage investigations and freight/warranty claims: compile evidence, timelines, and required documentation; coordinate RMAs, parts, and service as needed.
• Attend factory visits/FATs when required; provide visit summary, findings, and action items.
• Maintain warranty log and closeout documentation; provide light takeoff/quote support and help identify recurring shipping/storage risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction field experience on active jobsites; mechanical/HVAC experience required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems and equipment (e.g., AHUs/RTUs, VAVs, chillers/boilers, pumps, cooling towers, VRF, accessories).
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail; comfortable communicating with field teams, vendors, carriers, and manufacturers.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel with very short notice and work flexible hours as needed; safety-minded and PPE compliant.
• Experience with warranty administration, freight/damage claims, receiving/storage standards, and/or factory inspections.

The Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will lead the development of commercial and industrial solar, storage, and EVSE projects across the United States, from project mandate through internal handoff to construction. Position Overview

The Inbound & Inventory Supervisor owns inbound execution, warehouse-controlled inventory accuracy, material availability, and warehouse standards. This role supervises 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks and serves as the operational link between Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production to ensure clean material flow into and out of the warehouse.

This role is accountable for all inventory accuracy from dock receipt through warehouse storage and staged release to production. Once inventory is formally transferred to Production, ownership shifts.

In this business, small gaps create lost revenue. This role exists to eliminate those gaps inside the warehouse while ensuring safe handling, storage, and movement of all materials.

Leadership & Team Oversight

• Supervise and develop 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks
• Set daily priorities for receiving, putaway, counts, replenishment, and staging
• Audit work for accuracy and scanning compliance
• Coach for detail, urgency, and disciplined execution
• Enforce SOP adherence across Receiving, Putaway, Picking, and Transfer to Production
• Hold team accountable for warehouse inventory standards

Inbound Management & Quality Control

• Lead receiving operations for florals, vessels, packaging, and consumables
• Validate quantities against POs prior to system receipt
• Inspect florals for quality and specification compliance
• Ensure lot tracking accuracy for florals
• Quarantine and resolve non-conforming materials
• Document and escalate vendor discrepancies within 24–48 hours
• Coordinate dock flow and inbound prioritization
• Ensure accurate labeling, LPN creation, and system transactions

Warehouse Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Maintain 98–99%+ accuracy for all warehouse-controlled inventory

• Maintain a clean, structured, luxury-grade warehouse environment
• Ensure proper storage conditions for florals and packaging
• Enforce safe material handling practices and adherence to all warehouse safety procedures
• Identify and address safety risks related to storage, material movement, and equipment use

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for managing incoming shipments, including temperature checks, accurate logging, and proper storage or distribution of goods. This role ensures all loading docks are covered based on daily delivery schedules and supports inventory management, food safety, and compliance. On non-delivery days helping oversee daily operations and coordination with other team leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform and log temperature checks of all perishable goods upon arrival, following HACCP guidelines and company standards.
• Store food and supplies in proper containers and designated storage areas according to safety and spoilage-prevention protocols.
• Inventory and maintain necessary food and supply levels for uninterrupted Food Service operations.
• Date, label, and rotate stock per company guidelines, ensuring oldest inventory is used first (FIFO).
• Order food and supplies per product specifications using company-approved procedures and ordering systems.
• Safeguard and secure storage areas, chemicals, equipment, and supplies to prevent theft or accidents.
• Transport food and supplies using proper containers and/or vehicles to maintain integrity during transit.
• Adjust daily location and responsibilities based on delivery schedules to ensure all loading docks are covered.
• Supervise and lead morning team operations when shipments are not scheduled, fulfilling lead-level responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of dock and storage areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs for all related equipment.
• Complete all assigned reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in a timely and accurate manner per company policies.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety protocols (MSDS).
• Communicate clearly and effectively with other leads, team members, and supervisors to ensure operational continuity.

This position reports directly to the site Plant Manager. The position is responsible to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the logistics department. The incumbent must possess a good level of understanding of the functional areas and provides leadership in a team setting. The position will also lead logistics projects to drive warehouse efficiencies, modifications or improvements. The person serves as a liaison for and resource to the third-party operations (if applicable) when it relates to raw materials and finished goods.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of Strategies, objectives and execution plans that optimize both the Distribution Center and Material Flow operations, including driving On-Time/In Full, best in class product storage and handling, and delivery of high inventory accuracy and low damage results
• Drive supply chain value capture activities across all aspects of Logistics to eliminate waste, improve storage density, and yield cost savings; Provides input into new (or improving existing) processes, standards or operational plans in support of mill/Logistics strategies, with some impact on business unit/Logistics overall results
• Maintain strong, safe working conditions and drive a people-based safety culture consistent with plant and staff objectives; Lead and develop the talent of the site Logistics team
• Provide work direction and leadership to logistics personnel ensuring labor resources are utilized effectively; Develop and implement effective cost management practices and cost improvement programs
• Foster an environment conducive to favorable employee relations; Establish/maintain housekeeping standards in conformance to plant and government regulations
• Properly manage materials handling equipment including but not limited to lift truck fleet, robotic cells, palletizers, and conveyance system; Provide oversight to Trailer Yard services, safety, and efficiency
• Consistently lead first with safety to demonstrate that it is embraced as an immovable value. Develop and maintain safety systems in accordance with K-C standards and lead team to complete safety objectives and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Create and support an environment that removes barriers to success; Develop and implement continuous improvement programs that ensure the safe handling of finished product continues to grow and progress.
• Maintain systems and procedures in finished products in accordance with SHARP quality objectives; Maintain housekeeping programs which meet or exceed department and plant objectives.; Drive supply chain value capture programming within warehouse to yield transformational cost savings.
• Development of team objectives that support Plant and Staff Distribution objectives. Support mill initiatives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People; Provide for the most cost-effective storage, retrieval and issuing of finished materials in the plant. Support efforts to drive improvements in material flow and storage density; Leverage and optimize warehouse management system technology to maximize distribution efficiency.
• Ensure that appropriate distribution assets and equipment are available and properly maintained; Ensure the effective development and application of internal control systems/procedures, customer service policies and facility standard operating procedures in distribution; Engage back with Staff Distribution on performance to objectives, network standards and programs, and collaborative improvement opportunities.

Procurement Coordinator – Renewable Energy (Charlotte NC 4 days in office, 1 WFH)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and supply‑chain activities for renewable energy projects across the U.S. You’ll help source critical equipment, manage supplier communications, and coordinate logistics for large‑scale solar and energy storage (BESS) developments.

This is a key position for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, international environment where collaboration and precision matter. You’ll work closely with engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams to ensure that each project runs smoothly from procurement to commissioning.

This is a full time (40 hours per week) contract role for an initial 12 months with view to extending

What You’ll Do

• Support the creation and rollout of procurement strategies for solar and BESS projects nationwide.
• Manage end‑to‑end supplier communication — preparing RFQs, reviewing bids, comparing proposals (technical and commercial), and contributing to vendor selection.
• Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for essential project materials and equipment.
• Track vendor performance, pricing, and delivery timelines, ensuring contract compliance.
• Assist with contract drafting, review, and negotiation, following internal procurement standards.
• Handle import/export documentation, tariffs, and international shipping coordination where required.
• Maintain organized procurement records within the company’s ERP system and ensure all data is accurate and current.
• Provide supply‑chain updates and recommendations to support project scheduling and resource planning.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues in engineering, construction, and project operations to align procurement timing with project milestones.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Background supporting EPC, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with solar PV and battery storage equipment (modules, inverters, BESS).
• Knowledge of RFQ processes, bid evaluation, and contract compliance.
• Understanding of import/export procedures, tariffs, and international logistics.
• Experience working with ERP and procurement software (Business Central or similar).
