Role Description
PLPC is looking for qualified Sales Representatives for the US market. The ideal candidate is someone who can attain deadlines and reach goals, loves a challenge, works very well under pressure, is detail-oriented, and has the right and strong business ethic.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate & manage growth of a given account. (established and new)
- Generate revenue by obtaining & managing all assigned sales orders.
- Establish and achieve (or exceed) all quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers as well as co-workers.
- Respond to all customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone promptly.
- Understanding and being able to interpret all technical specs of all products sold by the company.
- Providing technical information to clients to help close the sale and generate a PO.
- Be responsible for maintaining your customers’ inventory and ensuring they have healthy levels at all times.
- Use any company assets and all available training resources to stay up to date on product updates & features.
- Some travel to assigned accounts and provide sales training and help build a strong relationship with customers.
- Any additional responsibilities may be given or assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer component knowledge

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $50,000 - $57,000 (Salary)
Bonus: $2,500 ($1,250 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1,250 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)
Join a service oriented, close-knit team providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a nationally recognized, evidence-based intervention to children and families in the KCMO area. The successful candidate for this position will receive training and certification in FFT, along with excellent clinical support.
The successful candidate for this position will work well independently, as the position is very autonomous with much flexibility in scheduling sessions. Caseloads are very manageable, as the FFT model supports caseloads of 10-14 families at a time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
- Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
- Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
- Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
- Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system
- Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following:
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
- Professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, PLPC, LPC, etc.)

We are seeking a Residential Treatment Therapist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $50,000 - $59,000

This role will provide professional therapy services, including individual, group, and family, in addition to crisis management as needed. As a member of the Clinical Team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Diagnoses client's problems by collecting and evaluating information about the client's situation.
- Develops treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client, determining treatment methodologies.
- Advises clients by suggesting and exploring resolutions, discussing progress toward goals.

We are seeking a part-time Functional Family Therapist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $17.50 - $35.00 (Hourly)
Note: Your base wage will be $35.00 per hour for direct clinical work with families and calls/texts to engage families. In addition, for every hour of direct clinical work, an additional half hour will be paid out to compensate for travel time, documentation, collateral contacts, and/or consultation with Cornerstones of Care staff. (These are still expected if not fully reimbursed). For example, a one-hour FFT session would be reimbursed at $35 and an additional $17.50 will be provided to cover travel and documentation, etc. These funds are subject to deductions and withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company. Compensation may be modified from time to time at the company's discretion. Cornerstones of Care pays on a bi-weekly basis.
We are seeking a Part Time Functional Family Therapist to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. We are seeking a Mental Health Provider to join our Grandview Middle School team.
Starting Salary: $ 50,000- $55,000 (Salary)
Bonus: $2500 ($1000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)
This role will support students, families, and district personnel in the Grandview School District's two middle schools to address personal, emotional and social problems that interfere with school adjustment and promote students' academic success following a school social worker model. This position is a full-time twelve (12) month position per year. Nine (9) months of the year services will be provided in the district's two middle schools. During the three (3) months over the summer services will be extended for identified students and families, providing individual and/or family support in school, home and/or community
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide consultation to building administrators and teacher support teams on issues related to mental health
- Provide assessment of and direct therapeutic services to students at the middle school level, and/or their families, who are experiencing social and emotional problems at school
- Provide traditional school social work support to students and/or their families at the middle school level, as needed, to provide options and referrals to ensure community available resource acquisition
- Provide direct mental health services to at-risk students at the middle school level
- Participate in agency and district in-service training as requested and appropriate
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with this population and the following:
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in social work, marriage and family therapy, or as a licensed professional counselor.
- Familiar with implications of trauma, attachment and diversity.
- 1-2 years of experience working with this population.
