The PLANNER/ANALYST MUST HAVE experience in fashion planning and be responsible for supporting merchandise planning, inventory optimization, sales forecasting, and business strategy execution. Qualifications:
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or financial analysis (fashion industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); experience with planning tools is a plus.

Project Management

- Expected to recommend solutions from moderate to complex level shoe engineering challenges that arise throughout the development process.
Industry Knowledge
- Has obtained 2-3 years of footwear development employment history and established a highly proficient level of technical knowledge of development, engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the footwear industry in your ability to recommend relevant and viable solutions to problems, in alignment with generally accepted industry best practices.
- High level of comfort speaking with material suppliers, factory technicians, outside contractors and consultants about shoe development best practices and objectives.

THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. Weβre open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients canβt wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions
- Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
- Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
- Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
- Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Radiography, or ARRT certification in MRI required.

General Position Summary
The Entry Level HR Shared Service Coordinator supports the delivery of efficient and consistent HR services to employees and managers across the organization. - Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Maintains regular attendance at, and participates in, Interdisciplinary Team meetings; communicates participant changes, collaborates on plan of care decisions and coordination for twenty-four (24) hour care delivery.
- Provides treatment to participants and implements physical therapy procedures consistent in achieving identified goals. Grades activities to facilitate goals. Confers with Interdisciplinary Team on participants care issues.
- Evaluates participantβs needs. Follows-up with participants during treatment, explaining precautions to take. Discusses condition and treatment plans and recommends solutions to participants care problems with Interdisciplinary Team.
- Assesses the need for adaptive Durable Medical Equipment (DME), specialized shoes and prosthesis followed by recommendations to Interdisciplinary Team. Receives authorization prior to purchases. Assesses all newly issued orthotic shoes, braces and prosthetics for appropriateness and proper fit.
- Assists as liaison with Senior Community Care nursing home and assisted living staff regarding physical therapy needs of participants who are their residents.
