This position manages a grant and contract portfolio totaling approximately $7 million and ensures organizational compliance with complex funding requirements across a diverse, 7-state portfolio of programs and projects, including multi-year awards.
This role directly supervises three staff and provides indirect leadership and coordination with three Area Directors responsible for program implementation and contract deliverables.
The Senior Director leads the development and implementation of standardized grant management systems, compliance protocols, reporting processes, and contract performance monitoring frameworks.
The role partners closely with Area Directors, Project Managers, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure effective resource allocation, timely delivery of contract deliverables, and strong funder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our growing Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business. This role goes beyond traditional legal supportβit is embedded directly with Sales and Operations to accelerate revenue, streamline deal execution, and strengthen risk management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
You will serve as a business-oriented lawyer, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to shape smarter, faster deals, while ensuring commercial and legal risks are managed effectively. By engaging early in the deal cycle and staying engaged post-signature, you will help bridge sales and legal, driving both business growth and contract governance. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the energy storage and/or PV industries, especially those with a track record of negotiating and/or drafting EPC and System Integration contracts.
Key Responsbilities
Deal Support & Negotiation
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex ESS sales contracts (including EPC, Supply, and Tolling agreements).
- Partner with Sales to structure commercially viable, risk-balanced deal terms that accelerate deal closure.
- Actively participate in customer-facing negotiations and internal contract approval processes.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Serve as contract owner from negotiation through execution, deployment, and closeout.
- Track key milestones, obligations, amendments, and renewals to ensure compliance across teams.
- Conduct post-signature risk assessments and feed learnings into future negotiations.
Project & Post-Commissioning Support
- Advise Project Management on contractual interpretation, issue resolution, and change order management.

Process & Governance Development
- Build and refine standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and contracting processes for consistency and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Summary
The Senior Contract Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting, will be part of the Point32Health Ancillary Network Contracting team reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting. Senior Contract Manager will operate with minimal oversite to manage ancillary specialties, for Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health networks for all lines of business. The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for provider specialties that are more complex in reimbursement, benefit application, and/or larger networks.The Senior Contract Manager will function as point person for provider recruitments; determining network needs and evaluating prospective providers. The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for working on contract negotiation and administration; adhering to plan reimbursement strategies. This individual will ensure that contract terms are consistent with the organization's established legal and financial guidelines. Job Description
- Develops, negotiates, executes and manages provider contracts for services and reimbursement issues with ancillary providers. Participates in all operational aspects of contractual agreements. Develops and maintains key provider relationships.
- Effectively manages the enterprise contractual structure with providers across networks and lines of business. As well as represent the ancillary providers within the organization to include key network issues relevant to plan strategy and operations.
- Collaborates with analytic staff to develop medical budget, evaluate cost trends, and formulate reimbursement models and/or program design. Monitors marketplace trends and new reimbursement methodologies. Is well versed in publicly reported data on reimbursement, market competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates the demand for assigned services and identifies areas of network deficiencies or increased service demand for network expansion. Determines the unique service capabilities of providers in the network. Designs and implements tools for communicating these capabilities to other departments and membership.
- Identifies, evaluates, and implements new programs for improving medical cost management and/or administrative efficiency.
- Represents Ancillary Network Contracting team in internal and external meetings. Prepares and delivers presentations with providers and to partner departments.

Salary Range

Provider Network Strategy and Development
- Develop provider networks to meet goals for access, membership, quality, medical cost, and earnings. Build and maintain high performing provider networks utilizing risk-based structures and incentives whenever possible. Identify and recommend changes to networks as needed to advance business goals.
- Collaborate with VP and President to develop network strategies, risk sharing and payment models, and performance incentives to support achievement of cost and quality goals.

Contract Negotiation and Management
- Direct a team of contract managers to negotiate financial, operational, regulatory, and legal contract parameters with physician groups, ACOs, and hospitals to meet business goals and regulatory timelines.
- Coach, support, and train staff to devise proposals, strategies, and options for contract negotiation. Support contract negotiation as needed.
- Devise strategy, lead and negotiate agreements with largest provider systems.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Allied Health Contracting to ensure allied health and BH/SA networks and payment terms support Medicare division needs and goals. Assess and monitor allied payment rates and recommend changes to methodology and rates to align incentives and manage expense trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Enterprise Network Operations to ensure timely and accurate contract implementation, configuration, and accurate ongoing contract administration.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Develop and implement a proactive relationship management approach that supports long-term, mutually successful relationships with strategic providers.
- Engage with the provider performance team to understand and monitor provider and network performance. Advise on performance improvement plans and identify contract strategies and incentives that support performance improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, professional relations, and other functions to identify and resolve provider issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Proactively communicate and engage with function leaders and key stakeholders. Participate in/chair leadership meetings concerning provider strategy, network development and other issues.

Position Summary:
Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator provides essential administrative and project support to the Regional Manager and Project Managers in the management and coordination of construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of office and project documentation processes, including contract administration, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and project support to Regional and Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects.
- Assist with bid preparation, contract setup, and front-end project documentation.
- Review and maintain project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor prequalification processes, including collection and verification of required documentation.
- Review and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with project and company requirements.
- Support the administration of OCIP/CCIP programs, including enrollment, reporting, and coordination with insurance providers.
- Assist Project Managers with project closeout documentation and final deliverables.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems for contracts and project documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in contract administration and contract review is required.
- Experience in OCIP/CCIP administration is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 2β4 years of related work experience preferred.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and establish clear service level agreements to streamline the hiring process.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines to support organizational needs.
