Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: Brea, CA (Preferred) / Dallas, TX (Optional)
Travel:
- 50% travel to Brea required
- Mandatory: 1–2 months onsite in Switzerland (initial phase)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise to drive architecture, delivery, integration, and operations across enterprise infrastructure ecosystems. This role requires deep technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware, EUC, Windows Server, monitoring platforms, and NOC operations, along with SRE and automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft & EUC Environment
- Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)
- Implement endpoint management, security policies, and compliance
- Automate operations using PowerShell
Citrix & Virtualization
- Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), StoreFront, profiles
- Administer Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Handle performance tuning, troubleshooting, and DR readiness
- Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi (HA/DRS, capacity, patching)
Monitoring & Observability
- Administer tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Datadog
- Build dashboards, alerts, SLIs, and telemetry pipelines
- Integrate monitoring with NOC and SRE practices
Identity & Access Management
- Manage identity lifecycle via ARS (One Identity)
- Integrate Workday with AD/M365 (provisioning/deprovisioning)
- Maintain RBAC and secure access frameworks
Enterprise Application Integration
- Lead end-to-end application integrations (app to infra)
- Work with APIs, SAML/OAuth/SCIM, certificates, load balancers
- Validate infrastructure requirements (OS, network, DR, security)
- Support migrations and modernization initiatives
NOC & SRE Practices
- Lead 24/7 NOC operations (incident, escalation, SLA)
- Define SLIs/SLOs, improve reliability, reduce operational toil
- Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions
- Drive observability and resilience engineering
Technical Leadership
- Mentor cross-functional engineering teams
- Lead automation, transformation, and cloud initiatives
- Create architecture docs, SOPs, and standards
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15+ years of infrastructure leadership experience
Core Skills
- Citrix (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)
- VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Microsoft Stack (M365, AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM)
- Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Datadog)

Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable with international travel (Switzerland – 1 to 2 months initially)
- Strong troubleshooting across application + infrastructure layers
- Ability to own and drive end-to-end technical ecosystems
