Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end incident response activities, from initial triage and containment through eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. You'll develop and continuously improve incident response playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures, ensuring the team is prepared for a wide range of threat scenarios. During active incidents, you'll serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, senior leadership, legal, and communications stakeholders.Beyond incident management, you'll conduct threat hunting exercises and proactive analysis to identify indicators of compromise before they escalate. You'll mentor and develop junior analysts, conduct tabletop exercises and simulations, and track lessons learned to drive meaningful improvements to our security posture. You will also manage relationships with external forensics firms, law enforcement, and industry threat-sharing groups as needed.Qualifications Expected for Position
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an incident response or SOC lead capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), EDR tools, and network forensics
- Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in digital forensics, malware triage, and log analysis across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
- Experience leading response efforts for major incident types including ransomware, data exfiltration, BEC, and insider threats
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level briefings
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud security incidents across AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS breach notification requirements)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure) or supporting executive-level communications during breaches.
- Experience leading small-to-medium IR teamsor acting as primary incident commander.
The base salary range for this position is$160,000 - $170,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

La Rabida Children’s Hospital provides specialized, family-centered health care to children with medically complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness. Through expertise, compassion, and advocacy we help children and their families reach their fullest potential, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our not-for-profit hospital, licensed for 49 beds, helps transition children from neonatal or pediatric intensive care to home, by providing medical, rehabilitative and developmental care, and by training families to continue treatments and manage the necessary equipment in the home. La Rabida also provides extensive rehabilitation for those recovering from wounds or burns and treatment for exacerbations of chronic conditions.
The hospital’s enhanced pediatric patient-centered medical home provides primary care to children with complex medical conditions and their siblings. Children with medical homes elsewhere come to La Rabida for specialty services. La Rabida offers a wide range of specialty services provided to children with sickle cell disease, diabetes, and many others. Children are supported in their emotional and developmental growth, particularly in cases where such growth has been interrupted by accident or disease.
Finally, La Rabida provides forensic and treatment services for children exposed to abuse and neglect, comprehensive assessments for youth in care, early intervention for children between 0 and 3 years of age. Care coordination services for medically complex children are also provided for those who are covered by a health plan and receive care from providers in Cook County
The Program Supervisor is responsible for promoting a child-focused, trauma-informed, supportive environment at the Children’s Advocacy Center by providing program oversight, conducting supervision with staff and interns, and providing direct services to children and families.
- Supervise and direct assigned staff in the performance of their duties and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Oversee the coordination, advocacy, and forensic interviewing services at the center, ensuring the program complies with NCA accreditation and grant contractual requirements.
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and selecting new hire candidates.
- Responsible for training, oversight, and onboarding for assigned staff members.
- Provide twice weekly supervision, at minimum, to assigned staff members. Supervision will include review of progress on assigned tasks, reflecting on the impact of case and team dynamics, progress toward performance goals, and self-care.
- Perform continuous quality improvement by observing each supervisee in the performance of their duties for one case twice a year, highlighting strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate quality assurance efforts through chart audits.
- Create a trauma-informed work environment.
- Build relationships with and strengthen the commitment to the CAC model among multidisciplinary team members, which may include problem solving, conflict resolution, and outreach with multidisciplinary team members and supervisors.
- Provide direct service to clients as needed, which may include intake coordination, conducting forensic interviews, providing advocacy services and follow up contact to non-offending caregivers, and providing multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Maintain all needed trainings/certifications in forensic interviewing, family advocacy, and MDT Coordination, including attending and participating in structured peer review at least four times a year, participating in ongoing education in the field of child maltreatment, advocacy, facilitation, and/or forensic interviewing consisting of a minimum of 8 contact hours every 2 years. (See NCA 2023 Accreditation Standards, Standard 1, Essential Components A and B; Standard 3, Essential Components A and B; and Standard 4, Essential Components A and B.)
- Provide after-hours emergency advocacy or forensic interviewing on a rotating basis, on-call basis.
- Attend required hospital and program trainings.
- Support the CAC in meeting the program’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: MSW or MA required. LSW or LPC or LSW or LPC-eligible required.
Licensure/Certification: LSW or LPC or LSW or LPC-eligible required. Child First certification preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Three years of experience within the field of child abuse/child welfare and knowledge of child development and psychological impacts of childhood trauma is required. Must have knowledge of child welfare field. Experience and specialized training in investigative interviewing is required. Prior CAC experience is required. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and computer skills. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.

Department Information
Stamps Health Services is an outpatient ambulatory care center that provides health care and health education to students and their spouses/domestic partners. The center is located in a state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot facility within the Joseph Brown Whitehead Building, next to our Campus Recreation Center. Stamps Health Services provides care in six areas: Primary care, women's health, Psychiatry, Travel/Immunization/Allergy, Pharmacy, and Diagnostic Services (lab and radiology).

La Rabida Children’s Hospital provides specialized, family-centered health care to children with medically complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness. Through expertise, compassion, and advocacy we help children and their families reach their fullest potential, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our not-for-profit hospital, licensed for 49 beds, helps transition children from neonatal or pediatric intensive care to home, by providing medical, rehabilitative and developmental care, and by training families to continue treatments and manage the necessary equipment in the home. La Rabida also provides extensive rehabilitation for those recovering from wounds or burns and treatment for exacerbations of chronic conditions.
The hospital’s enhanced pediatric patient-centered medical home provides primary care to children with complex medical conditions and their siblings. - CSP Security Posture Assessment: Conduct comprehensive security assessments of existing and planned CSP deployments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actions aligned with industry best practices and relevant security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS and Benchmarks).
- Security Architecture Documentation, Design and Implementation: Document, design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures for CSP environments, including secure connectivity, network segmentation, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of security controls, configurations, and processes within the CSP environment.
- Cloud Security Operations and Monitoring: Provide continuous security monitoring and incident response capabilities for CSP environments, including log analysis, threat intelligence integration, vulnerability management, and incident response planning and execution.
- Audit, Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) for CSP environments, including documentation, reporting, and audit support. Cooperating fully with authorized Government audits and assessments of the CSP environment, providing timely access to documentation, systems, and personnel. Follow DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and other applicable DoD issuances and instructions.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to Government personnel on best practices for securing CSP environments, covering topics such as cloud security fundamentals, secure configuration, threat detection and response, and incident management.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience to include the following:
- Working knowledge of Firewalls.
- Working knowledge and understanding of industry standard network environments to include firewall and security hardware/software.
- Working knowledge of Information Assurance Best Practices.
- In depth knowledge of LAN and WAN operations.
- Knowledge of industry standard Incident Ticket Tracking systems for inputting incident tickets and creating work orders.

We are looking for a Team Lead Firewall Administrator to join our team in support of a program with a DoD customer.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide overall supervision for vendor employees to include, but not limited to, planning, and managing the project professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided.
- Resolve problems, allocate resources, manage personnel, and monitor operation performance taking direction from the government to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Under general supervision, develop the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion.
- Develop required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
- Coordinate with the Vendor PM, TPOCs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
- Provide input to the PM on the schedule, weekly and monthly reports, transition plan, 8570/8140 reports, IPR briefings, and kick-off meeting.
- Plan and deploy Enclave Boundary Defense systems and programs including firewall, proxy server, cloud services and other devices and applications.
- Plan and deploy De-Militarized Zones (DMZs) for each managed firewall as required.
- Provide onsite and remote support to boundary security and programs, which include Checkpoint Firewalls, Aviatrix Product Suite, various types of cloud security, security controls and any other platforms.
- Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of firewalls and proxy servers
- Verify devices are configured in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Product lifecycle management and upgrades to include installation of hotfixes, patches, and any other features to improve product performance.
- Evaluate and recommend firewall solutions for technology refreshes.
- Deploy and sustain new firewall solutions as prescribed by the government.
- Coordinate with Tier III support teams and government customers throughout design, planning, implementation, and sustainment phases.
- Research and provide quotes and documents necessary to renew licenses and equipment maintenance for firewall, proxy and cloud services.
- Maintain all current applicable firewall, proxy appliance and cloud services policies to include DoD. Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and effective means of remote access for employees who are working offsite.
- Develop and deliver briefings to the upper-level management as required on a variety of subjects relating to Enclave Boundary Defense.
- Provide firewall troubleshooting (24x7x365 on-call support).
- Review and resolve automated firewall log issues as to threats or possible compromises.
- Provide daily maintenance and support for all Enterprise Boundary Defense systems including monitoring system and log files.
