Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end incident response activities, from initial triage and containment through eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. You'll develop and continuously improve incident response playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures, ensuring the team is prepared for a wide range of threat scenarios. During active incidents, you'll serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, senior leadership, legal, and communications stakeholders.Beyond incident management, you'll conduct threat hunting exercises and proactive analysis to identify indicators of compromise before they escalate. You'll mentor and develop junior analysts, conduct tabletop exercises and simulations, and track lessons learned to drive meaningful improvements to our security posture. You will also manage relationships with external forensics firms, law enforcement, and industry threat-sharing groups as needed.Qualifications Expected for Position
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an incident response or SOC lead capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), EDR tools, and network forensics
- Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in digital forensics, malware triage, and log analysis across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
- Experience leading response efforts for major incident types including ransomware, data exfiltration, BEC, and insider threats
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level briefings
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud security incidents across AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS breach notification requirements)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure) or supporting executive-level communications during breaches.
- Experience leading small-to-medium IR teamsor acting as primary incident commander.
The base salary range for this position is$160,000 - $170,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

Incident Management & Service Restoration:
Take full ownership of incidents from detection through to technical resolution.
Respond to all technical network-related issues presented from VIDI dashboards and work directly with the carrier to understand and drive the status of fault isolation, determine the reason for outage (RFO), and validate proposed steps for repair.

o Ensure all internal apparatus fire pump components are operating properly, lubricate control valves, and identify any issues that require correction.
o Document all maintenance activities and report any unresolved deficiencies or malfunctions promptly.
o Collaborate with production operators, engineers, and maintenance technicians to identify and address fire prevention equipment issues, isolate compromised fire prevention system(s), and manage fire suppression system impairments.
• Facility Inspections:
o Conduct routine and systematic fire safety inspections of buildings, processing units, storage areas, and equipment to identify potential fire hazards, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance issues.
o Inspect fire suppression systems (sprinklers, standpipes, fire alarms), fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and exit routes for proper function and readiness.
• Pre-Incident Planning:
o Participate in the development and review of pre-incident plans for various scenarios throughout the facility.
o Thoroughly understand building layouts, process flow diagrams, hazardous material locations, utility shut-offs, and emergency egress routes.
• Permit System Compliance:
o Review and verify compliance for hot work permits, confined space entry permits, and other safety-related permits, ensuring all conditions are met before and during operations.
• Risk Assessment:
o Actively participate in identifying and assessing risks related to fire, explosion, and other emergencies within the industrial environment.
• Safety Adherence:
o Strictly adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and industry best practices.

- Performs fire suppression efforts utilizing fire apparatus, hydrants, hose stations, and portable and wheeled fire extinguishers.
- Responds to hazardous material emergencies and provides spill containment efforts for both small and large releases.
- Responds to medical emergencies, initiates patient assessment and/or stabilization, prepares and transports patients to onsite medical clinic.
- Relays patient care information to medical personnel to include, but is not limited to, patient information, medical history, vitals, and treatments.
- Administers treatment of injuries and illnesses following established medical protocols and procedures at the emergency scene or in specialized response vehicle.
- Performs triage duties during mass casualty incidents.
- Provide standard security duties to include, but is not limited to, unlocking doors, escorts to visitors, guests, and team members, patrol buildings and parking lots, and report back to central dispatch center and on-duty supervisor any irregularities.
- Prepares logs and reports as required.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- N.F.P.A. Firefighter 1 and 2 required
- Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations Level certifications
- National Registry or State of Indiana Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification
- Out of state certifications must be transferable to Indiana and must be completed within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and local certification requirements for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) level certification.

Position Summary
The Charge Nurse is a registered nurse who provides shift leadership to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and compassionate care for patients. This role blends clinical expertise with operational oversight—supporting staff, coordinating resources, and fostering collaboration across the care team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the unit, including staffing, workflow coordination, and resource allocation based on patient acuity and unit needs.
Serve as the on‑shift clinical leader and primary liaison between nurses, physicians, and administrative teams.
Support onboarding, education, and development of staff and students.
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote evidence‑based practice, quality improvement initiatives, and consistent documentation standards.
Conduct and/or oversee audits such as chart reviews, safety checks, incident follow-up, and nursing-sensitive quality indicators.
Lead daily huddles, interdisciplinary rounding, patient-family communication, and care conferences.
Partner with leadership on scheduling, hiring input, and HR-related matters.
Act as a resource and role model for clinical practice, teamwork, and use of the electronic medical record.
Facilitate smooth patient flow through admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Function independently with sound judgment, guided by the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 12 months of RN experience required; 24 months preferred.
Current Iowa RN license (MercyOne Genesis: Iowa or Illinois RN license required at hire; secondary state license must be obtained within 12 months).
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Completion of Mandatory Reporter—Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within 3 months of hire.
Strong critical thinking, high-level language skills, and intermediate-to-advanced math proficiency.
Basic computer proficiency required.

Minimum three years' acute care experience or managed care experience is required.
Minimum one-year of concurrent review experience is required.
Candidate must have utilization management and/or quality assurance experience.
Basic knowledge of Medicaid, community resources and alternate funding programs is desired.
Knowledge of InterQual screening criteria as well as DRG, ICD-9 and CPT coding is preferred.
Current Registered Nurse license to practice professional nursing issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas is required.
Active Certification in Case Management (CCM) designation is preferred.
