Advertising & Optimization Manager

Role Overview
The Advertising & Optimization Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through on-site and off-site digital advertising across PSi’s ecommerce ecosystem. This role owns strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media investments across platforms including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and emerging channels.
In addition to campaign execution, this role plays a critical insights and storytelling function, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and PSi’s brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Advertising & PPC
- Own on-site advertising strategy across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail media networks
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize ROAS, efficiency, and profitability
- Optimize campaigns across sponsored products, brands, display, and emerging ad formats
- Partner with brand partners and internal PSi stakeholders to align advertising with launches, inventory, pricing, and promotional plans
Off-Site Advertising & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute off-site advertising strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement
- Manage influencer, paid social, digital media, and performance-based campaigns
- Evaluate channel mix, audience targeting, and attribution to drive incremental growth
Marketing Analytics & Performance Insights
- Leverage marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels and the full funnel
- Analyze KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, CPC, impression share, and incremental lift
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands, categories, and platforms
- Use data to inform optimization strategies, budget allocation, and growth recommendations
Brand Partner Recaps & Reporting
- Develop clear, concise campaign recaps for brand partners on a recurring basis
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support brand-facing conversations with performance reviews, testing results, and forward-looking plans
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between advertising strategy and brand objectives
Tools, Testing & Optimization
- Leverage best-in-class ecommerce and advertising tools to drive insights-based decision-making

Position Summary:
Provides professional clinical care to patients receiving treatments and examination in an outpatient clinical setting under the supervision of the attending provider and practice office manager. Works as the extender for the physician two days out of the week.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient's general condition and takes vital signs and weight.
- Assists provider with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. To include, but not limited to, phlebotomy, injections (will include proficiency in calculations), suturing, and other typical office procedures.
- Administers patient medications per provider order and policy including appropriate dosage, route, site, and documentation.
- Orients, instructs, and trains assigned personnel as applicable.
- Provides basic patient care as ordered.
- Assures test results are received and relayed to patient in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to patient's comfort and privacy by using the AIDET fundamentals of communication.

- Promotes wellness by providing patient education materials and communicating provider's advice and instructions.
- Reviews and consults with provider regarding patient phone calls and urgency of appointment.
- Ensures an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment.
- Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records. Maintains all required reports, records, statistics, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality in matters regarding the practice, its patients, and employees.
- Ability to use a variety of office and medical equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, computer, fax, stethoscope, EKG machine, ear washing equipment, scales, thermometers, blood pressure cuff, and basic lab equipment.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.

- Performs referrals and pre-certifications as needed and where applicable.
- May schedule patient appointments per provider order and relay accurately to patients.
- Takes calls from hospitals/nursing homes and relays appropriate information to practitioner in a timely manner.

- Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.

Oversee Strategic Marketing Planning
Guide the development of marketing strategies that incorporate paid media channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and emerging advertising platforms.
Ensure that marketing strategies reflect a strong understanding of audience behavior, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
Collaborate with Media Directors to ensure campaign plans are aligned with broader strategic goals.
Support the development of testing frameworks, measurement approaches, and optimization strategies that improve marketing performance.
Ensure Operational Excellence Across Accounts
Work with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables remain organized, timelines are maintained, and client commitments are met.
Review reporting insights and campaign performance to ensure that strategies remain aligned with client objectives.
Ensure that the pod operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
Maintain visibility into client budgets, campaign performance trends, and strategic opportunities across the pod’s accounts.
Drive Client Growth and Long-Term Partnerships
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional marketing services, new channel initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
Work with agency leadership to develop growth strategies for key accounts.
Ensure that Lever continues to deliver strategic value that strengthens long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
A strategic mindset combined with strong leadership and communication skills. You are comfortable guiding client strategy while managing internal teams responsible for execution.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, account management, and/or client services within a marketing agency or performance-focused environment.
Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and performance marketing strategies.
Experience managing complex client relationships and guiding marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor employees, and coordinate cross-functional work.
Strong analytical thinking and comfort interpreting marketing performance data to guide strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client priorities simultaneously.

Position Summary
The Manager, Creator Activation is an integrated role tasked with driving Influencer activation within OM's dedicated managed service product, Omnicom Influencer. The core responsibility of the role is the client face of the activation team for influencer campaigns, including creator-direct management, negotiation, and execution of social content in response to a client brief and Omnicom Influencer team proposed plans. The role will serve all OM agencies and as an independent agency, working in symphony with paid social teams to execute paid amplification of Creator campaigns.

Responsibilities
Creator Activation:
- Responsible for the strategic alignment and vetting of Influencers for specific Client campaigns
- Aggregate submissions of Influencer personalities and maintain quality control
- Input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system
- Execute partnerships with influencers from post contract phase through campaign completion
- Manage content review process between influencer and account team
- Ensure metrics are collected and recaps are developed for all influencer campaigns and programs
- Tracking post completion for revenue recognition purposes
- Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
- Follow social media influencer personalities across multiple social platforms
- Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc.) to Talent/Influencers for a specific campaign
- Participation in weekly team conference calls including calendar invite, room booking and taking and circulating meeting notes
- Influencer travel and coordination as required
Practice Excellence:
- Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business
- Develop thought leadership pieces, POVs & case studies to galvanize the practice within the OMG ecosystem
- Work in partnership with OM COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including but not limited to asset development, commerce, and measurement
Required Skills & Experience
- In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with Creator-led storytelling
- Strong relationships with Influencer community
- Thorough understanding of the Influencer ad and organic roles & responsibilities across platforms including but not limited to creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement
- Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points-of-view
- Highly analytical and creative mind in strong communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience within Influencer and media environments
- Hands on experience managing Creators within Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companies
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Experience with Influencer platforms and tools

The role operates as a global center of expertise — translating regional performance into a cohesive global perspective, enabling informed investment decisions, and ensuring performance marketing contributes to a seamless client journey across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global Performance Marketing Stewardship
Develop and manage the global performance marketing strategy for lower-funnel channels; partner with Global Media to define a cohesive transversal framework — including global guidelines, testing frameworks, and measurement plans — enabling regional execution aligned with global business objectives.
Define and monitor global performance KPIs and benchmarks
Consolidate regional results into clear global performance narratives
Drive continuous optimization through insight-led recommendations
Cross-Functional Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with Global Media, Brand Marketing, and Growth teams to align upper- and lower-funnel strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams, enabling performance excellence across markets.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key technology platforms (e.g., Google, Meta and other relevant partners) to stay ahead of innovation, unlock new capabilities, ensure early access to beta programs & advanced measurement solutions.
- Partner closely with the SEO/GEO lead to drive a holistic search strategy, identifying integrated opportunities across channels to maximize visibility, efficiency, and commercial impact in line with global objectives.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,485 – $172,920. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
