The Assistant Superintendent will coordinate all functions of the job site while providing excellent customer service. Will work together with the project superintendent, project managers, and engineers to form an effective management team for our clients. Duties to include but not limited to:
Essential Functions:
- Uses Nichols Contracting, Inc.’s Performance Values as tools to carry out all job responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other partners to ensure compliance with relevant laws, protection of the company from risk, and compliance with established budgets and deadlines with assistance from Superintendent
- With Assistance from the Superintendent - Guides and assists employees in identifying, analyzing, and resolving existing or anticipated obstacles in a manner to meet task/project schedules
- Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
- Maintain high-quality control while implementing good construction safety practices with all on-site activity and perform safety meetings
- Assist in conducting systematic quality control inspections and accurately documents project work situations in a timely manner, both written and verbal, to ensure the protection of the Company through proper documentation (i.e. possible liens and or claims)
- Prepares daily logs, handles deliveries, and manages job site cleanliness and safety
- Ability to Learn, Understand and follows state, and local codes
- Understanding and enforcement of O.S.H.A. requirements
- Report accidents, incidents or illegal activities occurring on the worksite to the Human Resources in a timely manner as outlined per the Company policy manual
- With Assistance from the Superintendent, Inspects subcontractor performance to conform to contract agreements and schedules
- Must be able to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and Nichols Manpower with the assistance of the Superintendent
- Assist in conducting project closings, updates punch lists and creates information for record drawings

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer (Regulatory Compliance) to join our team in Everett, WA.

As an engineer in the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Safety and Compliance Investigations (S&CI) team, you will have the opportunity to work independently while leading teams tasked with performing detailed Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations related to regulatory compliance issues. This activity enables program and functional leadership to understand the systemic root causes of compliance issues and implement effective corrective actions that contain the issue and prevent recurrence. This position offers exposure to all aspects of airplane certification across the airplane lifecycle. The importance of this function can’t be over-stated as you will contribute to Boeing product safety by maintaining and restoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Investigations typically follow the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) process, which provides a

Position Overview:
- Leads the functional engineering organizations (Systems, Structures, Payloads, Propulsion) through the structured investigation process for issues related to FAA issued Letters of Investigation, Informal or Formal Compliance Actions, Voluntary Disclosures, Self-Audit findings, and Part 25 Airworthiness Non-Compliances.
- Coordinates closely with Boeing functional groups, management and executives, and suppliers to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the investigation’s status and resolution.
- Works with the functional groups within Boeing to investigate the regulatory compliance issue by identifying the problem statement, developing a comprehensive root cause investigation that leads to systemic root causes, developing containment actions, actions to prevent recurrence, and actions to verify non-recurrence.
- Coordinates closely with the Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) to ensure the investigation write-up meets regulatory expectations.
- Partners with enterprise groups to continuously improve our processes and tools to ensure we are ready for the future of BCA and to ensure these processes are consistent with the greater Boeing Enterprise.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

About this Position:
The Supplier Process Sr. Engineer position supports supplier delivery and characteristic improvement activity with automotive part suppliers in North America. Responsible for evaluating negative delivery, production, inventory management, plant/equipment, sub-supplier management, packaging control and/or workforce trends within the supply base; and developing and implementing systemic countermeasures to ensure acceptable delivery characteristics for Honda products and parts. This includes cross-functional collaboration in areas within Supply Chain Management, as well as New Model, Procurement, and Supplier Assurance to drive supplier characteristic improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Support supplier improvement activity as part of Department Business plan, reporting performance measurables and targets, forecast impact, monitor results & develop gap elimination plans to achieve Department goals
- Identifies problems on a systemic level and conducts problem analysis / situation appraisal, which may include analysis on a specific part or assembly process (Tooling / Equipment Spec / Part Drawing Spec or Evaluation / OEE / Volume Assessment, etc.) to develop effective countermeasures to correct problems or potential problems to avoid impacting delivery performance

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a technical, escalation‑focused role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, environment validation, and root cause analysis across application, endpoint, and network layers. What you'll be doing:
Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse such as but not limited to:
- Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. - Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment such as but not limited to fork trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, over-pack, and palletize as required.
- Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signature for outbound as necessary. Efficiently move products, cartons and or pallets into trailers, rail cars or containers.
- Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
- Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in computer.
- Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate shrink-wrap machine. Charge forklift battery as needed; stack and or separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, and truck docks, bays as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$39,500.00 - $63,250.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

Lactalis U.S Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Processing Manager based in Casa Grande, AZ.
The Manager, Processing, will be primarily accountable for the daily management and execution of all milk-receiving and processing areas. This critical role will be responsible for achieving annual operational goals across key metrics, including safety, cost, quality, material yields, and capital projects. The Manager will provide strong guidance to optimize processing, manage daily operations, recommend manufacturing improvements, and will be specifically responsible for raw material management and the execution of the plant savings plan to enhance financial performance. Additionally, the role will include the vital responsibility of overseeing employee training and development. The role will report to the Assistant Plant Manager.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Enforce and apply all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules, including participation in risk assessments and coordinating root cause analysis for safety events.
- Ensure strict compliance with government standards (FDA, OSHA) and regulatory requirements (Good Manufacturing Practices, FSSC22000).
- Maintain and enforce hygiene and food safety rules, coordinate deviation root cause analysis, and ensure proper sampling and control practices are followed.
- Execute quality assurance programs to prevent product defects and direct process adjustments to maintain conformance with quality standards.
- Ensure the consolidation and reliability of the Mass Balance for accurate material accounting and monitor analytical equipment reliability.
- Optimize technical and financial performance of the department, partnering with the Manager and contributing to the budget process.
- Drive raw material results and actively lead the execution of the plant savings plan.
- Complete and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) files and reports covering production volume, yields, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate activities across departments by conferring with supervisors/Managers and collaborating to enforce quality and proper equipment maintenance.
- Manage staff administrative functions (e.g., approving time records) and manage relationships with outside vendors, while also leading root cause analysis for downtime prevention.
- The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Processing Supervisors & Assistant Manager in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
