Production Engineering at Pinterest is an evolution of our Site Reliability Engineering organization blending a hybrid of systems and software engineering with a focus on scaling, resiliency, reliability, performance, and efficiency. What you'll do:
- Lead our engineers to deliver on the biggest impact work across engineering to ensure we're infusing best practices into our products relating to reliability, scalability, performance and efficiency
- Drive technical architecture discussions; including being capable of driving and decision making for technology or applications that you have not had previous experience with
- Continuously assess your team's performance, address and coach under-performance, and recognize and promote high performance

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience managing teams within an SRE, Production Engineering or other Platform/Infrastructure organizations
- Customer obsession: Demonstrated ability to work cohesively and build relationships with partners across engineering disciplines and capable of influencing without authority
- Familiarity with the concepts and use cases for SDLC including SCM tools, Build platforms, test frameworks, CI/CD products
- Familiar with usage and high level architecture of data platform technologies such as relational databases, storage & caching, key value stores, time series data stores, etc.
- Strong domain expertise in reliability concepts and best practices with the ability to innovate and provide thought leadership and direction in this problem space
- Hands on familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of Linux systems internals and networking
- Thrive in an environment with a lot of ambiguity with the ability to be self sufficient and ruthlessly prioritize the highest impact projects

SUMMARY:
Provide accurate, short‑term, capacity‑constrained production plans for Filling Lines and the Mix Plant. Ensure all plans are feasible, properly sequenced, and aligned with available resources, materials, and GMP requirements. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross‑functional communication to maintain uninterrupted material and production flow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Create feasible production plans within the detailed planning period, considering available capacity, labor, materials, and product‑family sequencing set by the long‑term planner.
•Develop realistic Mix Plans that meet factory requirements and comply with batching, CIP, and •GMP constraints.
•Create and maintain all Work Orders in JDE for factory and mix planning; all changes must flow through the planner.
•Conduct daily reviews and weekly planning meetings with all relevant functions and distribute meeting minutes.
•Establish a 4‑week production plan with minimal changeovers and zero downtime.
•Establish a 2‑week Mix Plan that fully supports all products scheduled for the current and upcoming week.
•Track and update daily inventory, identifying risks and rescheduling needs based on carrier lead times.
•Maintain updates to planning tools, periodic alignments of efficiency with supply planner and that standard operating procedures have relevant and up to date procedures.
• Track and support buyers with material flow through work order adjustments and run outs are planned and communicated to operations.
•Manage bulk orders to ensure smooth arrival and unloading, minimizing detention caused by space or receiver availability.
•Update and highlight Work Orders daily in planning tools, ensuring schedule adherence, quantity accuracy, and documentation of all changes.
•Identify and integrate CIP cycles, production shutdowns, and preventive maintenance within the detailed plan.
•Monitor new products to ensure mix and production readiness for on-time launch.
•Identify potential issues within the planning horizon, assess their risks, and provide actionable solutions.
•Communicate daily/weekly updates to maintain alignment with cross‑functional partners.
•Highlight demand increases or decreases and communicate impacts on material requirements.
•Adhere to all Froneri procedures and standards.
•Maintain 5S in the planning workplace.

Work Environment:

The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $80,000.00 and $84,872.00 per year.

HIRING BONUS OF $500 AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
Production Technician Requirements:
- Effective oral communication and basic math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required

Production Technician Job Duties:
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics).
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up the staging area and equipment for each project.
- Perform production processes following company production guidelines per work order and crew chief directions.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.

Production Technician Schedule:
Days and hours: 40 hours per week, Emergency Restoration services operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The days and time for employee schedule fluctuate upon job needs. Must be willing to work on call, including nights & weekends.

The Sr. Production Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling functions to coordinate products and materials across various production phases.
What we're looking for:
- Education: HS diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of similar supply-chain/planning experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of SAP experience.
- 3-5 years QSS or WMS experience (preferred).
- CPIM preferred.
- Certifications: Warehouse equipment licenses (preferred).
- Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to read a bill of materials.
- Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems required.
- Accuracy and thoroughness are required, with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
- Skills in mathematics, personal computers (Excel), and spreadsheets are vital (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas).
- Ability to work independently to prioritize multiple competing tasks.

- Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing, coordinate the delivery, assembly, and distribution of components and sub-assemblies to support production flow and adherence to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Revise SAP in stock dates when required, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, customer service, and production.
- Provide estimated in-stock dates based on component availability for make-to-order (MTO) manufactured items.
- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, and Bills of Material, to determine materials requirements or material priorities.
- Identifies overdue material and communicates with purchasing to expedite.
- Collaborates with Forecasting & Inventory Planning and Purchasing on root-cause analysis of material shortages that have been perpetually past due.
- Assist in troubleshooting of inventory control issues as they pertain to component availability for production.
- Addresses are less concrete and often lead to problems by applying experience from similar situations or selecting solutions from known alternatives.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts, exchanging information that requires explanation to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$50,000.00 - $80,500.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, driven, and technically skilled Summer Podcast Production Intern to help develop and produce a podcast from concept to distribution. This individual will play a key role in shaping the show's visual identity, audio quality, content workflow, and distribution strategy.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, experienced with audio/video production equipment, comfortable working in a live sports environment, and capable of remote-producing episodes when needed.
This intern will work part-time in our Dallas office and attend Dallas Major League Pickleball events for content capture and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Development & Production
- Assist in building podcast format, segment structure, and episode rundowns
- Coordinate pre-production planning (guest research, outline prep, show notes)
- Set up and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment
- Record, edit, and mix podcast episodes (audio and video versions)
- Remote-produce episodes when hosts or guests are off-site
- Manage file organization, backups, and post-production workflows
Post-Production & Creative
- Edit video and audio using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create graphics, thumbnails, and promotional assets using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Develop consistent branding elements (lower thirds, intro/outro animations, templates)
- Create social cutdowns, reels, and vertical clips for digital platforms
- Assist with podcast intro/outro music selection and audio polishing
Event & Field Production
- Attend Dallas Major League Pickleball events
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and event footage
- Support on-site recording logistics
- Manage live or near-live content turnaround
Distribution & Growth
- Upload and publish episodes to podcast platforms
- Write episode titles, descriptions, and show notes
- Optimize content for SEO and discoverability
- Track basic analytics and audience growth metrics
- Assist with audience engagement and social posting
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience operating photo, video, and audio equipment
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows

This role is not a remote opportunity, it is on-site at our Manufacturing Plant in Indianapolis, Indiana. 3rd shift available in our Dry Sweeteners department.
Scope:
The Production Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operating workers, such as packers, machine operators, and blenders. The Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and achieving production goals, fostering relationships, promoting Health and Safety and the development of a well-trained and motivated staff.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Enforces safety and sanitation regulations per food safety and quality guidelines.
- Responsible for initiating appropriate actions that address Food Safety concerns, including escalation to Quality and Management.
- Utilizes all food safety and food security guidelines, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF) good manufacturing practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Directs and coordinates the activities of the employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as packers, machine operators, and blenders.
- Develops and motivates team to solve own day-to-day operational issues and achieve plant goals through ongoing communication and facilitation of team meetings.
- Coordinates daily inventories and supplies and other operational activities within or between departments.
- Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Observes work and monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
- Conducts employee training in equipment operations and work and safety procedures or assigns employee training to experienced workers.
- Maintains records of employees’ attendance and hours worked.
- Counsels employees about work-related issues and assists employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
- Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures of direct reports.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
- Initiates and drives process improvements.
- Reads and analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluates current production estimates and outputs.
- Document all records outlined by company policies, such as production records, HACCP, good manufacturing policies, standard operating procedures, and food safety and quality plans.
- Oversees and completes production documentation, support documentation, and process control documentation throughout the facility.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and supervision.
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrates essential problem-solving methods and initiative.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to solve problems independently
- Ability to communicate well with all employees and customers
