Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Designer, EIT or PE, will lead and manage the design of complex electrical systems for industrial projects. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4-6 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong background in both technical design and project management.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is in the process of being obtained.
  • Proficiency in advanced CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), as well as electrical design tools such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, etc.), industry standards, and building codes.

Position Summary

The Product Designer will support the design and development of performance-driven softgoods across socks, accessories, base layers, and underwear. This role is focused on product and industrial design execution, including block development support, construction refinement, and material application, with supporting graphic execution as needed.

  • Partner with sourcing and costing to ensure materials, constructions, and components meet cost and margin targets.
  • Engineer and modify designs based on factory capabilities, performance requirements, and cost considerations while preserving brand integrity and design intent.
  • Participate in wear-testing, fittings, and QC reviews to validate comfort, performance, and durability.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept and proto development through commercialization and production handoff.

Qualifications and Bonus Points

  • 3+ years of footwear design experience, with strong preference for sneaker, outdoor, or performance footwear categories.

Assistant Designer Responsibilities:

• Must adhere to the established time and action product development calendar.

• Ability to react to fast-track TPs, lab-dips, SO’s styles as per customer needs. •Partner with Merchandising throughout the design process from ideation through final BOM review pass off.

• Responsible for all PLM Tech Pack and BOM, artwork pitch & design detail sheet creation.

• Responsible for the review, comments and approval of all seasonal lab dips, strike-offs, trims from development through production.

• Organize and maintain seasonal lab dip and print strike off developments folders.

• Research market trends in color, styles, silhouettes (knits, wovens, outerwear, sweaters), prints within golf (sports) market and lifestyle sectors.

• Identify additional brand applicable trend & opportunities for discussion.
