Our Garden Group, providing sales support and logistics for both proprietary brands and other consumer recognized brands, is searching for a full time seasonal Merchandiser in our Chantilly, VA area. This position includes stocking and arranging the product displays, including grass seed, chemicals, and clay pottery, in home improvement centers of Lowe’s, Home Depot’s and WalMart stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Down stocking and maintaining set integrity for Central Garden grass seed, chemicals, bird feed, fertilizer and clay pottery
- Set and maintain the shelves according to retailer mandated planograms/modulars

- Minimum Education: Academic degree in nursing.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.

- Obtain and maintain certification to perform Passivation, abrasive blasting, and Molykote or Dry Film Lube application.
- Examine and inspect piece parts to ensure conformance to specifications as per operator acceptance program (OAP).

JOB SUMMARY
The Counselor provides clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, monitors treatment progress, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. - Maintains clinical documentation in a manner as required by department policy, the Standards for the Operation of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs, and the Medicaid Policies and Procedures Manual, and in accordance, as applicable with SAMHSA TIPS and TAPS.
- Maintains competence in multicultural issues and demonstrates respect and understanding for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures for Behavioral Health services, Kid Clinic and Campbell County Memorial Hospital.
- Actively engages in departmental quality assurance and utilization management activities and processes to include monthly chart reviews.
- Provides community-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups and families as applicable.
- Maintains professional licensure through required educational and training experiences.
- Participates in activities to promote mental health and/or the prevention of substance abuse.

- Rotate cover and install and wire Current Transformers (CTs) per engineering design.
- Cut and install floor insulation and hardware before tanking.
- Cut insulation and install shunts on tank walls prior to tanking.
- Prep and install radiators after welding of cover.
- Move transformer and parts to and from weld booth as required.
- Assist in Final Assembly as needed.
