What will I be doing?
As a Room Service Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming orders
- Retrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, retrieve food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting rooms

The Monarch Transit Driver is responsible for driving the campus shuttles on all regularly scheduled routes, special event routes, and supplementing the SafeRide driving staff. The drivers will provide safe and hospitable transport for University community members and guests. Drivers will communicate department and University information as the first point of contact representing the office of Transportation and Parking Services for passengers on board Monarch Transit vehicles. Drivers will assist the Daytime and Evening Transportation Supervisors in filling driver and route schedules, as well as assist in the driving for special event services provided with the use of Monarch Transit vehicles. Drivers will be responsive to changes and alterations in scheduled and unexpected service operations.

Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic’s East Mountain Youth Lodge provides a continuum of out of home residential treatment services for adolescents between the ages of 13-18. We provide 24 hour clinical, therapeutic treatment for emotional, behavioral, psychiatric and substance abuse difficulties based on the resident strengths and needs.
Responsibilties:
1. Directly supervises and knows the whereabouts of every resident they are assigned. 2. Supervises, observes, and participates with residents in the carrying out of the daily routine (i.e. chores). Consistently implements all program procedures (i.e. point systems, level systems).
3. Runs activity, support and recreation groups with guidance from clinical staff. Organizes, supervises and conducts planned activities for groups and individuals. Provides assistance to residents in the planning of appropriate recreational activities.
4. Serves as a primary counselor for an assigned number of residents.
5. Assists residents in learning home management skills (cooking, cleaning, etc). Teaches residents about the importance of cleanliness, good nutrition, meal planning, prudent buying, etc., while guiding them in learning skill mastery.
6. Corrects client behavior by administering reasonable and fair disciplinary measures when necessary. Ensures each resident is informed of the rules and regulations of the program.
7. Provides crisis intervention to residents as needed. Assists in escorts and personal restraints of agitated residents. Attentive to building security and performs such checks as designed by the program.
8. Conducts resident room checks and room searches as designed by the program.
9. Carries a beeper for one week in rotation. Is on-call and ready to respond to staff shortages by calling and locating a replacement and/or filling the shift him/herself.
10. Inspects and handles belongings and valuables of residents to ensure that prohibited material is not brought into the Lodge at admission, upon return from pass, or as clinically indicated, under the direction of a Shift Leader.

OverviewThe Room Attendant (Full-Time) is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
- Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
- Replenish chemical bottles.
- Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Handle items for \"Lost and Found\" according to the standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of routine and complex blood drawing procedures including but not limited to venipuncture, finger and heel sticks, and blood cultures.Ensure quality by verifying patient identification and specimen labeling.Maintains appropriate response times to stat and timed orders.Serves as part of the trauma and code response teams.Six (6) months phlebotomy experience or completion of the Carle Phlebotomy in Training Program.The Hospital Phlebotomy team services the patients at Carle Foundation Hospital. This team serves patients from newborn to geriatric in the Emergency Department and all inpatient and outpatient areas of the hospital. The Hospital Phlebotomy team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to collect blood specimens for diagnostic testing. The Hospital Phlebotomy team collects blood from approximately 400 patients each 24-hour period. Hospital Phlebotomists work every other weekend and 3-4 holidays per year and cover 1-2 call shifts each week. Patients and specimens are identified using two identifiers: Name/Date of Birth or Name/Medical Record Number. Venipunctures are performed using a vacutainer needle and hub, a hypodermic needle with syringe, or a butterfly needle system. Complex blood drawing procedures include a variety of specialized blood collection kits for commercial laboratories and/or research. Blood cultures collected at Carle require Chloroprep skin decontamination at the draw site and vary from collection of a simple tube collection for Acid Fast or Fungal cultures, a set of Bactec blood culture bottles, or involve nurse coordination for a single or multiple-lumen port collection. The inpatient and Emergency Department expectations for response times are that STAT tests will be collected within 15 minutes of order and TIMED tests will be collected within a 30 minute window of time around the specified collection time (up to 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the time indicated). Phlebotomists collect initial blood specimens for all patients classified as a Trauma. Successfully participates in all accreditation and other proficiency testing and annual performance competencies in each of the clinical laboratory testing areas. Participates in re-education or re-training as needed to ensure successful completion of all Proficiency and competency testing. Follows and maintains familiarity with laboratory and organizational policies and procedures. Reviews and records documentation of review as required. Complete Continuing Education as required by Lab policy and to maintain certification if applicable. Communicates information with internal and external customers as appropriate in an accurate, timely, effective and professional manner. Phlebotomists must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $18.65per hour - $30.21per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidates experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. A national law firm is seeking an IP Legal Assistant, with a focus on patent prosecution (prior experience in this practice area is a must-have). This firm boasts a 7.5 hour work day, beautiful renovated office with snacks, and we have placed 5 legal assistants here in the last two years - all are super happy!
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, specifically
- Knowledge of how to file a patent application (and the ancillary documents) with the USPTO
- Knowledge of how to docket/cross reference due dates within IP law.
- Ability to pivot multiple projects in a day, not easily frazzled.
- No plans for law school in the next 3 years.
