Requirements:

Food & Beverage Retail Operations

  • Support Food & Beverage operation during high-volume times by taking orders, serving, or assisting with prep.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and service standards according to federal, state, and local regulations and AHGs policies.

  • Review, code, approve, and submit invoices to AutoCamps Accounts Payable.

  • Assist in training staff on POS systems and customer service procedures related to food & beverage.
  • Review daily sales reports and ensure all transactions have been accounted for. Report all tips.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly adhere to state liquor regulations, particularly in prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
  • Ensure the retail shop is visually appealing, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Oversee retail displays, pricing, and inventory control with attention to revenue generation.

Front Desk Operations

  • Lead and supervise the Front Desk team to ensure efficient check-in/check-out and daily operations, including the pe-register process, block, and take same-day reservations; and when necessary, future reservations follow hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.

  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction.

  • Interview and hire Team Members, train and coach Guest Experience staff on guest service, systems, and brand standards. Guide all Team Members towards success as it relates to customer satisfaction, property business, and financial goals.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members in guest services, F&B, and retail.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, reinforce brand standards, and gather input.
  • Collaborate on monitoring team scheduling, timekeeping, and compliance with labor laws with other Operations supervisors.
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary processes when needed.
  • Coordinates and creates schedules weekly based on the occupancy forecast. Schedules are to be approved by the Assistant General Manager and posted each week.
  • Provide support to Food & Beverage operation during high-volume times by taking orders, serving, or assisting with prep.
  • Ensure Team Members are correctly logging time in and out, entering PTO hours, and following meal period break law. Troubleshoot discrepancies from previous shifts and make corrections as needed.
  • Conduct monthly department meetings to review new procedures and solicit input from all Team Members.
  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency plans and safety practices, and know how to act upon them.
  • Partner with AGM/GM and People & Culture (HR) to manage disciplinary issues with discretion, confidence, and in a compassionate manner.

The MEP Systems Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and PV systems tailored for modular construction building systems. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems combined with practical experience in modular construction. You will collaborate closely with leadership, crossfunctional design and engineering teams to integrate all technical and user experience requirements into our designs to ensure optimal functionality, sustainability, and compliance with all regulations.


What You'll Do


  • Design and develop integrated MEP systems for our new and existing designs including  solar energy systems, including PV and ESS, optimized for prefabricated modular construction
  • Ensure that solar and energy storage designs align with overall MEP system functionality and building energy requirements
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive design documents, schematics, component material selections and system layouts, preferably using CAD and BIM software
  • Provide technical leadership during the installation and commissioning phases to ensure systems meet design specifications and performance standards

What We're Looking For


  • Modular construction experience in factory builds, multi-mod, stackable and/or other hands on related experience.
  • Licensed Electrician or Mechanical Contractor -and/or- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Solar and/or Plumbing System design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices relevant to MEP and renewable energy systems

The Role We Want You For

The Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets supports CRG’s regional offices, Capital Markets team, and senior leadership through financial analysis of new development opportunities, active projects, and the broader CRG development platform. The role will focus primarily on CRG’s industrial platform, with potential exposure over time to data centers, residential/student housing, and other asset classes.

Key responsibilities include underwriting development opportunities using Excel-based pro forma models, supporting the disposition process for completed projects, assisting with Investment Committee materials, and preparing monthly reporting packages for investors and lenders. The role also contributes to internal reporting and analysis related to CRG’s development pipeline and overall portfolio performance.

The Specifics of the Role

  • Lead underwriting for new development opportunities; prepare excel-based financial models including in-depth financial and sensitivity analysis, valuations, and investor return modeling.
  • Assist with raising joint venture equity and construction loans to capitalize new projects; prepare marketing materials, aid in capital partner diligence, and closing.
  • Support regional development teams in preparing Investment Committee submissions.
  • Prepare external reports on project progress for joint venture partners.
  • Help administer joint ventures and construction loans by facilitating capital partner approvals for key project decisions and milestones.

  • Conduct market research for covered markets, including benchmarking and competitive supply analysis. This position is expected to develop first-hand expertise of market dynamics, competing projects, and overall activity in assigned markets in order to underwrite and value development projects.
  • Assist with weekly Investment Committee process; assemble and distribute weekly packages, assist with meeting minutes.
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis with updated pro formas and other key project information for various internal reporting deliverables.
  • Assist Fund Management and Investor Relations with quarterly and ad hoc reporting for investors in CRG-sponsored funds.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, portfolio management, brokerage, or lending; industrial experience is a plus by not required.
  • Must understand complex pro forma cash flows and valuation models. Experience with joint venture equity structures and waterfall mods is a plus but not required.
  • Proven financial analysis and valuation capability (NPV, IRR, lease comparison, ROI, DCF Modeling, Payback, etc.) with highly advanced Excel modeling skills, including the accurate underwriting and modeling of large ground-up developments. Additional data aggregation and analysis skills (such as portfolio rollups and sensitivities) are a plus.
  • Desire to learn and become well-versed in the market dynamics and fundamentals of covered regions.
  • General understanding of the development process and key due diligence items (title, survey, environmental, zoning, entitlements).

Position Summary:


Responsible for providing the overall strategic property management direction for assets in the Oregon region (“Properties”) in accordance with CenterCal Properties’ policies and standards.
