Opportunity Details:
- Organize, audit, and transmit bi-weekly payroll.
- Review timecard and answer employeesβ inquiries.
- Process employee reimbursements, as needed.
- Process union dues/union pension reports.
- Ensure payroll laws, compliance, confidentiality, and union requirements are adhered to.
- Maintain an accurate and timely schedule for reporting and processing of payroll data.
- Assist with any new setup for Paycom.
- Assist in training and compliance of the staff in the Payroll Department.
- Support and interact with Operations and HR at the affiliates.
- Develop reports requested by the affiliates.
- Review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in various payroll operations (timecard review, pay code audit, PTO accrual settings, retroactive pay calculations for salary increases, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Paycom and its associated modules, highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (V lookups and Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Payroll laws, plus confidentiality and compliance requirements.

- If applicable, initiate resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required; Document goals and action plans and review dates on appropriate forms.
- Assure final determination on eligibility of continued residency.
- Assure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services.
- Assure state regulations are met and work closely with state oversight agencies; including review of state deficiencies and the development of plan of corrections.

Responsibilities:
Serves as resource for circulating, scrubbing and recording on adult diagnostic/interventional procedures and in 3 out of 5 other service areas (electrophysiology, pediatrics, neuro intervention, structural heart and/or vascular).
Assists with the maintenance of team cohesiveness and positive customer relationships.

Summary:
The Senior Engineer, Network is responsible for the implementation and support of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN and SDWAN to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role ensures high availability and performance for clinical systems, patient care services, and administrative functions across the hospital network. The Sr. Engineer collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and hospital stakeholders to align network solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Experience:

RN Administrator for Admissions, Intake & Outreach is responsible for overseeing the functions and activities associated with Community Outreach Services, Admitting, and Intake. Responsibilities:

Work with the Information Services TSI Data Base Manager to assure the integrity of all components of the system.
Provide direct assistance to senior management by providing analyses and reports to support their routine and special decision making processes and needs.
Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of designated decision support applications, to include financial, clinical and costing data.
Perform the daily/monthly extractions from the source systems to the decision support systems or business intelligence tools.
Ensure effective integration of source systems with decision support systems by performing independent audits against feeder systems.
Provide analysis to support business development, operations, and clinical improvement projects throughout the enterprise.
Meet with administrative teams to develop appropriate reporting to support regional or corporate needs.
Ensure data validity and integrity in associated databases.
Provide regional application support and training when necessary or when requested.

Develop and maintain sophisticated processes for allocation of overhead and indirect costs to replace current accounting processes.
Develop and maintain reporting processes for cost center level reporting on monthly financial activity and roll-up summary reporting at all levels of management to replace current monthly accounting reports generated from the General Ledger system.
Assure reports are run as scheduled, reports are distributed, and report inquiries are handled.
Assists with data requests from hospital personnel using the ad hoc report writing function.
Propose and implement policies, procedures and updates that might be necessary to assure data going into the Transition database is accurate.
Share in the overall responsibility for the integrity of the data contained in the Transition data bases.
Integrate DKD payment systemβs reimbursement data into TSI and reconcile to the TSI data base on a weekly basis at a minimum.
Develop capability to utilize TSI to assist in the preparation and review of corporate budgets.
Work with Department Heads to develop and review cost center level budgets.
Demonstrates competence to perform assigned responsibilities in a manner that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of the members served by the department.
