The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC), in coordination with the Lehigh Valley Transportation Study (LVTS), is seeking a Senior Transportation Planner to lead regional transportation planning initiatives across the Lehigh Valley. This position plays a key role in shaping future infrastructure investments through sound planning, data analysis, and interagency coordination.
As a senior member of the Transportation Planning + Data Division, the selected candidate will independently manage complex transportation projects that intersect with land use, safety, system performance, freight, active transportation, and infrastructure management. As a passionate and driven paid social expert, you thrive in collaborating with an integrated marketing team, transforming senior-level digital strategies into effective daily tactics. In this role, you'll lead Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, offering mentorship, training, and ensuring all work meets quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, guiding your team to achieve client goals and KPIs, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will be across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit
- Responsible for overseeing Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates on the team and owning their career development
- Developing and overseeing optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between creative agencies and budget management
- Works with a cross-discipline team to integrate paid social media strategy into a multi-channel, holistic recommendation.
- Uses strong quantitative skills, including analytical and story-telling ability, to analyze data and provide insights and optimization recommendations. Familiarity with third-party data and measurement solutions. Developing, executing, and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing.
- Helps creatives express their ideas with feasible recommendations to tie it closer to the brief. Passionate about innovation and the creative process, desires to find creative ways to say "yes" to ideas and to contribute your own.
- Understanding client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies; Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
- Brainstorming and researching new first to market ideas including new betas and opportunities with our partners.
- Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
Required Skills and Experience
- Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience
- Strong working understanding of the Paid Social platforms, including major players and supporting technology Facebook Ad Manager, X (formerly Twitter) Ads, etc.
- Demonstrable experience working with multiple partners, on enterprise level paid social media accounts with diverse budget levels and objectives
- Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy when applied via online technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the team
- Understanding of paid social measurement and experience utilizing multiple native measurement tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 3+ years of experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Detail and process oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on client objectives

Salary Range$90,000—$100,000 USD
Position Summary
- The Medical Records Director (Non-Nurse) maintains the patients’ clinical records, including coding, auditing, and providing pertinent staff education regarding recordkeeping procedures in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Serves as the designated Privacy Officer for the facility.
- Reports to Executive Director (ED)
Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) OR as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) OR have a degree in a health related field with extensive training and demonstrated competence in the HIM field
- Training in post-acute care health information management
Specific Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal legal requirements relating to documentation, confidentiality, and legal issues pertaining to health information
- Demonstrate efficient usage of complex computer software systems
- Functional knowledge in field of practice
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Knowledgeable of medical records practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing medical records functions in the post-acute care facility
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the medical records department
- Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: medical coding, auditing, clinical records, privacy official responsibilities, supervisory responsibilities, patient rights, and safety and sanitation
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
- Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
- Promotes a culture of integrity, maintains an “open door” policy, and does not participate in or allow retaliation against those who report good faith concerns
- Actively implements the compliance program and Code of Conduct and ensures 100% participation by department staff
Essential Functions
- Audit and complete ongoing review of all patients’ clinical records to ensure documentation and performance compliance
- Maintain current, overflow, and discharged record filing systems
- Serve as the facility’s Privacy Officer for HIPAA compliance
- Understand and apply LTC payment systems, including Medicare
- Use ICD-10-CM coding
- Use CPT/HCPCS coding systems
- Effectively communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health personnel
- Interview, hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and supervise medical records staff
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Assist in the evacuation of patients
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
