What You’ll Do:
Workfront Architecture & System Build
- Audit the current Workfront system used by eCommerce and Digital Marketing Operations teams
- Redesign Workfront architecture including portfolios, programs, teams, templates, tasks, and routing to support the eCommerce campaign lifecycle
- Build new templates that reflect real marketing and campaign workflows
- Create a modernized intake form with logic to ensure complete and actionable project submissions
- Configure automated workflows, routing, and approvals to reduce manual work and errors
- Embed SLA-driven timelines, dependencies, and cross-team handoffs into campaign workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Production, Design, Analytics, Content, Merchandising, and Segmentation to document current processes
- Develop standardized “Ways of Working” for eCommerce and digital marketing projects
- Identify inefficiencies, remove redundancies, and implement streamlined operational workflows

Reporting, Dashboards & Visibility:
- Build dashboards and reporting views that provide visibility into campaign timelines, workload, SLAs, and team capacity.
- Improve reporting accuracy and provide insights that support operational planning and decision-making.
Training, Documentation & Rollout:
- Develop training materials and lead rollout efforts to support adoption of new workflows, templates, and processes.
- Document governance standards, system updates, and operational guidelines.
Governance & Continuous Improvement:
- Establish governance models and audit frameworks to maintain system integrity and workflow consistency.
- Provide recommendations for long-term system improvements, ownership, and operational support.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7+ years of Workfront administration or workflow design experience
- Experience supporting eCommerce, digital marketing, creative production, or marketing operations teams
- Demonstrated expertise building Workfront templates, intake forms, routing logic, approvals, and dashboards

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Considered a member of the nursing team and is expected to know, and will be held accountable for, following infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use.
This position is an every other weekend 8 hour day shift. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident. Assists the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and also provides range of motion and passive exercises. Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, while creating a positive dining experience for the resident. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate.
The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of
this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

Job Description Summary:
This position independently performs requested ultrasound examinations, searching for any possible pathology as indicated by the patient's symptoms/medical history and/or results from previous testing. The position reviews and discusses the ultrasound findings with the radiologist and a diagnosis is made.
Responsibilities And Duties: 60%
Performs various ultrasound examinations. Subjectively interprets information based on judgmental decisions by Ultrasonographers, requiring in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. Maintains complete knowledge of wave form physics, i.e. time gain compensation curves, attenuation factors, etc. , required to set equipment variable properly for appropriate imaging of specific anatomy. Assists Radiologists with performance of invasive procedures.

This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Responsibilities And Duties:
40%Performs Diagnostic procedures. Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics. Conducts routine and specialized fluoroscopy studies utilizing digital fluroscope equipment; Maintains proficiency in each of these areas. Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.

Obtains diagnostic radiographs -- Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine. Positions anatomical part in position necessary to obtain optimum radiograph. Observes patient throughout procedure and responds to any observed change period manipulates equipment in proper manner, adjust technical factors to assure optimal images, and observes equipment safety. Critiques images inputs through only those optimal for interpretation. Repeats images as necessary.

Prepares patients for examination -- Receives orders/request for procedures from physician, nursing unit, or radiology office and makes necessary entries in electronic medical record. Greets patient and friendly manner and makes positive identification. Explains procedure in clear, understandable terms. Ensures all necessary clothing and jewelry is removed and patient is properly attired. Starts IBS and draws up medications.

Performs miscellaneous related duties -- Assumes duties of electronic imaging technician when necessary. Processes images for interpretation. Imports and burn CDs. Performs QC tests on X ray unit and impacts as necessary. Works with students enrolled in radiography program under program guidelines.

Thorough knowledge of various medical imaging procedures and equipment including proper technique and positioning, handling, and administering ionizing radiation to include contrast media agents, radiographic anatomy and physiology and medical terminology. Expresses superior customer service skills. Pleasant demeanor, neat, poised appearance. Ability to function as team member, with limited supervision. This position operates computed tomography scanners for a variety of procedures following directives of staff radiologists. The position is responsible for explaining procedures to the patients, administering contrast media as requested, and scheduling patients in an organized manner.
