JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFIβs, PCβs, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual βChange Ordersβ from βprice and proceedβ CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

Β· Ensure compliance with PMLC, TDLC, and risk management routines in all training activities.

Β· Monitor training risks and issues, escalate as needed, and implement mitigation strategies.
Β· Track and report training KPIs (enrollment, completion, proficiency) to program leadership.
Β· Prepare executive dashboards and briefing packs summarizing training health and stakeholder readiness.
Β· Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Leads, Communication Lead, and the Service Integrator to ensure training supports benefits realization and adoption.
Β· Conduct impact assessments based on design sessions to evaluate and develop the training road map.
Β· Implement the training roadmap developed in partnership with the Service Integrator.
Β· Coordinate training logistics and related compliance activities, inclusive of enrollment/registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Β· Identify resources who will attend train-the-trainer sessions and then serve as trainers who deliver the instructor led end user training.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.) Β· Major financial institution (Category 1 or 2 bank) transformative program experience, preferably ERP or Finance Transformation.
Β· Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and OneStream.
Β· Proven ability to design and lead end-to-end training strategies for large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
Β· Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and readiness planning, including senior leadership and functional SMEs.
Β· Experienced in training governance and standards development, including curricula and approval workflows.

Β· Proven experience in managing vendors or service integrators for training development and delivery.
Β· Strong facilitation skills for Train-the-Trainer sessions, workshops, and readiness forums.
Β· Enhanced planning and organizational skills, including training calendar management and resource coordination.
Β· Ability to translate conversations with process owners and SMEs into effective training strategies and curriculum.
