Qualifications

β’ Excellent written and spoken English is required including the preparation of technical documents in English
β’ Experience in leading teams.
β’ Experience with, and knowledge of some of the typical Biotechnology processes & peripheral systems is required; Upstream Biotech Processes (Fermentation, Bioreactors, Centrifugation, Thawing), Downstream / Purification Biotech Processes (chromatography, TFF, DF, NF-MF), Fill & Finish equipment, Media Preparation, CIP/SIP systems, Buffer Preparation, clean utilities (PW, WFI, CS, PS)

This is a unique opportunity to expand a very busy regional referral-based practice in laryngology as well as practice general otolaryngology in an integrated health-care system. Our medical center features a state-of-the-art laryngology suite with a complete array of Pentax equipment to support all diagnostic and therapeutic laryngeal procedures including office-based laser surgery. In addition, our laryngologist enjoys the support of a Physician Assistant and Speech Pathologists well-trained in voice disorders and support for laryngeal procedures.
The nine OHNS physicians currently in the department provide a full range of services including general otolaryngology, laryngology/voice, otology/neurotology, endocrine surgery, sleep surgery, rhinology, and head and neck oncologic surgery. We work closely with our colleagues in maxillofacial surgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, endocrine, and sleep medicine. Our medical center enjoys a strong affiliation with the University of California at Davis, serving as a teaching hospital for residents in many specialties, including HNS. We are also affiliated with several other residency training programs in HNS, MFS, and Emergency Medicine and are involved with medical student teaching through California Northstate University.

Full-time annual salary range is $450,000 to $475,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $90,470*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Under the general supervision of the Asset Management and Operations Team, the Analyst/Associate will be responsible for activities relating to the financial analysis and operations of the investment portfolio. As the Analyst/Associate gains experience and knowledge, the level of contribution from a financial analysis perspective is expected to increase.
Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis including maintaining the asset management Excel model, preparing budget-to-actuals variance reports, running debt yield calculations, and providing capital call recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive ad-hoc analyses, supporting informed decision-making around operational expense reduction projects
- Work with departments on ad-hoc projects to reduce operating expenses for our MF buildings
- Assist integrated departments to achieve profitability goals
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various scenarios on investment returns, providing clear and concise summaries for senior management
- Monitor key operating metrics, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency

- Manage properties across full asset life cycle with an ownership mentality, focusing on value creation through diligent management of approved business plans
