Primary Purpose

We are seeking a highimpact, strategic, and executionoriented directorlevel Program Manager to lead and mature the organization's program strategy, delivery excellence, and client enablement capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute departmental goals and objectives aligned to enterprise strategy, contract priorities, and client mission outcomes; define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and continuously mature program management, governance, and delivery enablement frameworks that scale across portfolios while ensuring compliance with federal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Provide executive-level visibility into portfolio, program, and project health through standardized dashboards, metrics, and reporting-enabling proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, and performance trends.
  • Partner with portfolio and divisional leadership to support investment prioritization, funding decisions, and resource allocation, balancing client commitments, growth objectives, and staff sustainability.
  • Ensure full lifecycle contract execution excellence, including initiation, execution, closeout, client reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement integration.

  • Own departmental workforce and strategic resource planning, including forecasting, recruitment, onboarding, capacity planning, skills development, and certification alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with staff allocations plans, time reporting, and internal policies across billable, internal, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in program, portfolio, and PMO leadership, including framework design, governance models, and delivery maturity assessments (e.g., PMI, PMO, Agile/Hybrid environments).

  • Optimize workforce utilization by aligning staffing decisions with delivery needs, staff development goals, and long-term organizational strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a scientific, health, or program management discipline preferred. PMP or equivalent certification desired.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior program strategy and delivery leadership roles across federal, academic, and private-sector environments.
  • Program Leadership: Extensive experience program management, PMO leadership, governance, financial management, and large-scale delivery enablement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in life sciences, clinical research, bioinformatics, health informatics, and public health.

Major Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Purchasing Operations

    • Determine raw material order quantities and timing by analyzing on-hand, on-order, lead times, and historical demand/consumption.

    • Generate and manage purchase orders/agreements: review requisitions, issue POs, run PO reports, confirm deliveries, expedite as needed, and manage open PO exceptions/backorders.

    • Communicate purchase requirements and documentation needs (e.g., CoA/CoC) to suppliers; ensure alignment to schedule requirements.

    • Manage sourcing, planning, and purchasing of indirect materials and PPE required for manufacturing, maintenance, QC/QA, and housekeeping.

    • Resolve goods-inwards/receiving issues tied to POs, deliveries, and inventory discrepancies; coordinate with Receiving/Warehouse and suppliers.

    • Manage pricing alignment per governance and coordinate discrepancies with Finance/Commercial.

    • Drive supplier nonconformance follow-up: initiate complaints for out-of-spec materials and coordinate returns/refunds with suppliers, Shipping & Receiving, and Accounts Payable.

    • Participate in regular supplier operational reviews; address service issues and drive corrective actions, including identifying alternate sources when appropriate.

    • Coordinate inbound/outbound transport needs related to materials, including import/export shipments and freight forwarder arrangements (as applicable).

    • Liaise with global Sales and Customer Service to communicate open PO status, constraints, and recovery actions that may impact customer commitments.

  • Integrated Planning (S&OE, S&OP)

    • Lead the monthly site S&OP process: consolidate demand (direct and interplant), review supply/capacity constraints, develop scenarios, and drive cross-functional decisions and actions.

    • Lead weekly site S&OE: manage backlog priorities, constraint resolution, recovery plans, and escalation decisions for the 0-4 week horizon.

    • Represent the site in global S&OP/S&OE forums: submit required data on time, present site status/constraints, and communicate risks and mitigation plans.

    • Partner with global demand planning and network plants to align demand forecasts (direct and interplant); reconcile forecast vs. orders and highlight deviations.

    • Collaborate in daily/weekly cross-functional site management forums to ensure stakeholders are aligned to priorities and prepared to support commitments.

    • Support inventory planning with Finance: maintain inventory outlooks and working-capital plans consistent with the approved S&OP plan; identify excess/obsolete risks and actions.

    • Run the quarterly PFEP (Plan for Every Part) process to set and maintain the site stocking strategy for direct materials and packaging (criticality, lead times, MOQ/cadence, shelf-life/storage, and ordering parameters such as min/max and reorder points).

    • Partner with Operations, Quality, Warehouse/Logistics, and Finance to review PFEP outputs, implement approved parameter changes, maintain master data, and maintain documentation and an action log.

    • Support NPIs by establishing sourcing readiness, planning assumptions, and lead times and communicating impacts to stakeholders.

  • Process, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

    • Check and resolve ongoing issues in processes or systems using standard work expectations; implement tactical and operational goals set by the manager.

    • Implement process changes, operational metrics, and standards within the role's scope; deliver agreed metrics using Avantor Business Systems (ABS) tools.

    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to convert or generate procedures into the current standard format (as assigned).

Overview

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.

This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.

This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.



Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach

  • Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.
  • Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).
  • Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.
  • Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to secure discovery calls and product demos.
  • Track outreach cadence and follow-up schedule to ensure persistent, professional engagement.

Sales Planning & Strategy Execution

  • Develop and maintain a 30-60-90 day sales plan and call plan aligned to AIR-Quire growth targets.
  • Maintain weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings secured, and demos scheduled).
  • Track pipeline status and conversion metrics in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Identify target contract vehicles and existing programs where AIR-Quire can be positioned.
  • Coordinate with CGO to align outreach with broader capture and growth strategy.

Demo Coordination & Opportunity Advancement

  • Qualify prospects before scheduling demos.
  • Coordinate with the Nexus team to schedule and prepare technical demonstrations.
  • Prepare briefing materials and background summaries for leadership before demos.
  • Support follow-up after demos with structured next steps and documented action items.
  • Partner with CFO and CGO on pricing strategy and proposal support once an opportunity matures.

Relationship Building

  • Establish relationships with federal acquisition professionals and program offices.
  • Position AIR-Quire as a mission-enabling AI solution aligned to federal modernization priorities.
  • Identify pilot opportunities and land-and-expand pathways.


Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or federal business development.
  • Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with disciplined tracking and follow-up habits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage federal decision-makers.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the federal government.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles.

Target Pay Range

The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. THE POSITION:

Medical Information is a critically important customer-facing function that supports the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical company products by providing timely, scientifically balanced, evidence based, nonpromotional information in response to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers.   • Experience managing imaging operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality/performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for diagnostic imaging.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with EPIC/EMR systems.
  • Background in multiple imaging modalities or ambulatory/outpatient imaging centers.

Required Education & Licensure

  • Licensed Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois, in good standing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Education & Certification

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in leadership or imaging administration (e.g., CRA, CNML, or NE-BC).
