Job Functions:
- Perform laboratory analysis on incoming raw materials per established procedures, including complex wet chemistry, TOC, GC & HPLC.
- Demonstrate knowledge of TOC, HPLC and GC reagent preparation and maintenance.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment at all times.

Job Description
We are seeking a Process Chemist to join our team in Englewood, CO. The Process Chemist designs, develops, optimizes, and scales chemical processes for the pilot to large-scale manufacturing of intermediate and finished products. The Process Chemist leverages their expertise in ensuring that chemical processes are developed so that the chemical reaction(s) is carried out efficiently, safely, and economically, and are within quality and regulatory compliance. By staying current with scientific literature and collaborating across teams, they drive innovation and efficiency. This role involves supporting IP development, maintaining safety standards, and contributing significantly to the team's success in achieving company goals.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Conducts laboratory experiments to understand chemical reactions and improve process conditions.
- Ensure that chemical processes comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct small, pilot, or large-scale manufacturing of intermediates and/or finished products.
- Write/execute technical reports, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
- Ability to work second shift, when needed.
- Remain current on relevant scientific literature.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company; use this collaboration to support the company's goals and improve the chemistry team's output.
- Punctually and thoroughly record all work and data in e-notebook, as well as summarize and report ongoing work to the group regularly.

Qualifications
- BS/MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years’ experience with process development, process optimization, and/or scale-up.
- An understanding and/or familiarity with regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in chemical reaction mechanisms, kinetics, and environmental health and safety practices.
- Ability to use analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, pH meter, etc).
- Ability to operate pilot to large-scale chemistry equipment (chemical reactors, pumps, distillation equipment, etc).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to conduct literature searches for specific target molecules and reactions; ability to use the literature to design efficient synthetic routes, as well as troubleshoot problematic reactions.
- Thorough understanding of modern analytical and spectroscopic techniques and ability to interpret the corresponding data and spectra.
- Quality-first mindset, which leads to the production of highly pure final products.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as work across and within groups to support the goals of the company.
- Ability to organize work efficiently, carry out multiple operations in parallel, and successfully complete projects in a timely fashion.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000.

This position is responsible for the research, design, development and sustainability of electronic medical equipment. This individual serves as electrical engineer in a project team. As a key member of the project team, the engineer will collaborate closely with engineers and a cross-functional team to support the full product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide electrical technical in the research, design, development and sustainability of electronic circuits for medical devices. Ensure and maintain compliance to Corporate and Industry standards.
- Performs medical devices electrical system requirement study and functions research, participates in design & development activities, collaboration with contractors defining interface, power consumption and board dimensions.
- Programs bare metal coding for system control, performs design activities using EDA tools like OrCAD for schematics capture and PCB layout, generate circuit schematic diagrams, bills of materials and performance analyses, works with contractors for PCB fabrication and SMT, brings up PCB in the lab with tools like multimeter, oscilloscope.
- Perform system assembly, function testing, data analyzing, and test results documenting.
- Prepare documents including Design Specifications, Verification and Validation protocols/reports, relevant Risk Analysis.
- Support design reviews and contribute to risk assessments and design verification activities.
- Remote and Onsite electrical technical support as needed by the project.
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. preferred.

- Deep understanding principles of DC regulators, such as LDO, Switching regulators.

SUMMARY: A program designed to train a skilled worker through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction to become a Maintenance Technician at American Packaging Corporation. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for electrical and mechanical systems in the facility, which will include troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities. Throughout this program, they will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment problems that affect productivity of the manufacturing group as well as plant facilities and subsystems. They will learn to be involved with the process improvements providing input in production problem solving.
Approval Process: Applicants will be interviewed and chosen based on their experience, knowledge, and overall work history. The chosen finalists will be required to take and pass an aptitude test.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Duration: 3-4 years for completion
Classroom Training: Several courses required through local school, such as Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical and Machining courses.

D. Special Circuits AC (~500 hrs)
Learn to read wiring diagrams. Operation of special control circuits, time delay switches, electrical braking.
E. Direct Current Machinery (~500 hrs)
Learn to locate and repair direct current motor troubles in fields, armatures, bearings, brush holders, and commutators. Knowledge of variable speed DC drives. Repair and maintenance of DC contactors and field control.
F. General Wiring (~500 hrs)
Learn proper handling and installation of power feeding, wiring, fuse panels, breakers, etc. Estimate load requirements. Code requirements. Install general wiring.
G. Instruments (~100 hrs)
Learn proper use and care of voltmeter, ammeter, watt meter, oscilloscope and megger, etc.
H. Computerized Controls (~600 hrs)
Programmable logic controllers: reading diagrams and schematics; maintaining and troubleshooting.
I. Care, Use and Safety of Tools and Equipment (~500 hrs)
Hand tools, power tools, machines and power equipment, ladders, scaffolding and hoists.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

PowerFlex isseekinga highly skilled Solar Technical Lead to support the technical performance, reliability, and safe operation of a growing portfolio of distributed energy assets. This role sits within the Asset Optimization & Customer Success organization and focuses on deep technical fieldexpertiseacross commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV sites.This individual will play a key role in ensuring successful system troubleshooting, performance verification, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities
- Performhands-ontechnical support for PV operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and field diagnostics.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of site issues, alarms, performance anomalies, and equipment failures; performroot causeanalysis and implement corrective actions.
- Interface directly with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors to address technical issues, coordinate warranty/RMA processes, and ensure adherence to installation standards and specifications.
- Support development, implementation, and improvement of technical processes and field procedures (e.g., commissioning checklists, testing protocols, safety documentation).
- Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, and AHJ requirements and follows PowerFlex safety protocols and quality standards.
- Review and validateas builtdrawings, test reports, commissioning packages, and other technical documentationrequiredfor operations readiness.
- Assistwith system monitoring and diagnostics, including alarm triage, remote troubleshooting, and performance data review.
- Providetechnical insight into operational performance metrics such as availability, uptime, production vs. forecast, and degradation analysis.
- Support subcontractor qualification and evaluation from a technical standpoint, including verification of workmanship and compliance with installation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Construction/Commissioning teams to ensure clean and complete project handoffs, includingpunch listclosure and documentation completeness.
- Provide technical input into customer reports, system performance summaries, and internal/external communications.
- Maintain a feedback loop with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to improve hardware selection, vendor performance, and overall productreliabilityEstablishandmaintaina feedback loop with the Execution team to evaluate hardware performance, vendor support quality, and overall product effectiveness
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineeringor related technical field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, withsignificant timespent in field roles involving construction, commissioning, or technical operations of distributed solar PV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV system architecture, including inverters, protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, site networking, telemetry, metering, and utility interconnection requirements.
- Hands on field experiencestronglypreferred (construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, QA/QC, or similar).
- Experience working closely with subcontractors, OEMs, and field service providers.
- Preference for experience in the field
- Battery Energy Storage System experience is a plus

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $128,610 - $157,190 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Analysis Technician to join our team and perform board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products (mobile and portable radios). The role involves testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies while identifying root causes of product failures. The technician will use specialized electronic test equipment and troubleshooting techniques to support quality improvement and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting methods
- Perform board-level diagnostics and determine root causes of product failures
- Troubleshoot complex electronic issues and recommend corrective actions
- Identify vendor defects vs. process-related defects
- Document findings and create detailed failure analysis reports
- Record failure data and clearly explain diagnostic conclusions
- Work independently and adapt to changing operational conditions

Qualifications
