The Opportunity

The IT4IT manager will lead a dynamic technical team within the organization, focusing on aligning global IT strategies with the region objectives. The role involves resource management, strategic workforce planning, budget management, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. You will coordinate an interdisciplinary technical crew, enabling autonomy and ensuring adoption of enterprise-wide standards.

What will you do

Lead and inspire a multi-functional technical team, fostering trust, productivity, and collaboration.

Ensure alignment between global IT4IT strategies and regional execution.

Oversee staffing, budgeting, and planning workforce needs strategically; optimize team structure and skills.

Use technical literacy to challenge, support, and guide the team.

Track and report on team performance using Accelerate and Agile metrics.

Communicate strategy and vision, foster teamwork, and provide updates to management.

Promote accountability, information exchange, and continuous improvement in DevOps and SRE practices.

What will you bring

BS degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

At minimum of 7 yrs overall experience in the IT field

Validated experience in IT team leadership, preferably in a global or regional context.

Proven background in custom software development and cloud-based solutions - Azure or AWS a must.

High level technical foundation (architecture, DevOps, SRE, cloud, integration).

We seek an individual who has led teams and successfully delivered in the following areas:

  • Expertise in system integration, data management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Superb communication skills with various levels of the organization, including C-Suite.
  • Ability to align local execution with global strategies and standards.
  • Comprehensive experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) is required.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT platforms and tools using AI (Jira, GitLab, Github)

Responsible and accountable for delivery and implementation of the Cushman & Wakefield (CW) US Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Strategy for the Americas. Under the stewardship of the Head of EHS Americas the role will deliver measurable improvements in health, safety and environmental performance and engagement across the C&W organization, in support of business objectives. The role will specifically support Americas corporate offices, brokerage and Project & Development Service (PDS) lines across the Americas. The role will also support on Security and Quality matters in support of the wider global EHS Team. This is a senior corporate role which will directly report to the Head of EHS Americas and indirectly report to business unit heads within the relevant jurisdictions and service lines. The role will require an experienced professional who has held a similar role in a related industry and who is comfortable and confident in working and presenting at a senior level. The individual will be commercially aware and fully accountable for delivering the Americas EHS Strategy as this relates to applicable countries and service lines while reporting successes to their stakeholder groups across the region.

This senior EHS management role will be responsible for identifying areas of potential organizational risk and developing robust EHS mitigation controls, policies, procedures, and guidance in accordance with the C&W Americas EHS strategy and local legislation. The role will be responsible for coordinating both internal and external resources across the region in order to manage legal compliance and enhance organizational safety culture. In doing so the role will work closely with the global specialist resources within the wider EHS Team.

The role will work across all departments and therefore senior stakeholder engagement will be critical to the candidate's success and the candidate must have demonstrable experience in developing successful senior stakeholder relationships and influencing change and process / culture improvement. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to demonstrate the delivery of organizational change through both face to face engagement and the use of remote working tools e.g. Microsoft Teams.

Critical relationships will include the following:

  • Heads of higher risk service lines such as PDS within the relevant jurisdictions
  • Jurisdictional business unit heads
  • Operational leads for service lines and jurisdictions
  • Office and regional heads
  • Functions leadership

As a minimum the candidate will therefore require a proven track record in health and safety management, in order to be successful. The successful candidate will support the Head of EHS Americas to champion the ongoing improvement of C&W's safety and environmental management systems relating both to our service delivery to clients and in relation to the health and safety of Cushman & Wakefield employees. The candidate will need to have proven experience in developing and implementing initiatives to improve EHS compliance and awareness and will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing and delivering appropriate objectives, targets and improvement programs for the Americas in association with the Head of EHS Americas.
  • Monitoring and reporting on EHS performance and progress against EHS objectives to local leadership teams.
  • Ensuring that our corporate offices are safe and secure and putting in place management arrangements to ensure a consistent level of safe operation.
  • Managing critical, complex and contentious health and safety issues as these arise and dealing with them in a professional manner.

  • Dealing with incidents and advising on next steps. Undertaking investigations of serious incidents and accidents that address incident circumstances, incident causation and consider improvements that could be made for the future.
  • Liaising with external enforcement bodies and insurers as well as clients in order to satisfy key stakeholder requirements.
  • Supporting the Head of EHS Americas and relevant global specialist leads to develop, implement, and maintain ISO certified management systems across the region as required.

Educated to degree level in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent discipline, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing, implementing, and refining models of health, safety, and environmental management in accordance with the requirements of international standards. Senior membership of recognized EHS trade associations / bodies. Experience of working in a multi-site environment in the facilities, retail, property or service delivery sector preferable. The successful candidate will likely currently report to senior stakeholders and will have a proven track record of working independently to influence senior stakeholders. Job Description:
  • Routine blueprint reading and technical writing to accomplish work tasks.
  • Daily use of tools such as micrometers, height gauges, Vernier calipers, and dividing heads to support tasking.
  • Operate machine tools in varying tolerances according to need (from thousands upwards).
  • Non routine maintenance and repair the portable machines tools.
  • Routine use of hoisting and rigging equipment for heavy pieces such as forklifts and chain falls
  • Responsible for system tolerance determination and application.
  • Daily tasking will involve work on the following:
    • Rudders and Steering systems to include blue checking and fitting, piano wire alignment method, stock straightness determination, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least seven (7) years of experience as a Machinist.

  • Must have adept mechanical ability, manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination required to perform various projects, per drawings, sketches, and verbal or written instructions.

Security Requirements:

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Reports to: SVP, Sales


Overview: The Senior Manager, Key Accounts, North America is the primary liaison for retailer buyers and planners across the region. This role is responsible for delivering sales plan objectives, including retail, gross, and net targets, while driving strategic growth across key partners.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Leadership and Strategic Growth:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
  • Develop and implement plans that drive growth and maximize revenue.
  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and securing new business through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
  • Manage travel retail.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for new businesses, including gyms, wellness and hotel spas, to grow market share.

• Cross-Functional Partnership and Communication: 

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Support marketing, digital, VM, and planning teams.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing on go to market retailer strategies.

• Performance management and Insights:

  • Lead business reviews and forecast sales.
  • Analyze sales trends versus budget and provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends.

• Commercial Operations: 

  • Negotiation contracts, including terms and pricing. 
  • For retail operations, ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines
  • Manage launches and optimize assortments.
  • Oversee budgets while managing FOC, sampling, GWP budgets and agency field teams.
  • Own box programs for marketing opportunities and liquidation.
  • Resolve client challenges and offer proactive solutions.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 6–8 years of relevant experience; preferably in the beauty space. 

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience specified must include each of the following:
  • 3 years of experience with financial analysis to support investment decision utilizing general accounting and finance principles including Profit & Loss modeling and valuation analysis.
  • 3 years of experience with researching and explaining market events utilizing quantitative and analytical skills.
  • 3 years of experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • 3 years of experience with research resources including Capital IQ and PitchBook.
  • 2 years of experience in investing in the Technology and Consumer sub‑sectors.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.
  • Requires up to 20% domestic & International travel.
