We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power utility construction projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, including safety, cost, schedule, quality, client relationships, and team leadership. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably within utility infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex utility projects with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

The major responsibility for an Insurance Claims Representative is assisting the department with manners regarding the company's credit insurance programs and claims.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process Life and Disability Insurance claims
• Process Life and Disability Insurance proceeds received from an internal or external insurance carrier
• Perform next day verification of Life and Disability payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
• Process Total Loss claims
• Verify GAP coverage after a Total Loss and file the GAP claim. Process GAP refunds/issue checks
• Process Total Loss proceeds issued by auto insurance companies Process collision/repair checks issued by auto insurance companies
• Perform next day verification of Total Loss and/or collision repair payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
• Process cancellations on Total Losses for back-end products (i.e. Dealer Warranties)
• Prepare and send Customer Balance Letters
• Coordinate and process loan payoff requests
• Process the necessary lien and/or title releases
• Handle account researches, credit disputes, and/or assist with customer complaints. Cut and issue checks to applicable parties
• Correspond to and provide necessary documentation to third party companies including customers, physician offices, auto insurance companies, GAP insurance carriers, and dealership representatives to ensure all available monies or refunds are requested and paid in a timely manner
• Add and remove insurance codes on accounts accordingly to reflect the current account/claim status
• Perform next day verification of the addition or removal of insurance codes
• Assist with collection efforts on delinquent accounts with pending/active insurance claims Effectively communicate and cooperate with other Bank departments and personnel regarding accounts with insurance claims
• Thoroughly document accounts detailing the action taken, information needed, and/or next steps Perform daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Continuously cross train on other functions as needed or requested Assist the Direct Lending Manager with tasks, reports, or projects Assist the Direct Operations Supervisor with tasks, reports, or project.
• Perform multiple queue verifications within the Consumer Loan platform to ensure all loans with open/active insurance claims are worked in a timely and regulatory manner
• Assist with updating procedures as needed
• Assist with and absorb additional insurance claim related functions resulting from a merger/acquisition
• Provide quality service to coworkers, customers, third party vendors, insurance companies, etc.
• Other duties as assigned or directed

• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Indirect/Direct Consumer Loan Departments, this position I s also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals.

Education, Training and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree in related field of study or two (2) years' experience in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older

We’re searching for an Outside Sales Representative who can explode new business, drive innovation, and expand and maintain a pipeline of Liquidation/Value customers.

What You’ll Do

• Aggressively drive new business growth by exploding Novelty Inc portfolio sales with Independent Retailers & Operators across multiple channels. Meet monthly KPI for new business acquisitions
• Achieve and exceed KPIs tied to Revenue Growth, Did Buys, and Points of Distribution, Innovation Launches, and Activities (Calls/Emails/Meetings), using clear performance metrics to guide strategy and execution
• Drive profitable sales growth by increasing the Average Invoice Amount (AIA) across all orders while strengthening performance within a defined portfolio of Core Accounts through consistent relationship management, opportunity development, and execution of account plans
• Create and maintain a cadence appropriate for each Core Account customer
• Strategically transition lower-performing accounts to Inside Sales, and support Inside Sales efforts to drive overall revenue growth
• Develop account-specific forecasts & growth plans that align with KPI expectations by identifying retail strategies & tactics required to hit quarterly and annual targets
• Grow the territory by converting new leads from CRM pipeline sequencing, trade shows (travel required), and proactive phone outreach into active buying accounts, while maintaining ongoing engagement and increasing revenue contribution from these sources
• Partner with sales operations, field teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure flawless execution
• Identify whitespace opportunities and demonstrate how Novelty Inc. elevates performance in any retail environment
• Deliver all Management requests/assignments in a timely manner with consistent contributions to team meetings
• Maintain pricing integrity with multiple routes to market & customers
