Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and process piping
• Experience with bid leveling and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience performing detailed takeoffs and cost modeling
• Strong understanding of labor productivity, material pricing, and project risk
• Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, Trimble, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
