  • Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
  • Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
  • Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
  • Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects

Pay Range: $17 - $18 hourly (based on level of experience)

Pay: Starting pay for this position is $17/hr.

Schedule: We offer a first shift at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm

General qualifications and requirements:

  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
  • Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment and ensuring smooth facility operations. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete emergency repairs as needed
  • Maintain plant equipment including mixers, production belts, slicers, pallet jacks, pneumatic pumps, dishwashers, and ovens
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and service needs
  • Assist with AIB/FSSC22000 audits and support development of procedures and corrective actions
  • Follow HACCP plans and adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime
