Job Description:
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical systems. Essential Functions:
· Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems including air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, pumps, VRF systems, and controls

· Perform preventative maintenance inspections under service agreements

· Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding system conditions, findings, and recommendations

Qualifications and Education:
