Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of our pavement marking branch by overseeing daily operations, developing strong customer relationships, and leading a team of skilled road striping professionals. This role requires a solid background in construction estimating and project management, combined with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset. Through exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality, the Operations Manager will grow the branch’s market presence and establish it as the preferred provider of high-quality pavement marking services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with paving companies, contractors, municipalities, and other key clients.
· Serve as the primary representative of the branch, reinforcing a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and quality service.
Business Development
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand the customer base.
· Leverage industry knowledge, market trends, and professional networks to secure projects where pavement marking services are needed.
Team Leadership
· Recruit, train, and lead a team of ethical, skilled, and motivated pavement marking professionals.
· Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment with clear expectations and accountability.

Required Qualifications

· At least 3 years of experience in estimating, project management, or a leadership role

· Demonstrated experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT requirements, and construction safety best practices

Position Responsibilities:
Perform various duties using hand or power tools, including staking, filing, trimming, sawing, buffing, drilling, sanding, and filling to facilitate assigned tasks.
Sort, count, wrap, unwrap, and clean parts, tools, assemblies, or equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas by sweeping, cleaning, and picking up materials and parts.
Move, pack, and unpack boxes, materials, parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Apply identification numbers or letters (part marks) to parts, materials, or assemblies using various marking methods (e.g., steel, rubber, electro-etch).
Rack and unrack tubes and materials, applying dust caps and seals, and verifying configuration discrepancies against samples.
Assist higher classification employees with mechanical and paint duties, including filling pots, moving lifts, and setting up/removing painting equipment.
Maintain surveillance in paint and assembly areas, ensuring safety procedures are followed and assisting incapacitated employees as needed.
Perform masking processes, including applying masking tape and protective materials to parts in preparation for painting or plating operations.
Finish contoured and flat surfaces to required specifications using abrasive materials prior to and after painting, including hand touch-ups.
Clean and service paint spray application equipment, including tanks, brushes, and hoses, after use.
Review Work Orders (WOs) and drawings to determine work requirements and obtain necessary tools and specifications using online computing equipment.
Operate and maintain the video jet marking machine, ensuring proper fluid levels and cleanliness of heads.
Assist in the anodizing process by loading and unloading detail parts on/off the load bar and performing low-pressure tests on tubing.
Count, load, and protective wrap finished production parts for shipment to the next operation, and log completed jobs into the Decac MRM system.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for data entry, process, retrieval and filing of any reports or store/company procedures and maintaining scanning information at store level; reviewing/executing proper host batch maintenance as scheduled; ensuring all sale items are entered into computer and taken off at end of sale, ensuring all shelf tags are accurate and maintained; price checks completed and prices marked in the store are accurate to ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Here's what you’ll do:
Execute changes for all prices marked in the store in strict accordance with specified procedures; Regularly shelf checks the entire store.
Order shelf tags for missing and/or new items on a regular basis; put tags up as soon as received on store level, and then verify system.
Verify for accuracy each UPC marked item in the store as compared to the file.
Notify Store Management if products/supplies need to be ordered.
Train others to perform all department activities and functions.
Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
Have familiarity with all products carried in each department.
Maintain records on price verification for internal audits
Maintain a clean, attractive, and well stocked department.

The Cytologist participates in specialized and complex technical tasks involved in the processing and screening of cytologic specimens to detect evidence of cancer or other pathological conditions, ensuring the efficient and accurate testing of patient specimens. Participate in specialized and complex technical tasks involved in screening slides of clinical specimens, both gynecologic and non-gynecologic, for evidence of cancer or other pathological conditions according to departmental terminoloy and protocols including marking abnormalities, rendering diagnoses and determining cases for quality control or subsequent review with pathologist; performs various Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations and protocols; perform rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) using tele-pathology system in the collection, processing and immediate evaluation of Fine Needle Aspirations.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $34.51per hour - $59.36per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
