Job Duties:

  • Creating new and updating existing InfoTurn import templates: Working in the TESTINFO & INFOTURN databases to create templates that will capture records from client uploads. Using tools to test and validate data. Submits for quality inspection by Senior/Lead EDI. Create FTP account and train client on the transmission process.   • EDI Cases: works independently to address open EDI cases. Writes advanced SQL statements to troubleshoot and define error causes. Reviews and deciphers FTP Server logs to troubleshoot and resolve advanced connection issues. Removes/alters data residing in the InfoTurn database and coordinates approval from appropriate departments (i.e. InfoTurn, Public Reporting, DAR, Client Experience). Upon request from Client Experience, Patient Advisory Services, Public Reporting or the client, the Senior EDI researches uploaded data concerning records processed, duplicates, errors, mailed, undeliverable, data integrity, FTP connection issues, etc... via V-Train (SQL), Intranet reports, Modify demograph, File Import Explorer, Ppatdemo, File Parser, Ultra-Edit, WS_FTP and/or visual inspection of the imported files.
  • Communication: Work with both client and PG staff to coordinate the receipt of test data, data-mapping, and live updates. Explain upload methods and required changes to data. Document and communicate account status to client contacts, Client Experience, Public Reporting and Sales.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Safety Manager to lead our site safety team and own safety performance for a brownfield hyperscale data center project in Boydton, VA. This is a senior, field-first leadership role working in/around live critical infrastructure, where disciplined planning, access control, and high-risk work controls are essential. You will set expectations, coach supervisors and subcontractors, and drive a proactive safety culture that protects people, schedule, and operations.


This role may be filled by a traveler. If traveling, the company will provide a company credit card and cover all approved travel expenses (lodging, meals, rental car/vehicle, fuel, flights as needed, and incidentals) per company policy.


Leadership Responsibilities (Safety Team Lead)

  • Lead, coach, and develop the project safety team (Safety Managers/Coordinators) and set daily/weekly field coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment

  • Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
  • Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
  • In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
  • Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
  • Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.

Industry Analysis

  • Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
  • Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Product & Go-to-Market Implementation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
  • Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Functions:


  • Prepare cost estimates for projects as per company business model and industry standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Systems Management

  • Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.

  • Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
