As our Director of Planning for Key Accounts and Exclusive Products, you will help lead a team responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing the inventory of over 10,000 SKUs in multiple textile categories from around the world. Our ideal candidate has years of experience and expertise in leading planning and inventory management for a mid-sized and fast-growing company with multiple sales channels.
This role will partner with the VP of Planning and Inventory Management to maximize sales, profitability, and optimize inventory levels to support our multiple category channels. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to establish processes, systems, and collaborative relationships needed for the effective delivery, replenishment, sell-through, and mark downs of merchandise. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic merchandise business plan with the support of the Vice President of Planning and Inventory Management.
The Director of Planning will develop comprehensive merchandise strategy, budgeting and forecasting, derived from analysis of customer analytics, historical data and client demands to provide accurate financial inputs to the leaders of Loloi. Act as a change leader to support company initiatives, actively participate in strategic decision making, proactively challenge the status quo, present alternative approaches, and highlight potential issues. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Loloi Inventory Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop the overall financial plans, class plans, flow and bottoms-up assortment plan that execute the merchandise strategy while maintaining financial objective.
- Continuously improve related business tools, systems and methodologies to help deliver results in inventory management.
- Oversee the process and communication with vendors, suppliers, and factories to ensure on time PO commitments and delivery dates are met.
- In partnership with Finance develop a financial model for new product categories, including forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build a collaborative planning process to increase visibility, drive performance, and achieve short and long-term company objectives.
- Manage inventory cash flow in partnership with finance and merchandising, accurately forecasting inventory needs that align with open-to-buy while optimizing cash out-flow by month.
- Collaborate with key business partners on ways to mitigate forecast risks and maximize sales opportunities.
- Responsible for continually improving forecast and inventory accuracy.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analytics.
- Manage building, leading and motivating a team and making recommendations on future team needs and structure.
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements
- 8+ years minimum of Planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Merchandising, Business Management,
- Preferably held a management position with a digitally native, high-growth, eCommerce-first retail brand.
- Experience in home furnishings preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.

Job Description:
- In this role, you will ensure product continuity of supply for all materials that fall under your assigned portfolio of products.
- This portfolio can include the following types of materials: finished goods, work in process (WIP), raw materials, and packaging components.
- You will collaborate and partner with the manufacturing sites to ensure supply plans can be successful fulfilled by monitoring capacity, component availability and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service challenges.
- Manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.
- The planner is responsible for advising management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for existing products as well as for future launches.
- In addition, the planner is expected to escalate any issues that will impact the organizationβs ability to meet customer needs and/or fulfill targeted supply plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as Lead Planner for key strategic sites leading all supply planning related discussions.
- Scheduling / Plant Production βDevelop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide to the manufacturing sites on a prescribed schedule. Collaborate with assigned sites to develop short-term production schedules by taking into consideration site constraints, customer service and inventory targets.

- Ensure that supply plans are developed (and communicated to the appropriate site) which are achievable, aligned to the project timeline and deliverables and support meeting launch inventory targets, and are inclusive of any promotional activities.
- Support Master Data setup in SAP/APO.
Education:
- A Bachelorβs Degree is required, a focus in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Logistics is preferred.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional business experience is required, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Production Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation.
- Microsoft Office β Intermediate to advance skill level is required.

The Director of FP&A plays a critical role in translating performance into clear financial narratives, key performance indicators, and market informed analyses that support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.

Essential Job Functions
Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership
- Lead the annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and long-range planning processes across property level and fund level P&Ls.
- Coordinate inputs from asset management, leasing, property management, and other corporate functions to ensure consistent assumptions and timelines.
- Partner with asset management to develop/analyze scenario analyses and sensitivity models related to occupancy, rent growth, leasing velocity, operating expenses, and capital spending.
- Perform and review analytics on financial projections by sector, market, and investment; validate completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness of forecasts and analyze trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Collaborate with corporate departments, centralized shared services teams, and executive leadership to review and obtain approval of the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
- Monitor variance to budget and forecast, identify key drivers, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
- Provide ongoing support to property management, market teams, and corporate partners, including training, troubleshooting, and user guidance related to budgeting systems and processes.
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Develop and own FP&Aβs monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting packages for office and retail assets, including same-store, fund, and total portfolio views.
- Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between GAAP results and management reporting.
- Analyze trends in NOI, SSNOI, operating margins, recoveries, and corporate overhead.
- Prepare executive level summaries, dashboards, commentary, and board book materials that clearly explain performance drivers and outlook.
- Produce analysis related to leasing, touring activity, rental rates, financial performance, and broader operational trends.
- Create and refine content, metrics, assumptions, and messaging to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in format and messaging across all forms of reporting.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Team Leadership & Development and CrossβFunctional Support
- Mentor, coach, and guide analysts, including direct reports, to support skill development and highβquality output.
- Partner with the VP of FP&A, executive leadership, and market teams on an ongoing basis.
- Partner with Technology, Accounting, and Data & Research teams on reporting tools and data integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of office and retail asset economics, including leasing, recoveries, capital expenditures, and NOI drivers.
- Experience supporting executive leadership-level reporting and analytics, managing budgeting/forecasting processes and systems, and working with crossβfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical skills; experience with BI tools, Argus, or Yardi is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing highβperforming teams.

Benefits:The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Base Salary Range: $190,000-$205,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companyβs base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Salary and Benefits
Annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $51,632Β - $92,219 per year. Border Patrol Agents are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional ROTH 401(k) offering.
*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in 5 CFR 575.102) will be eligible for up to $20,000 in incentives. The first $10,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy, with the remaining $10,000 awarded for accepting a prioritized location such as Sierra Blanca, Presidio, Sanderson, Comstock, Freer or Hebbronville, TX; Lordsburg, NM; or Ajo, AZ.
*Retention Incentive*Β Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents may also qualify for up to $40,000 in additional incentives distributed over their firstΒ four years.
Duty Locations

U.S. Border Patrol determines duty assignments at the time of offer based on operational needs, which may or may not align with candidatesβ first-choice preferences. RELOCATION MAY BE REQUIRED.Β
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.Β

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:Β
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:Β
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; ORΒ
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; ORΒ
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.Β
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:Β
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:Β
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university;Β ORΒ

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.Β
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.Β
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military)

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelorβs Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
