- Northern Minnesota Join an established pediatrics practice of physician and advanced practice provider colleagues to provide the full scope of pediatric primary care services at Healthcare to include: Child and teen well visits, general pediatric visits, sports & activity physicals, ADD & ADHD treatment in conjunction with external mental health facility within community, attendance at C-sections, emergency situations, and high-risk deliveries.
On-call rotation, presently the rotation is 1:5 Dedicated Pediatric Department within multi-specialty clinic with inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery (hospital & clinic are attached) QUALIFICATIONS : Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
EMR SYSTEM : EPIC COMPENSATION/BENEFITS : Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $275,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU s).
