Position Summary

Principal Activities
- Review the work order requirements and drawings, obtain fixtures and tools for preparation.

The Supervisor is accountable and responsible for managing departmental safety, environmental controls, development of production employees for optimum performance, plant production including quality control, protection of equipment and departmental cost controls.
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely input of information into ADP Time and Attendance to assist Payroll in the preparation of weekly payroll.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for all subordinates, complete the review form and make recommendations for rate increases. Recommend wage adjustments, promotions, demotions, terminations, layoffs, etc.
- Promote safety through active participation and support of company safety policies and programs and initiating corrective action for recognized unsafe conditions or hazards. Report any incident, regardless of severity, including fire, equipment damage, facility damage, or employee injury to the Safety Department.
- Ensure compliance to all scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance routines to ensure optimum equipment performance and minimize equipment downtime. Report any abnormal machine operation or condition to the Maintenance Department immediately.

The Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting structured test drives of new or serviced tractors to evaluate operational performance, safety, and overall product quality. This role identifies, documents, and communicates mechanical, functional, and quality-related issues observed during dynamic testing. The position collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Service teams to support root cause analysis and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standardized and ad-hoc test drives of tractors on various terrains including paved surfaces, gravel tracks, fields, and slopes under varying load conditions and speeds.
- Evaluate and validate performance of critical systems including engine, transmission, PTO, hydraulics, steering, braking systems, 3-point hitch, auxiliary circuits, and implements.
- Identify and document issues related to NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), drivetrain irregularities, hydraulic lag or oscillation, steering drift, brake fade, electrical faults, sensor anomalies, and operator interface (HMI) defects.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections for leaks, loose components, misalignment, abnormal wear, sharp edges, fit and finish defects, and paint or coating issues.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools or data acquisition systems to verify CAN bus communication, read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and capture operational data logs.
- Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
- Support root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions based on test results.
- Perform pre-operation safety inspections including checks of tires, fluid levels, lights, horn, ROPS, and seat belts.

Minimum Qualifications

Under the direction of the Lead Manufacturing Supervisor, the Processing Technician 2 is responsible for supporting the injection molding departments' operational goals. The primary responsibilities of this role will include Start-up of all down machines when ready, attending and actively participating in tech meetings, housekeeping, checking process parameters while ensuring all alarms are on and active, submitting first pieces to the Quality Lab, completing material changes, and setting scales. The Processing Technician 2 will provide troubleshooting support to the production group to correct problems. This role will act as the liaison between Production and the Process Engineering dept. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and making recommendations for processing issues.
- Starting up presses after; changes (mold changes, conversions, material changes, etc.), rehangs, repairs, mold cleans, or other reasons
- Regrind and scrap management

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Lead Manufacturing Supervisor, the Processing Technician 2 is responsible for supporting the injection molding departments' operational goals. The primary responsibilities of this role will include Start-up of all down machines when ready, attending and actively participating in tech meetings, housekeeping, checking process parameters while ensuring all alarms are on and active, submitting first pieces to the Quality Lab, completing material changes, and setting scales. The Processing Technician 2 will provide troubleshooting support to the production group to correct problems. This role will act as the liaison between Production and the Process Engineering dept. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and making recommendations for processing issues.
- Starting up presses after; changes (mold changes, conversions, material changes, etc.), rehangs, repairs, mold cleans, or other reasons
- Regrind and scrap management
- Assistance with Automation alarms and troubleshooting
- Enter all downtime and scrap codes accurately for future analysis using the Process Monitoring System (Mattec) as needed.
- Work with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure proper documentation is created and distributed regarding process sheets and deviations.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with other company personnel using the company provided radio as well as follow radio etiquette and policy on a daily basis.
- Housekeeping (including purge, scrap parts, etc.) and proper storage of equipment, supplies etc.
- Assist in maintaining HellermannTyton's certifications by supporting: Corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Other Functions
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Evaluate current state processing conditions and recommend improvement plans as needed.
- Developing procedures for production related duties that may be used as reference/training materials.
- Work on audit preparedness for both internal and external audits.
- Assist in maintaining HellermannTyton's certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures and work instructions.
