Duties and Responsibilities:

Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Inc. (“FIT”) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join as a valued member of sales team in the San Jose office. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization such as Sales/PM, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Business Management and will be responsible for promoting “design-ins” in the areas of high speed cable, connector, antenna, acoustic, power, and accessories products. This person is accountable for customer relationship management, problem resolution, escalation handling among the management team and the customers.

• Grow the business and focus on interconnect technologies and various applications.
• Work with Business Units to manage the new customer projects, meet customer expectations on technology, quality and schedule/delivery.
• Develop and manage FIT’s connectivity opportunities with OEMs/ODMs/CMs.
• Promote and support FIT’s connectivity technologies and products to the defined customer segment. Meet or exceed established FY sales plan.
• Communicate regularly with key global account team members to develop and execute account strategies to drive success.
• Work with FIT’s sales colleagues and Business Units to set and attain goals for strategic accounts, targeted technology and product needs.
• Develop sales plans for the overall market and strategic business plans for the respective targeted accounts.
• Lead FIT’s Product Development group and strategize them with market technologies.
• Work collaboratively with PM/Sales Team, Product Developers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Production Quality Engineers for interconnect products.
• Travels to overseas manufacturing sites to support sample builds, product development, production and QA.

Education and Experience:

• Prefer to have BE/ ME in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineer or Non-Engineering/ MBA.
• A minimum of 0-5 years of relevant cable - connector industry experience.
• Specific technically oriented experience with interconnect products within the Data Center industry is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in technical. Must be able to clearly articulate thoughts, strategies, and develop logical action plans.
• Must be self-motivated and driven. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both local and international travel.

The Principal Manufacturing Test Engineer will shape the strategy, development, and deployment of test systems for computer hardware products throughout the entire production lifecycle—spanning individual modules, fully assembled servers, racks, and large-scale clusters. This role applies automation, advanced analytics, and Design‑for‑Test methodologies to build scalable solutions that support smooth product launches and zero‑defect performance.

Duties

• Lead or support major transformation efforts that redefine manufacturing risk analysis, quality practices, and continuous improvement standards.
• Establish new systems, processes, and frameworks that advance the smart‑factory vision, leveraging automation, metrology, advanced inspection, testing, and predictive analytics.
• Partner closely with design, quality, manufacturing, test, and supplier engineering teams to deliver tightly integrated solutions for production.

• Integrate customer test requirements, software, and infrastructure into production systems.
• Write and maintain comprehensive test plans and coverage documentation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in complex, high‑volume manufacturing, including at least 5 years in leadership or transformation‑focused roles (not limited to people management).
• Expertise in hyperscale system architectures, including:
• Strong understanding of interactions across the hardware stack
• Demonstrated experience developing tests at the board, module, server, rack, and cluster levels.
• Strong background in diagnostics, fault isolation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Proven track record designing and sustaining high‑volume production test stations.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical and statistical methodologies (regression, correlation, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Gauge R\&R, commonality studies) using tools such as Minitab or JMP.
• Proficiency with data‑driven tools like Python, R, SQL, Minitab, and JMP.

GPS Subsystem Engineer collaborates with missile level system engineers in developing requirements for the subsystem. They perform analysis and modeling to decompose requirements for GPS sub-assemblies and component designs.

The Effector Digital Products (EDP) department designs digital electronic circuit cards and electronic units which are supported from proposal through transition to production. Our systems are subject to environments ranging from the frigid, sub-zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor, to the high pressures of the ocean depths.

The Digital, RF and Power Team is seeking a Digital Design Engineer II with digital electronics design and analysis skills to join our team. 

This position is 100% ONSITE in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do

We are looking for candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting-edge technology to design digital electronics circuits that implement missile guidance, video and digital signal processing. Our technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and homogeneous / heterogeneous multiprocessor designs.

The Digital Design Engineer II is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for Missile applications. The candidate should be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design including:

• hardware designs with processors

• FPGAs

• memory

• industry interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology

• Minimum of 2 years of engineering digital circuit design experience

• Experience in the development and design of electronic circuit designs, multi-assembly system/unit design, and/or processor designs

• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizen are eligible for a security clearance. 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in taking a design concept from the block diagram or requirements level to development of a complete hardware design, and verification via test and integration

• Experience with PCB design process and expertise in tools used to design (schematic capture), analyze and simulate designs prior to hardware execution

• Experience using Mentor Graphics Design Creation (Siemens EDA) tools: DxDesigner, xDX Designer VX, and Expedition

• Experience using Mentor Graphics (Siemens EDA), PCB electronic circuit design software:

  • HyperLynx signal integrity

  • Power integrity

  • Analog simulation

  • Xpedition Enterprise (xPCB)

The Surface Based Effector Production Department is searching for a Sr. Principal Guidance Section Systems Integrator role on a complex missile program that is critical for our national defense and has near unlimited growth potential.  The Systems Integrator role will work closely with all disciplines associated with missile production including Program Management, Chief Engineers, Quality, Supply Chain and Production Operations to ensure the technical integrity of our products is maintained and performs as intended every time.  The Systems Integrator’s broad knowledge base will be used to lead and/or support failure investigations, obsolescence redesigns, factory escapes, supplier issues and much more.  The ability to calmly but quickly review and analyze information, separate fact from fiction and make decisions and/or recommendations is critical in this role. The Systems Integrator also provides both technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitments.  Allocating time to mentor newer engineers is also key to the success of the team and program. 

What You Will Do:

• Support integration and test efforts of the All Up Round and related subassemblies for the SM-6 programs
• Provide technical oversight of failure investigations
• Support component level design and test reviews
• Work environment is primarily in an office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination
• Work with suppliers and customers for procuring and demonstrating capabilities in lab or field environments.
• Assignments may include design changes and analysis; developing and documenting subsystem requirements and test plans and reports; peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert; presentations to peers, management, and government customers; and root-cause investigations.
• Raytheon has a strong culture of mentoring; it is expected that employees will be both mentors and mentees.
• Assignments may require some travel, including foreign travel.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: RF product and subassembly design, integration, and production support; analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support; deconvolving high-level requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architectures; experience in RF sub-systems, systems engineering, requirements development, requirement validation, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, RF test integration (including RF test solutions), and/or RF supplier management on an effector-based product
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

• Prior experience as a technical leader on a complex subsystem during Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) Phase

• Proven experience in balancing engineering process discipline and innovation for rapid development and program success.
• Experience working with missiles or similar systems.
• Ability to effectively work multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of mixed signal electronics.
• Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in developing proposals.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience leading large, complex trade studies
