As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging expert-level AutoCAD and Inventor skills to craft low- and medium-voltage AC layouts, DC controls, and the logic that ties multiple gensets into advanced paralleling switchgear and smart control panels. Develop exact electrical documentation
- Produce comprehensive wiring schematics, conduit schedules, and panel layouts in AutoCAD and Inventor for diesel and natural gas gensets, ensuring every reference, layer, and legend is unambiguous.
- Size and specify breakers, relays, PLC/HMI hardware, and interface circuits that integrate seamlessly with low to medium-voltage paralleling switchgear and DC control systems.

About the Job
BCEI operates as the primary contractor and lead designer for all construction aspects of the project. We work closely with targeted General, MEP, and Low Voltage contractors to deliver large-scale projects to our clients. The Preconstruction Manager leads the front-end planning, cost development, and technical coordination of large-scale projects in North America. This role is responsible for conceptual budgeting through GMP development, value engineering, risk analysis, and client-facing cost strategy on hyperscale and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate has deep experience estimating MEP-intensive facilities, high-voltage power systems, or mission-critical environments where schedule certainty, redundancy, and scalability are paramount. Applicants with experience in these areas will be prioritized but all applicants with relevant experience will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Field Superintendent with Underground Power experience in the Los Angeles area. Ability to complete construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, field staff, and sub-contractors.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Directly oversees job site personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work schedules and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
- Works with Project Manager and Scheduler in the development and refinement of the project schedule to keep the schedules properly updated and see that the job meets the completion date while meeting budget
- Responsible for approving all expenses for each assigned job; ensure they are applied to the proper job and phase code
- Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times

- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
