The Medical Case Manager (BHI Utilization Management) will be responsible for reviewing and processing requests for authorization and notification of behavioral health services from health professionals, clinical facilities and ancillary providers. You will be responsible for prior authorizations, concurrent review and related processes. You will utilize CalOptima Health's medical criteria, policies and procedures to authorize referral requests from behavioral health professionals, clinical facilities and ancillary providers. - Responsible for mailing rendered decision notifications to the provider and member, as applicable.
- Screens inpatient and outpatient requests for the Medical Director's review, gathers pertinent medical information prior to submission to the Medical Director, follows up with the requester by communicating the Medical Director's decision and documents follow‐up in the utilization management system.
- Completes the required documentation for data entry into the utilization management system at the time of the telephone call or fax to include any authorization updates.
- Contacts the health networks and/or CalOptima Health Customer Service regarding health network enrollments.
- Identifies and reports any complaints to the immediate supervisor utilizing the call tracking system or through verbal communication if the issue is of an urgent nature.
- Refers cases of possible over/under utilization to the Medical Director for proper reporting.
- Completes care coordination activities as related to Transition Care Management (TCM) activities.
- Reviews International Classification of Diseases (ICD‐10), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT‐4) and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes for accuracy and the existence of coverage specific to the line of business.

Wright Water Engineers (WWE) is seeking a Senior Stormwater Management Specialist with 5 or more years of experience in stormwater management and permitting for construction activities and/or Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) and a desire to take on more responsibilities for project management, client interactions, and business development. The successful candidate will use their problem-solving skills, big-picture critical thinking, passion for learning, and strong work ethic to thrive both independently and within project teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills and professional integrity are essential for contributing to a cohesive company culture and building trusting relationships with clients, public agencies, and other employees.
This position will primarily support project delivery for WWE’s stormwater management services, with opportunities to expand into wetland delineation and regulatory compliance services, if desired. The qualified candidate will work full-time out of WWE’s Denver office. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or GIS is desirable.
Representative Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage construction stormwater permitting under the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS).
- Assess proposed projects for potential impacts and determine whether floodplain, wetland, construction stormwater, and/or groundwater dewatering discharge permits may apply.
- Collaborate with WWE subject-area experts on permitting requirements, and coordinate and assist with preparation of permit applications and supporting documentation.
- Develop Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs) to effectively address pollution in stormwater runoff and manage the municipal review and resubmittal process for these SWMPs.
- Oversee inspections of construction sites and post-construction stormwater control measures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project requirements. Provide guidance to WWE’s stormwater inspectors and conduct inspections when conditions warrant.
- Support or lead MS4-related permitting and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Ensures sales goals and budget objectives are met through fulfillment of customer orders and unsurpassed customer service. Creates and distributes inventory report to ensure customers in DCIDS’s donor service areas have first choice to available grafts. Communicates tissue availability to Distributors and Contract Partners as appropriate.
- Determines appropriate “par” levels for tissue inventory to ensure DCIDS can provide appropriate service levels to its customers. Represents Distribution at Production Planning meetings, providing demand requirements based on sales forecasts and processing leads times.
- Maintains a month-on-hand report to monitor and address low demand inventory. Acts as part of team to create programs/pricing or identify alternative outlets to ensure tissue is utilized. Communicates these programs to customers as appropriate.
- Ensures that Distribution department is compliant with all regulatory requirements related to storing, shipping, returning or transferring human donated tissue. Has clear understanding of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) regulations for HCT/Ps established in 21 CFR Parts 1270 and 1271. Supports Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists with directions on handling tissue requirements in the field.
- Manages sales agreements with client hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), distributors and others. Works with Director of Sales to discover requirements to win the contract. Leads negotiation of contract terms. Manages contracts to track renewal dates, alerting management team to any required action. Renegotiates terms as appropriate.
- Supports Distributor relationships by monitoring distribution revenue, calculating commissions, and securing authorization for timely payment.
- Monitors, reports and presents revenue results and tissue utilization to senior management, medical management and medical directors. Supports Sales team with Quarterly Territory Reviews reports.
- Recruits, retains, and develops results driven Distribution team. Advises and counsels, assists, and directs activities to ensure ongoing high performance. What You'll be driving as a Treasury Management Specialist
Lead & Support: Guide and mentor the Treasury Management Support Team to deliver exceptional client service.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor ACH services for compliance with NACHA regulations, identify underutilized services, and reduce fraud risk.
Client Education: Ensure clients receive annual updates on NACHA rules and regulations.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage business internet banking, ACH originators, Merchant Capture (RDC), wire originators, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay services-ensuring seamless setup, troubleshooting, and training.
Transaction Oversight: Review and process originated transactions, schedule new payments, handle returns, and balance entries.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine procedures, welcome packets, and forms to boost efficiency and minimize risk.
Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain reports in the Reporting Model System and BI tools.
Risk & Audit Readiness: Assist with risk assessments and ensure successful audit outcomes.

What You'll Leverage in this Role
Experience: 5+ years in Treasury Management Operations leadership or supervisory roles.
Banking Expertise: Prior experience in banking sales, service, and management.
Certifications: AAP certification is a big plus!

We are seeking a Foster Care Case Management Specialist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $46,000
This role requires advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions on the overall management and delivery of services to children on their caseload, aimed at achieving safety and permanency. This role will coordinate and facilitate activities within the Family Support Team context, working towards moving the child to a permanent home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage and provide services to children and families who have been referred under the Foster Care Case Management Contract.
- Continually analyze and assess each family and child situation on an individual basis, using advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare to develop recommendations regarding support services and resources that each child and family may need, such as educational plans, medical, psychiatric, and psychological assessments, therapy, independent living skills, etc.
- Facilitate service planning with the child, family, and other Family Support Team (FST) members in accordance with Cornerstones of Care, MACF & CD policy.
- Coordinate any supportive services and resources that children under case management services may need to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with children and families and the following:
- Master's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling or psychology, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling or psychology, required.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
