We are seeking a reliable and skilled Punch-Out Technician to join our construction team. You will be responsible for completing final repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups on newly built homes before the final walkthrough and closing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around carpentry, drywall, paint, trim, hardware installation, and minor repairs basically, the finishing touches that make a house move-in ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete punch lists provided by site supervisors or superintendents
• Perform repairs including drywall patches, touch-up painting, caulking, adjusting doors and windows, fixing trim, etc.
• Install or adjust hardware (e.g., door handles, towel bars, cabinet hinges)
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for final walkthrough
• Communicate with supervisors regarding issues, materials, or delays
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

We are seeking a Lead Space Survivability/Radiation Effects Engineer to support natural and man-made radiation environment-related tasks at the piecepart, unit, and system levels through all satellite program phases in El Segundo, California.

The Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive food safety and quality management system across a network of external manufacturing partners and suppliers. This role ensures that all finished products meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards.

The Director will serve as the primary food safety authority for the organization, leading risk-based programs, managing co-manufacturer relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Own and oversee the company’s food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, Preventive Controls (FSMA), supplier approval, and product release.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA (if applicable), state regulations, and relevant global food safety standards.
• Act as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) or ensure appropriate coverage.
• Lead regulatory inspections, third-party audits, and customer audits related to co-manufacturing partners.

Co-Manufacturer & Supplier Management

• Conduct risk-based audits of external manufacturing facilities and ingredient suppliers.

Product Safety & Crisis Management

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in food safety and quality, including significant experience managing external co-mans.
• Strong working knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, Preventive Controls, and FDA regulations.
• Experience leading third-party audits and regulatory inspections.
• PCQI certification (or ability to obtain).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Kansas City, MO. We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role focuses on marketing materials for trade shows, email campaigns and social media, apparel design, company branding design and creating visually appealing graphics for printing on garments / promotional products as well as editing art for vector printing purposes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in design principles and have experience in various graphic design softwares. They will initiate creativity, collaborate with other team members to bring concepts to life while ensuring quality, and time efficiency.

The Service Technician will run electrical and mechanical diagnostics and deliver required repairs. They are responsible for performing comprehensive quality inspections and preventative maintenance services on overhead cranes and hoists. They will spend the majority of their time on clients' sites providing service and, as such, are expected to serve as frontline representatives of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes, crane controls, hoists, and drives.

Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.

Proper use of a man lift during service. Must be comfortable working at heights.

Evaluate and communicate with customers recommendations requiring repairs.

Communicate with management and sales about any additional needs the customer may have.

Maintains time tracking per job and reports any product concerns or inconsistencies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

CORE SKILLS:

Ability to read and understand work instructions, manuals, and schematics.

Ability to read and execute fabrication drawings.

Ability to manage time to a schedule and be accountable for reporting per job.

Ability to properly maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 -4 years of work experience as a service technician.

Mechanical and electrical skills ideally learned from a trade school.

Overhead crane experience not required, but familiarity and exposure to working on cranes and hoists are a plus.

Welding aptitude would be a benefit.

Ability to work overtime.

Demonstrated positive attendance record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.

Ability to frequently walk, climb, kneel, bend, reach overhead, push, pull, and use a ladder or stool.

Frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise, and heights.

Ability to work in outside conditions during all seasons.

Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.

Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
