Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Position OverviewThe Residential Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating and closing residential roofing sales within an assigned territory. This role manages the entire sales process, from lead generation through contract signing, and ensures that every opportunity is properly documented in Watertight’s proprietary systems. Once a sale is made, the Territory Manager transitions the customer to the Watertight Customer Experience Manager, who manages the homeowner relationship through project completion. The Territory Manager is accountable for using a CRM for sales management, 3CX for all company communications, and upholding Watertight Roofing’s standards of professionalism and customer care.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution· Prospect, qualify, and close residential roofing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
· During the sales consultation, the TSM will conduct a roof inspection, prepare proposals, and present the roofing project scope to homeowners.
· Deliver contracts and secure homeowner commitment to move forward with projects.
· Transition customers seamlessly to the Customer Experience Manager following the sale to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
Sales Activity Requirements (LEAP) Lead Management· Update all new leads in CRM within 24 hours of being received.
· Accurately disposition each lead in CRM (e.g., Lead, Customer Contacted, Estimate Appointment, Proposal Sent, Follow Up, Not Doing Work, Waiting for Approval, Proposal Accepted, and Contract Signed)
· Assign follow-up reminders within CRM to maintain proper cadence with each prospect.
Funnel Management· Maintain an active sales funnel equal to 3x of the monthly residential sales target.
· EX; if your Residential Monthly Sales Target is $125K, then your funnel must consistently show at least $375K in Total Contract Value (TCV)
· Proactively identify gaps in the funnel and work to generate new opportunities.
· Provide detailed notes in CRM for every customer interaction, including calls, emails, site visits, and updates on proposals.
· Ensure notes include the homeowner/property manager name, key discussion, points, objections, next steps, and scheduled follow-up actions.
· Upload all supporting documents directly into the CRM record.
Proposal & Job Disposition· All proposals must be generated and sent through Watertight’s internal sales tools.
· Once a sale is closed, update the opportunity status in CRM and transition the customer record to the Customer Experience Manager for ongoing relationship management.
Activity Accountability· Weekly review of assigned leads and opportunities within CRM
· Weekly review of funnel health and activity metrics with Sales Leadership.
· Maintain full compliance with company communication tools (CRM, 3CX, Email, Scheduling, etc.) to ensure visibility and consistency.
Results Expected· Meet the minimum Residential Total Contract Value gross revenue sales targets of $1.5M annually, with $125,000. In Total Contract Value gross revenue per month.
· Maintain 99.99% accurate opportunity management and dispositioning in LEAP.
· Ensure a smooth handoff of new customers to the Customer Experience Manager after each sale.
· Deliver a professional, consistent, and positive homeowner experience.

POSITION TITLE: Senior Human Resources Generalist
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for all day-to-day human resources functions within a designated region with the Company. Providing support for all levels of human resources needs for all levels of staff within the assigned districts.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Processes all requests for store-level new hires and terminations, including but not limited to offer letters; background checks; communications between hiring managers and field staff members and corporate level staff members; and all necessary internal forms within their designated region(s) within the Company.
- Processes and manages all leaves of absence and workers compensation claims within their designated districts.
- Serves as the primary contact for all HR related questions for all field staff within their assigned region(s).
- Provides guidance and support to the Regional and District Managers within their assigned region(s).
- Processes, reviews and responds to unemployment and workers comp claims with appropriate documentation. Review unemployment statements.
- Performs technical and professional level management support functions in the daily administration of all human resource services.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Serves as the subject matter expert to the field employees on all HR related software and platforms.
- Manages and maintains the integrity of the HRIIS systems, routinely running reports and audits to ensure the highest level of data accuracy.
- Provides an example of possessing the Company’s core values and consistently fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
- This position may provide mentoring of junior staff members with the People & Culture Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of human resources generalist experience in multi-site/multi-state organizations required.
- SHRM certification a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available {annual or hourly} pay scale for this position is: $85,000-$95,000 per year plus bonus. About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Maine!
We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 45-day assignment in Maine, commencing May 4, 2026. This role involves a dynamic schedule combining clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and until 12:00 PM on Fridays, with 24/7 call responsibilities. The Physician will manage a mix of new and follow-up patients in clinic, perform various gynecological and obstetrical procedures, and conduct scheduled OR cases including C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopic procedures, while also taking part in an alternating call rotation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive clinic care, seeing patients Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Manage 24/7 call responsibilities, including weeknight and weekend call, with a 30-minute response time for out-of-house calls.
- Participate in dedicated OR days on Tuesdays, returning to clinic to complete the workday once surgical cases are finished.
- Engage in an alternating schedule where one week combines clinic and call duties, followed by a week focused on clinic only.
- Address a variety of clinic cases including new patient evaluations, follow-up appointments, GYN and OB appointments, Leap procedures, IUD insertions, pessary maintenance and insertion, and Nexplanon insertions.
- Perform C-section deliveries and provide consults to Family Medicine physicians involved in deliveries.
- Execute surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, DNCs, and hysteroscopies during OR days and as required for emergency cases.

Description:
Quantitative, Translational & ADME Sciences Department at the Client has an open position for a Scientist III position in North Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for non-regulated quantitative LC-MS/MS bioanalysis of small molecules from in vivo and in vitro samples, including extraction, data analysis and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Perform high throughput quantitative in vivo and in vitro LC-MS/MS analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving of small molecule and peptides from various bio-matrices.
* Operate, perform routine maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting of AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems.
* Maintain excellent documentation of all work including LIMS, test methods, and protocols.
* Work closely with multiple teams across Discovery and DMPK-BA to support bioanalysis.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline typically with 8+ (BS), 6+ (MS), or 0+ (PhD) years of relevant academia/pharmaceutical experience.
* Proven method development experience using various extraction, chromatographic and analytical methodologies.
* Proven experience with quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules.
* Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Agilent HPLCs, Leap/CTC PAL autosamplers and AB Sciex Mass Spectrometers
* The ideal candidate is detail oriented and committed to generating high-quality results within tight deadlines and across different projects.
* Proven ability to work independently or under minimal supervision in a high-throughput environment to design and conduct experiments, interpret, document, and communicate results, as well as in a team environment to collaborate successfully across other groups within R&D.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Work experience in regulated bioanalysis and/or CRO Facility settings is a plus.

The Prospect Park YMCA is seeking Lifeguards who will be responsible for maintaining safe conditions in and around the swim area at the branch. The Lifeguard will promote a safe and positive atmosphere in accordance with YMCA aquatics policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Must be Rescue Ready: uniform, pocket face mask/gloves, whistle, and rescue tube.
- Continuous and active scanning of the pool.
- Know and understand the Emergency Action Plan and Emergency Evacuation Routes.
- Enforce aquatics safety rules consistently and fairly.
- Perform second duties, as requested, only when not lifeguarding.
- Maintain positive relationships with members and staff.
- Follow the directions of the YMCA of Greater New York aquatic supervisors in accordance with the YMCA aquatic standards.
- Must attain YMCA Lifeguard certification within 90 days of hire and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification within 120 days of hire.
- Maintain certification level of physical and mental readiness. Responsible for recertification before expiration.
- Actively participate in training sessions, designated meetings, and special events.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Current YMCA Lifeguard certification or equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen (if required by certification organization).
- Demonstrate swim strokes, lifeguard rescues, and BLS/BFA/EO skills.
- Excellent hospitality skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Executive Management & Government Affairs, will serve as a key partner within the Office of the CEO, supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and cross-functional execution.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Strategy & Decision Support
- Provide structured analytical support to the CEO and Chairman (COB) on high-priority business issues.
- Develop executive-level briefing materials, board presentations, and strategic recommendation documents.
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to inform leadership decisions.
- Track and systematize key corporate KPIs and executive dashboards.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, finance, healthcare, or related fields.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or participating in multi-departmental projects.
- Exposure to executive-level reporting or presentation preparation preferred but not required.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare and biopharma) is a plus.
- Internship or early-career experience in strategy, analytics, or operations roles will be considered.
- Bilingual, Korean preferred.
