Role Overview
The Customer Service & Installation Trainer will be responsible for training our installation technicians. Key Responsibilities
1. Training Content & Curriculum Development

YOUR DAILY ROLE
This is a part time position that largely focuses on warehouse management and product fulfillment. The position involves working on-site at our office/warehouse for an estimated 25–30 hours per week. The majority of WAZER products processed and shipped are pallet shipments. This means you must be comfortable with not only processing small parcel packages but large crates as well. To be more specific you will be expected to regularly lift 60 pounds on your own, perform team lifts, and use standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hydraulic lifters, and ladders safely.
Warehouse
- Ensure finished goods are appropriately stored for inventory and fulfillment (ie. only boxed or fully crated units)
- Ensure all incoming packages have been distributed to appropriate staff or left on incoming package racks only
- Ensure parts are pulled according to general good FIFO practices
- Suggest improvements and convey them to the Operations Manager in terms of warehouse management
Daily Warehouse Maintenance
- Ensure the warehouse is free of debris (ie. packaging, foam, cardboard, etc)
- Ensure the warehouse space is clear of clutter
- Ensure all general use warehouse tools (not in use) are put away in their designated locations (ie. pallet jack, dollies, ladders, etc)
Inventory
- Perform container unloading and receipt on a monthly basis
- Perform inventory counts on an as requested basis
- Parts, kits, and subassemblies appropriately binned/boxed/palletized per the intended system
Fulfillment
- Sub-kit and pre-assemble required accessories for fulfillment
- Package and box finished goods
- Highly accurate pick and pack of finished goods crating to customer work orders
- Print shipping documentation and process paperwork correctly for carrier pickup
- Assist LTL Drivers for loading and unloading of the pallets
- Store and document necessary packing and shipping information (digitally and physical)
This position has substantial room for growth in the future if aptitude is shown. This can include more hands-on testing and involvement in the WAZER laboratories or further expansion of roles and responsibilities to operationally related activities.

The Supply & Distribution Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and distribution planning across multiple B2C channels and warehouses.
This role ensures optimal inventory levels, high in-stock rates, efficient replenishment, and cost-effective distribution to support rapid eCommerce growth.

1. Supply Planning

Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or GED) required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. HR or talent leadership experience within technology or multi-division organizations, human capital consulting experience focused on organizational design or leadership development, HR leadership experience within private equity portfolio companies, holding senior talent strategy roles in rapidly growing organizations, etc.)
• Strong ability to evaluate talent and understand team dynamics
• Experience designing hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
• Solid understanding of HR operations and employment compliance
• Strategic thinking around organizational design and team building
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters

Job Description:
Leads Kawasaki training efforts in the field, including:
Drafts training materials based on vendor data, draft manuals and on-car observation
Verifies that all applicable FRA requirements are fulfilled, including those under
49CFR 238.109.
Proofreads and edits vendor documents to ensure Training Materials are complete
and up-to-date.
When multiple KRC Instructors are used in a given course, the Lead Instructor will
clearly delineate the specific area(s) of responsibility for each person.
The Lead Technical Trainer will be responsible for all logistical requirements,
including the necessity to have support personnel in place at a given time, with all
required tools and consumables.
Ensures vendors and subcontractors maintain quality requirements by closely
observing vendor classroom activities.
Delivers KRC training classes including familiarization, FRA requirements,
subsystem integration and interface.
Provides consistent point-of-contact between KRC, vendors and the Authority.
Writes letters to KHI, vendors and Authorities as directed.
Coordinates Training classes at Authority sites.
Verifies proper documentation and equipment are available at the site.
Contacts Engineering Department technical personnel to get answers to participant's
questions..
Updates and ensures all contract Training Deliverables are turned over to the
Authority at the required time.
Assists in designing the course curricula and working schedules for new contracts.
Presents written evaluations of course and Instructor effectiveness after each course.
Assists Manager of Training and Manuals and Assistant Manager of Training with
staff. Development.
Education:
BA or BS degree required.
Formal technical training (i.e. Military Electronic Courses) a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum, five (5) years experience conducting technical training. Prior rail car
experience strongly preferred.
Flexible approach to problem solving in the field.
Able to travel a minimum of 20%.
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe FrameMaker and/or Vector
graphics (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD) experience a plus.
