Knights Experience Team (kNEXT):

The University of Central Florida's (UCF's) the Knights Experience Team (kNEXT) primarily provides customer service to the Finance Business Centers (FBCs) and the Human Resources Business Centers (HRBC's) employees, assisting with various tasks as needed. kNEXT also provides administrative support services to staff across all colleges and divisions of the University. kNEXT is designed to reduce the administrative burden on individual colleges, consolidate transaction-based functions, create economies of scale, and improve backroom process efficiency so the colleges can better focus resources on their mission.

The team is made up of HR Specialists and Travel & Procurement Specialists, who will provide information and support across campus, reduce administrative burden, and empower employees to learn and grow. These Specialists will operate as campus experts on processes and procedures, support training and development, provide specialized reporting and analytics, and support central office transactions. All employees within kNEXT will also work to continuously improve processes and workflows.

The purpose of kNEXT is to ensure that the services provided meet or exceed expected performance levels and satisfy the needs of the faculty/staff/students (colleges/divisions).

The Opportunity:

The Travel & Procurement Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related and travel-related activities. The Travel & Procurement Specialist supports Travel & Procurement Coordinators within the Finance Business Centers (FBCs) by acting as experts on procurement-related and travel-related processes and procedures and provide training.

Responsibilities:


  • Support requests for the procurement of goods and services ensuring applicable policies and regulations are adhered to and transactions are processed timely and properly reflect the receipt of goods or services.


  • Research suppliers and obtain quotes for goods and services, as needed. Identify and review applicable contracts or the need for a Waiver of Competition and Sole Source Certification in accordance with policies and regulations.


  • Initiate and review requisitions, manage purchase orders, and initiate change orders, as needed. Create receipts and supplier invoices or purchasing card transactions to ensure timely payments.


  • Reconcile/verify purchasing card transactions ensuring applicable policies and regulations are adhered to and transactions are allowable, required documentation is provided, and transactions are accurate.


  • Support travel requests creating and reviewing Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports. Assist with travel arrangements, receipt/documentation collection, and travel advance and reimbursement requests to ensuring applicable policies and regulations are adhered to.


  • Support Travel & Procurement Coordinators within the Finance Business Centers (FBCs) as experts on procurement-related and travel-related processes and procedures.


  • Continuously review and improve processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support travel and procurement training efforts.


  • Other job-related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and (2+) years of relevant experience or combination of relevant comparable education and experience pursuant toFla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience supporting purchasing, AP/AR, and/or customer service-related activities.


  • Working knowledge of financial and purchasing rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.


  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a strong understanding of its importance in operational excellence and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and positively influence others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and Implement Personalization Plans

  • Develop and execute acquisition and retention marketing plans for AMA Ed Hub users, leveraging personalization as a key driver of increase audience relevance, conversion and retention.
  • Develop data-driven audience segments to deliver personalized messaging across channels while building and maintaining automated nurture and retention flows to drive audience engagement.

  • Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources (including marketing automation platforms) to create comprehensive campaign performance reports for several stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Marketing, Data Analysis, or other analytical related field preferred.

The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. How You'll Contribute:



Under general guidance, the Account Executive is responsible for the business development and sales growth for their assigned market. The Account Executive is responsible for providing Diversified's clients and prospects the highest possible level of quality in service to their account, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded by fulfilling client expectations.

What You'll Do:





  • Meet or exceed top line revenue and profitability targets for sales territory/portfolio.

  • Creates account specific strategies with new and existing accounts that maximizes the business potential, aligning with the Business Unit goals.





  • Secure new sales opportunities in target markets/portfolios. Establishes strategic deals and leads with a solutions-based sales methodology.





  • Ensures sales standards are met by building strong industry relationships within targeted customers. Utilizes a deep understanding of customer technology applications.





  • Develops annual go-to-market sales plans with Business Unit for the strategic accounts assigned. Reports and forecasts achievements to goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Drives opportunities that include cross selling of other Business Units products and services. Remains up to date on technology changes within the industry to identify areas of opportunity.





  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of solution offerings and technology changes within the industry.

  • Works closely with internal partners and stakeholders acting as the team leader for Diversified's delivery of proposals for client RFP opportunities. Functions as the lead customer relationship manager for accounts.

  • Ability to understand and identify buyer motivations and requirements across various Business Units and levels of the organization.

  • Strong understanding and ability to research customer strategy through data related to SEC filings, annual reports, short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

  • Travels to clients to propose and review sales opportunities and to project sites as required to ensure quality and cohesive client relations.



Non-Essential Functions:

What You'll Bring:



Required Skills/Qualifications:





  • 3+ years of outside sales.

  • 2+ years of AV industry experience, preferred

  • Solution selling experience preferred.



Skills:





  • Experience working with CRM platforms. Sales Logic knowledge is a plus. Good working knowledge of MS Office.



Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly accountable and performance driven with a high level of integrity. Strong problem-solving ability and analytical acumen. Highly adaptable and high sense of urgency. Organization, time management and an entrepreneurial mindset. Digital Awareness, a drive for results and action oriented, relationship building and interpersonal savvy, and negotiation.



Work Environment:



This position will travel 20% of time. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or the time. Occasionally will ascend/descend a ladder to service or install equipment. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. on a frequent basis.
