The Injection Molding Process Technician works within a small team of process technicians and mold setters to support production by performing tool changes, startups, and process adjustments on large-tonnage injection molding machines. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing cycle times, and supporting auxiliary equipment and automation systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform mold changes on Engel and Krauss Maffei injection molding machines ranging from 770 to 3500 tons.
- Start up injection molding machines using established processes.
- Adjust machine parameters to meet quality, performance, and cycle time standards.
- Set up and start robots using existing programs; perform simple robot program changes as required.
- Perform startup and in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshoot molding, automation, and auxiliary equipment issues to maintain production stability and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in injection molding as a Process Technician.

As a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. Our Performance Simulation teams provide, develop, and maintain high fidelity performance simulations, evaluate system performance, support new business initiatives and develop & execute technology roadmaps. This is an Onsite role in Tucson, AZ.
What You will Do
- You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
- You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
- You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
- You will work on different projects, determine, and develop approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product
- You will provide technical expertise for the simulation products of a specific program, and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in the preparation of detailed plans, and may interact with government counterparts as an authority on simulation products
Qualifications You Must Have

The Automation Controls Engineer is integral to the design, commissioning, and continued support of automated assembly and test equipment. Ideal candidates will have a well-rounded knowledge of the design of automated manufacturing systems and a strong ability to program Allen-Bradley PLCs to interface with robots, servos, solenoid valves, vision systems, process control sensors, conveyors, and other components. What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience with the design, fabrication, and commissioning of automated assembly and test equipment, specifically in the discipline of electrical controls.
- An advanced level of skill programming Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLCs from blank projects in ladder logic.
- A well demonstrated knowledge of all I/O interfacing types (Digital, Analog, Fieldbus, Ethernet, Serial) and the evaluation and selection process for them.

- Be on the forefront of new machine designs, working closely with the mechanical and other engineering teams to develop the controls systems that will bring the machines to life.
- Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- Create electrical control panel schematics and layouts following applicable codes and guidelines such as NFPA79 and NEC using CAD, ensuring the design meets all safety requirements.
- Conceptualize, write, and deploy software on Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLCs using ladder logic following company standards for code cleanliness, reusability, and documentation.
- Design and deploy aesthetically pleasing and intuitive HMI screens following company standards.
- Integrate and program all components required for machine operation such as robots, servo drives, vision systems, conveyor systems, and pneumatic solenoid valves.
- Manage electrical design changes and updates during the build phase, including the layout of field wiring and pneumatic components.

- Work with vendors on the electrical design and review phases of projects to ensure conformance to applicable company standards.

WTOV 9 in Steubenville, Ohio is currently seeking a talented Marketing Content Creator to join our Creative Services Team.
The successful candidate must be able to create, conceptualize, script, shoot and edit compelling content to promote news and programming products across all digital and linear broadcast streams.

Responsibilities include: Create promotional and commercial content (including video and graphics for social media, broadcast TV, and other delivery streams) to for clients of the station Write compelling copy that maximizes the impact on audiences on each platform Monitor past-performance and data analytics Interact with News, Marketing and other management to ensure created content adheres to station brands and goals Look for new and innovative ways to create marketing content that will reach our audience efficiently Ability to meet tight deadlines is key Participate in Station events including appearances within the community Ability to work with colleagues and clients across multiple markets Other responsibilities as assigned Ability to work flexible schedule Required Skills and Experience: Experience in writing powerful, attention-grabbing copy A college degree and previous experience in social or broadcast content creation (professionally or academically) Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator Must be able to create, conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit cutting edge content while also managing deadlines Professional shooting skills and good understanding of graphics and visual effects Strong verbal, written and organizational skills with attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide clients through the creative process Knowledge of the top social medial platforms and best practices for posting Highly creative and strong communication skills Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
