Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Early Support

· Support early acquisition activities that bridge mission needs or opportunities into executable acquisition programs, primarily within BCAC Phases 1–3.

· Guide customers through the transition from concept or problem statement to acquisition-ready artifacts, enabling successful stand-up of program offices and downstream execution.

· Advise customers on appropriate acquisition pathways, including BCAC, Software Acquisition Pathway, and hybrid approaches, based on regulatory requirements and program context.

Business Mission Area & Defense Business Systems Compliance

· Lead and support Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) alignment activities, identifying relevant business capabilities, processes, and opportunities for reuse of existing systems or services.

· Develop and support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts, including documentation of as-is and to-be states, process improvement strategies, and alignment with commercial best practices.

· Prepare and support BPR Assertions and related certification artifacts required for Defense Business Systems funding approval.

· Advise customers on minimizing unnecessary customization and promoting commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and industry-standard solutions where feasible.

Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) Compliance

· Support completion of Clinger-Cohen Act statutory requirements, including planning and development of required analyses and documentation.

· Coordinate and contribute to CCA-related artifacts such as Acquisition strategies, Market research approaches, Economic analyses / lifecycle cost estimates, Cybersecurity strategies (in coordination with specialists), IT portfolio registration and compliance activities

· Manage the iterative and non-linear nature of CCA compliance, sequencing deliverables appropriately across the acquisition lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

· Serve as a liaison between customers and governance bodies, including SAF Chief Information Officer (CIO)

and Chief Management Officer (CMO) communities.

· Engage regularly with oversight organizations to clarify expectations, address feedback, resolve compliance issues, and facilitate timely approvals.

· Prepare and deliver briefings for leadership, portfolio boards, and key stakeholders.

· Support programs that enter the process midstream by identifying gaps, remediating deficiencies, and realigning documentation to meet statutory and policy requirements.

Documentation, Analysis & Advisory Support

· Develop, review, and refine acquisition and compliance documentation.

· Conduct market research across DoD components and external organizations to identify reuse opportunities and avoid duplicative investments.

· Provide expert review of customer-developed documentation and recommend updates required to pass milestone and portfolio reviews.

· Support change management and implementation planning, including rollout strategies, schedules, and adoption considerations.

What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance

• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule

Summary

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician III role involves a blend of responsibilities across manufacturing engineering, engineering development, new product introduction (NPI), and tooling design. The successful candidate will be hands-on in the early stages of building new engineering product prototypes, as well as Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) builds. This individual support Design for Excellence (DFX), and design and implement tooling and fixtures with the aid of drafting resources. They will ensure that learnings from early product builds are integrated into a production-ready package. This role supports the key step in transitioning new product introductions into mature full-rate production stages. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent collaboration skills to ensure continuous feedback with various engineering teams and production staff.

Position Responsibilities

• Hands-on building and assembly of early units of new products with engineering support.
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, and composite fabrication, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of integrated systems.
• Ensure a smooth transition from product development to manufacturing, focusing on quality, reliability and cost
• Work effectively with engineering teams and production staff to provide and receive continuous, regular feedback.
• Provide rapid prototyping fabrication and assembly services to build prototype product hardware.

About the Position

As a PPC Account Manager, you will actively manage a book of 12-15 client accounts. This involves making recommendations on strategy, building new accounts, and optimizing existing accounts to drive results and exceed client expectations.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with designers, account managers, and clients to deliver on expectations
• Strategize and build out campaigns from start to finish
• Communicate progress weekly on tasks you’ve completed, and what you’re working on currently with each of your assigned accounts.
• Evaluate the performance of all client’s ad accounts to ensure their performance is on track to hit the client's goal.
• Regularly recommend, develop, and implement strategic improvements for the client's ad accounts to improve account performance
• Prepare and send weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Work with the design team to produce high-quality results for our clients while managing expectations on both the design team and for the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels (must have experience managing accounts exceeding $50K/monthly ad spend).
• 2+ years experience in an agency environment or working on 5 or more projects at a time
• 2+ years experience working directly with clients
• A background in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and creative abilities
• Experience in working in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

About the Position:

The Medical Physicist Assistant plays an essential clinical support role in the cancer center and the broader hospital. Because the same team handles all the physics work for the hospitals, this position offers experience in both radiation oncology and the full range of medical radiation safety support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Quality Assurance & Equipment Testing

• Perform routine daily, monthly, and annual quality assurance (QA) tests on linear accelerators, imaging systems, and other radiation therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety
• Conduct patient-specific QA procedures, including IMRT/VMAT dose verification and phantom-based measurements
• Assist with the commissioning and acceptance testing of new treatment technologies and imaging systems
• Support ongoing calibration and maintenance processes to maintain system accuracy and reliability

Radiation Safety Support

• Support radiation safety work across the spectrum of medical uses, including external beam therapy, diagnostic imaging, procedural fluoroscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic uses of radioactive material.
• Assist with radiation safety audits, surveys, and exposure monitoring to ensure compliance with state, federal, and institutional guidelines
• Support implementation of safety protocols and participate in safety training efforts for clinical staff
• Help maintain accurate records of radiation safety procedures, inspections, and dosimetry monitoring

Treatment Planning Assistance

• Collaborate with medical physicists and dosimetrists in the data collection and validation of the Eclipse treatment planning system
• Support clinical staff in maintaining and updating beam models, commissioning data, and patient datasets
• Contribute to troubleshooting and optimization of treatment planning workflows under supervision

System Support & Data Management

• Assist in the maintenance, testing, and documentation of oncology software systems (Aria and Mosaiq)
• Develop or use analysis tools to monitor system performance and ensure clinical accuracy
• Help with the integration and verification of new software and technology updates

Clinical Development and Research Support

• Participate in clinical development and performance improvement initiatives
• Assist in research data collection, analysis, and project documentation under the guidance of senior physics staff
• Contribute to the implementation of new technologies, workflows, and techniques that enhance patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Physics, Medical Physics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s degree from a CAMPEP approved program preferred)
• Foundational knowledge of radiation physics, radiation therapy, and radiation safety best practices
• Experience or familiarity with QA tools, survey meters, dosimeters, and treatment planning software
• Proficiency with technical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ARIA, Eclipse)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow clinical protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
• Physical ability to handle QA equipment and navigate clinical settings
