Clinical Psychologist – PsyD (Family Medicine Residency Program)
Location: Outpatient Clinic — Hopkinsville, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days
Compensation: $95,000–$145,000 DOE (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Provides comprehensive ambulatory behavioral health services and serves as a key educator within an established Family Medicine Residency Program. This position combines clinical care, curriculum development, resident education, and wellness support for physicians in training.
Position Overview
The Clinical Psychologist will lead the Behavioral Science and Psychiatry curriculum for Family Medicine residents, provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, and support residents’ interpersonal, communication, and stress‑management skills. This role includes supervising behavioral health rotations, coaching residents, and supporting their own mental health and wellness.
Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapeutic interventions, and case management for individuals, families, and groups.
- Conduct joint sessions with residents to assess and treat behavioral health conditions such as depression, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, alcohol use disorders, and other primary‑care‑presenting concerns.
- Maintain an active patient caseload and develop referral sources.
- See residency‑referred behavioral health patients as needed.
Residency Education & Curriculum Leadership
- Develop and oversee the Behavioral Science/Psychiatry curriculum in alignment with Residency Review Committee (RRC) guidelines.
- Teach residents how to identify, assess, and manage behavioral health conditions in primary care.
- Lead group therapy training, behavioral health skills workshops, and communication‑skills coaching, including review of video‑recorded medical encounters.
- Supervise residents during their behavioral health outpatient rotations.
- Prepare and deliver Noon Conference lectures and supplemental curriculum.
- Maintain updated reading lists and patient education resources for resident learning.
Resident Wellness & Support
- Develop, lead, and manage the Stress Management and Wellness Program for residents.
- Provide confidential counseling to residents for stress management and personal behavioral health concerns.
- Offer support and evaluation for residents as requested by program leadership.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Consult with faculty and resident physicians regarding behavioral health considerations affecting patient care.
- Support the integration of behavioral health into the primary care model.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Clinical, Counseling, Health, or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license to practice Psychology in the State of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in teaching and/or counseling (doctoral‑level teaching preferred).
- Familiarity with DSM for diagnostic purposes.
- Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards related to patient care, rights, and confidentiality.

Job Description:
We are seeking a board-certified/eligible physician specializing in critical care to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Medical Center in Palm Beach County, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of critically ill patients during night shifts, working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. This role requires an unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care: Evaluate and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, providing immediate and ongoing care. Perform necessary procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, etc., as required by the patient's condition.
Medical Consultation: Provide expert advice to other physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding the diagnosis, management, and treatment of critically ill patients. Offer consultations to other departments as necessary.
Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including but not limited to, intensivists, hospitalists, pulmonologists, surgeons, radiologists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and case managers, to formulate and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Diagnostic Review: Interpret and integrate data from a variety of sources, such as lab results, radiology studies, and other diagnostic tests to inform the diagnosis and management of patients.
Education and Guidance: Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the associated treatments, complications, and prognoses. This may include discussing end-of-life care and advanced directives with patients and their families.
Medical Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, medical decisions, and outcomes in the Electronic Health Records (EHR). Complete necessary paperwork for patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Clinical Leadership: Act as a leader within the ICU, promoting a culture of clinical excellence, open communication, and patient-centered care. Mentor and guide junior doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals, promoting continuous learning and development.
Quality Improvement and Research: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and procedures to enhance patient care in the ICU. Engage in clinical research as relevant to improve the understanding and management of critical illnesses.
Emergency Management: Respond promptly and effectively to sudden changes in patient condition or acute emergencies. Coordinate with the rapid response team as necessary.
Compliance and Ethics: Comply with all legal and ethical standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures. Respect patient confidentiality and autonomy at all times.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification/eligibility in Critical Care Medicine
Valid and active medical license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an ICU physician, preferred

Client is looking for experienced physicians (5+ years post-residency) who have excellent surgical or procedural and interpersonal skills, a clean malpractice case history and a desire to focus on Surgical hair restoration. Board certified preferred.
The positions are full-time/full focus, 5 days per week from 7:30am until about 5pm. Offices are always closed on Sundays and legal holidays, there is no call and virtually no emergencies.
We do not offer part-time or franchise opportunities.
Per client: We hire, train and manage the staff, and our Physicians do the procedures and patient consultations. We take care of everything else, including marketing.
Most of the offices consist of 1 Physician, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Clinical Supervisor/RN, 1 Office Manager, 1-3 Senior Counselors, several nurses, surgical techs and medical assistants.
Typically, the physicians are doing 2-5 procedures per day in the morning and consults (with the help of experienced counselors) in the afternoon. The surgeons do the extraction and closure and create the recipient sites, and the nurses and med techs do the slicing and placement of the individual follicular units. PAs handle most of the FUEs (Follicular Unit Extractions), and PRP injections.
Client covers the cost of flights and hotel during our interviewing process (1st interview will likely be a phone or video). Additionally, they cover the cost of housing during the approximately 3-month paid training (training takes usually place in our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA or in some cases NYC). After completion of training, the Physician begins working at the Surgical Center.
For Beverly Hills, the average compensation range is $300-400K+ per year (income is based on a % of revenue).
