- Post-partum hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia, HELLP, bilirubin babies, NAS babies, feeders/growers
- They also get MSU surgical patient overflows. Low acuity patients there for IV Antibiotics, swing bed or rehab. No infectious patients, no telemetry monitoring – confirm in offer they are comfortable with this – average ratio with Med/Surg patients would be 1:2-3 patients
- They have a low volume of deliveries, averaging 200/year.
- Rooming in model – there is no dedicated Nursery/Nursery RN – RN will care for babies as well

- Patient population includes stroke, spine surgery, seizure, brain tumor, head injury, and general neuroscience cases, with some medical overflow
- Day shift nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5; night shift is 1:5-6
- PCTs are available on unit with ratios of 1:9-10 on days/evenings and 1:10-12 on nights
- Charge nurse coverage 24/7 (does not typically take a patient assignment); house supervisor available 24/7
- RNs are required to titrate drips, including heparin drips based on PTT
- House-wide telemetry monitoring in place — RNs are not required to read their own strips (Philips monitors)
- High-flow oxygen used occasionally for stable COVID patients
- Charting is performed in Epic
- 12-hour day shifts
- Every other weekend required (both Saturday and Sunday)

The Credit Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate corporate financial spreads, analyzing financial statements, and underwriting commercial and other credit facilities. This role supports lending and credit leadership by developing detailed credit analysis reports used by lending officers and Credit Committees to evaluate and approve credit requests for domestic and international borrowers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports for lending officers and Credit Committees supporting approval or denial of credit facilities for corporations and individuals.
- Assign appropriate NAICS codes to borrower businesses and analyze the industries in which they operate.
- Verify financial reporting requirements to ensure borrower financial information meets internal credit policy standards.
- Spread financial statements and tax returns using internal financial analysis systems.
- Analyze financial ratios and trends to assess the level of risk associated with new, renewed, modified, or refinanced credit requests.
