The Opportunity

  • Level 5 Partnership Advancement upon start.
  • Communicate and champion Vituity’s purpose, mission, vision, values, culture of brilliance, and strategy, ensuring widespread understanding and alignment.

  • Monitor current and future healthcare and economic trends. Assess their potential impact on the practice and local geographic region.
  • Strategize and execute a comprehensive annual practice management plan that sets clear goals and objectives, continuously surpassing expectations and delivering value to patients, clients, providers, and the local community.
  • Spearhead the local site's administrative management team, meticulously selecting team members and aligning their responsibilities to drive the achievement of practice goals.
  • Demonstrate unwavering mastery of Vituity policies and fiduciary obligations, ensuring strict adherence from all providers.
  • Exemplify Vituity's Partnership Principles by fostering open communication and transparent decision-making, such as conducting annual reviews of administrative stipends and scheduling preferences.

  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor site financial performance and identify and create new areas for growth and revenue.
  • Develop an expertise and understanding of the yearly budget, financial performance measures and monitoring systems, and billing and reimbursement issues / systems.
  • Improve patient census and billing practice statistics to optimize reimbursement for the practice.
  • Maintain awareness and interactions with payers such as significant IPA’s, Medical Groups, Foundations, ACO’s associated with the hospital / health system.
  • Execute efficient recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new providers, ensuring the practice is staffed with highly qualified professionals.
  • Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills and overall professional growth.
  • Evaluate the performance of physicians and CRNA’s in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
  • Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
  • Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
  • Ensure practice is appropriately represented and demonstrates their value through leadership roles (as applicable) and/or participation with hospital management, medical staff leadership, Medical Executive, Medical Staff and other hospital committees, and within the local community.

 

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.
  • Maintain membership and privileges on Hospital’s medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of Hospital’s medical staff where services are being provided required.

The Practice

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial – Lodi, California

  • A 214-bed hospital which supports 10 med/surg ICU beds and six (6) ORs.
  • The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities, all within a short drive of the hospital.
  • In-house OB.
  • The pediatric population is healthy, and the laboring patients are generally low risk.
  • The surgical staff is facile with the two daVinci robots onsite, taking the next step in laparoscopic surgery.
  • Same-day surgery cases for additional positions that dilute the call burden.
  • Case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, and labor & delivery.
  • No trauma, no cardiac, and no neurosurgery. No pressure to publish. There are no take back hearts or strokes for clot retrieval.
  • Minor trauma (i.e., ground level falls) and while there are emergencies, they tend to be urgent, not emergent.
  • With over 10,000 cases a year there is plenty of work. Come be a part of it!
  • This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

  • ACLS and PALS required.

  • On call is one 24-hour shift per week.

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Liaison Engineering Organization is seeking Consultant (Level 5) Liaison Engineers to support operations in Everett, Seattle, Auburn, and or Renton Washington. We are looking for a proactive individual who can make prompt engineering decisions and who want to go beyond their desk and into the factory for hands on engineering.

This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills as the candidate will be partnering closely with production personnel.  The candidate will be the engineering representative on the factory floor transforming design into reality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration of propulsion and fuel system changes across airplane systems, developing robust design solutions to support product improvements. 

  • Plan, oversee, review, and approve engineering products and deliverables for the team, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness. 

  • Maintain Boeing design oversight for supplier‑provided fuel system components; review and approve supplier drawings, engineering change proposals, and configuration updates. 

  • Engage suppliers to define, plan, and execute qualification testing and manage supplier‑initiated design modifications. 

  • Manage Boeing Specification Control Document (SCD) requirements, including revisions and new SCD development. 

  • Provide on‑site factory and delivery support in North Charleston: troubleshoot fuel system issues on the production line, support production holds, perform pre‑delivery inspections, and assist with delivery acceptance. 

  • Investigate and resolve fleet, production, and supplier issues (Service Requests, Notices of Escape, Non‑Conformances, Engineering Liaison Requests, Change Notices, etc.) to maintain production flow and delivery schedules. 

  • Coordinate, develop, and publish test plans, procedures, and reports; analyze test, certification, and production data to support timely dispositions. 

  • Support safety, compliance, and airworthiness investigations; create and update system safety analyses and airworthiness limitations for the 787. 

  • Coordinate across internal partners (EME, RM&T, ASE, Structures/Stress, Flight Test, Service Engineering, Production, Ground Ops, Regulatory Administration, etc.) to meet project goals and aircraft delivery milestones. 

  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and opportunities to Propulsion and Program leadership; represent Boeing professionally with suppliers, delivery teams, and external partners. 

  • Work with general supervision, self‑directing activities based on customer, product, and stakeholder needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 9+ years of experience working in an engineering discipline application

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 5: 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Propulsion Engineering

  • Ability to lead a team, including training and mentoring more junior engineers who will contribute to the team’s success.

  • Familiar with ENOVIA, CSDT, REDARS, ETAC, IVX, IVT, CATIA (PDM a plus)

Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership.

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of physical, psychosocial and behavioral needs of the elderly population.
  • Able to understand medical terminology and how it applies to physical therapy, to communicate with participants, staff, IDT and physicians, and how to prepare meaningful reports.
  • Ability to communicate with the participants to establish favorable attitude to motivate the participants to desired cooperation and effort in his/her rehabilitation development.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform physical therapy treatments and related duties as may be delegated by the physical therapist.
  • Communicate Participant's changes and progress per treatment plan on a regular basis to Registered Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal PACE regulations.
  • Maintain proper records according to PACE policy and procedures.
  • Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
  • Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
  • Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
  • Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
  • Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
  • Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
  • Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
  • Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
