Job Summary:

The Sr. Category Manager of Professional Services, HR Benefits, and Financial Services, will oversee all sourcing related activities and processes associated with the acquisition of goods and services, in spend areas that include: HR Benefits, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services, Financial Services, Tax, Accounting, and Finance Consulting. Sourcing related activities include: requirements gathering, identifying sources, creating and issuing Requests for Proposal (RFP), proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, contract drafting, contract administration, and spend analytics. This position will be functionally responsible for ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, ethical and legal business practices, and lowest total cost of ownership procurement.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Align and collaborate with business executives of functional areas to understand business strategy and develop strategic sourcing strategies to drive optimal value in the purchase of goods and services.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations with key suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, diversity, and safety in the supply base.
  • Lead and coach internal business partners and team members on the sourcing process. Role Overview


We are seeking a talented and commercially minded senior reinsurance lawyer with 4 – 8 years’ post-qualification experience to join our growing Legal team.


This is a full-time permanent position based in the U.S. While our preference for the position is that the candidate will be based in our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office on a hybrid working basis (three office days per week), we will consider a more flexible working arrangement for the right candidate.


The role will lead legal support for our US business and offers the opportunity to work on high‑value and sophisticated reinsurance transactions, projects, as well as supporting our US business on other legal matters with the support of external counsel, where necessary.


Experience in the negotiation and drafting of reinsurance treaties is essential.


Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of reinsurance treaties and related contracts, including bespoke agreements to support innovative and industry leading products and solutions.
  • Lead and support the negotiation of a wide variety of reinsurance transactions across the US Structured Life, Health and P&C sectors, including quota share, surplus share, excess of loss, CAT, stop‑loss, longevity, mass lapse, financing reinsurance, asset intensive as well as other bespoke structures and retrocession arrangements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on transactional, regulatory, and commercial issues.
  • Work with business development teams to design new structures and treaty documents based on term sheets and prepare transaction documents that accurately bind business intentions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Business Development, Underwriting, and Executive teams.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on regulatory and governance matters.
  • Assist with due diligence queries, transaction management, and post‑completion activities.
  • Support ongoing legal risk management, policy updates, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Oversee and support US compliance matters managed by the US Compliance team.


Education:


  • JD from an accredited US law school with admittance to at least one US State bar.


Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ reinsurance experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in‑house legal department.
  • Experience in P&C, Health and Structured Life reinsurance transactions.

Job Summary

The Manager of Finance serves as a key operational leader within the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering (AE) Finance team and provides dedicated financial support to both AE and the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL). First Capital Advisors is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for our expanding portfolio of multi-family and retail properties. In this key position, you will play an important role in maximizing the value of existing company-owned assets. Your efforts will help ensure peak property performance and support decision-making, directly impacting our team’s investment strategy and operations.

This is a full-time position based in Wheaton, IL, reporting to and working heavily with our Texas-based Director of Asset Management. Occasional travel throughout Texas is required. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Liaise with lenders, including ongoing compliance with financial reporting requirements, monitoring debt maturities, overseeing escrow requirements, etc.
  • Oversee the completion of replacement reserve requests and lender inspections
  • Conduct various research and analysis to support decision-making
  • Prepare updates for management meetings and quarterly investor reports
  • Review and analyze property operating and accounting reports, with a focus on assessing trends in performance and detecting any operational issues
  • Assist in creating and managing property budgets (operating and capital)
  • Ensure each property performs in accordance with its business plan; suggest modifications when necessary
  • Perform cash flow modeling and produce financial proformas
  • Conduct site visits, which will require occasional travel throughout Texas
  • Coordinate with various third-party vendors
  • Monitor market conditions, including supply and demand dynamics, changing tenant preferences, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess most, but not necessarily all, of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance, economics, or real estate concentration preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a financial analysis capacity within the CRE industry (multi-family preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting required; ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Experience creating and analyzing financial models
  • Understanding of financial concepts, including return metrics (yield on cost, IRR, NPV, DCF, etc.)
  • Understanding of capital structures (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of construction concepts
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Yardi, CoStar, and RealPage is preferred
  • Ability to work with remote teams and properties; must be self-accountable and have strong initiative

Prepare, submit, and maintain monthly Working Capital Fund (WCF) operating plan versus actual variance reporting results and explanations for current fiscal years using the required WCF tool & format.

The reporting results and related information shall be delivered no later than Thursday immediately preceding the monthly WCF Status of Funds (SoF) reporting deadline (typically the 15th of each month).

Prepare, submit and maintain monthly support services plan / actual usage reconciliation report with full-year trend analysis.

The report will be delivered at the mid-month management briefing.

Support externally focused requirements/tasks and provide deliverables, which may include, but is not limited to, providing other branches, offices, or agencies with budget data and analysis.

Both types of support and deliverables (internally focused and externally focused) will require synthesis and presentation of data, development of alternative courses of action, and recommendations to decision makers.

We are looking for a Senior Fund Administrator with minimum 5 years of mutual fund accounting/administration experience

This individual will support a broad spectrum of fund administration and treasury services. The Fund Administration specialist will assist in the preparation and review of a variety of reports, analysis, and administrative tasks related to overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
