Job Overview:

We're looking for a driven Director of Product Marketing to shape strategy, build the infrastructure, and accelerate growth across our clients’ channel ecosystem of glaziers, fabricators, toll manufacturers, and OEMs. This role equips partners with the tools, training, and support they need to perform at their best and drive long-term market success.

Position Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Program Leadership

• Build, lead, and expand the channel partner ecosystem.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new channel partners.
• Develop and manage onboarding and ramp-up programs.
• Create partner toolkits and track partner KPIs.

Sales & Partner Enablement

• Create best-in-class sales enablement assets.
• Lead product marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives.
• Train internal teams and external partners.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Partner with R&D and Executive Leadership to maintain a multi-year product roadmap.
• Translate field and partner feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Own product-level positioning, IP maintenance, and differentiation strategies.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy for product offerings and specification pathways.
• Build and execute launch plans.
• Partner with Sales, R&D, and Executive Leadership on pricing, packaging, segmentation, and channel-specific offerings.

Client Engagement & Market Intelligence

• Serve as a hands-on product expert.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop between channel partners, clients, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Shape the product narrative across channels.
• Develop messaging frameworks, case studies, application notes, and thought-leadership content.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in glass and 5 years in product (management and/or marketing)
• Experience marketing across multi-step channels (at least 3 steps)
• Experience building channel partner marketing/sales enablement go-to-market programs (needs to be able to articulate the strategy, not just the deliverables executed – This ties to experience with demand gen)
• Career history of promotions and long-term stability at companies (3+ years)
• Demonstration of critical thinking and intelligence (asking thorough questions, understanding the why, etc)
• Willingness to work on-site
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (ie success at a previous startup, strong revenue results for a new market category in a short timeframe, etc)

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing, with at least 4+ years in building materials (building envelope specifically)
• Proven experience building and managing channel partner programs
• Experience working directly with glaziers, fabricators, OEMs, or similar channel ecosystems strongly preferred
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign or Illustrator), a plus
• Thrives in high-growth, evolving environments and is comfortable shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• A passion for innovation and improving how buildings are designed, constructed, and operated

Summary

The Material Logistics Planning Manager oversees the development and execution of strategies that ensure efficient organization of materials, logistics, and supply flow. This role aligns master schedules and production calendars to maintain seamless coordination across operations. This role also monitors inventory levels, supply orders, and resource availability to support uninterrupted production. Additionally, the position serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring strong communication and aligned workflows.

Essential Functions:

Process Development:

• Establish foundational systems: Design and implement comprehensive materials management processes, including receiving, inventory control, storage, and distribution procedures
• Create organizational structure: Build materials team roles, responsibilities, and accountability frameworks from the ground up
• Implement tracking and control systems: Develop material flow tracking, inventory accuracy protocols, and performance measurement systems

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Oversee all materials management activities for the Fort Worth assembly facility, including receiving, inventory control, kitting, and shipping operations

• Responsible for creating and overseeing master schedules and calendars, and monitoring inventory lists and supply orders
• Develop and implement materials flow processes that support our assembly line transformation and handle 30+ concurrent large module builds
• Manage materials counts and inventory levels in JD Edwards MRP system
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and work tasks involving other teams or staff members, while acting as a liaison among internal units and external vendors
• Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting services; primary objective is to reduce costs, enhance accuracy, improve customer service, and ensure safety

• Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations relating to building construction, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, state energy code requirements, local zoning requirements, and job site erosion control.
• Investigate compliance complaints and, if necessary, mediate a resolution.

• Conducts site inspections of new and old commercial and residential buildings and structures to ensure compliance with approved plans and codes, notes violations. Approved plans will be reviewed, are posted on the construction site, and are reviewed by the inspector to see that they are properly implemented. Reinspects to ensure all noted violations have been corrected. THE CONTEXT

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Metal Building Engineer to serve as THE technical resource on our sales team. In this role, you will use your knowledge of metal building system design, with tools like Metal Building Software (MBS), RISA 3D, Enercalc and others, to develop accurate estimates, preliminary designs, and cost-effective solutions for pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), steel structures, and related systems. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and competitive metal building preliminary designs, and material takeoffs using industry-standard software (e.g., Metal Building Software (MBS), Tekla Structures, RISA 3D, Enercalc, CFS, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel)
• Perform preliminary structural design and layout of pre-engineered metal building systems, including complex framing, hybrid structures, and conventional steel buildings
• Ensure all estimates and designs comply with current building codes, local regulations, wind/seismic loads, and company engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with MBI outside sales executives, customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements, provide technical recommendations, and offer value-engineering suggestions to optimize cost, performance, and constructability
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer meetings, presentations, and site visits; explain product features, structural capabilities, material options, and system benefits clearly and persuasively
• Support the full sales cycle: respond to RFQs/RFPs, conduct technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations to close deals
• Review and interpret architectural/engineering drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop tailored solutions
• Provide post-sale technical support to facilitate handing off the project to our operations teams for execution
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, building codes, and competitive offerings; contribute competitive intelligence to the team
• Collaborate with MBI’s Director of Engineering on internal best practices to improve the design, performance and efficiency of our tools and processes related to design and engineering tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with experience in the Structural discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification; SE is NOT required for this position
• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in metal building design
• Proficiency in metal building design software (MBS) required
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Revit, Tekla, or SketchUp required
• Solid understanding of structural steel design principles, building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC), load calculations, and metal building components/systems

SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate, Building Science Knowledge Systems, who will support and help manage projects that strengthen the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) ability to assemble, store, and disseminate codes, standards, performance criteria, and best practices in the built environment. Our goal is to make knowledge easier to access and understand so that buildings are safer, more efficient, and more innovative. This role will own defined project workstreams and support multi-stakeholder projects to ensure alignment with client goals, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors, contribute to clear communication and reporting, and help ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects and workstreams with emphasis on building technology and innovation.
• Draft and maintain project workplans and schedules for assigned projects and workstreams.
• Support defining and documenting project scope, deliverables, KPIs, and success criteria; maintain trackers and dashboards for performance reporting.
• Support budget, schedule, and resource management for assigned projects; assist with Estimate to Complete (ETC), forecasting, and status reporting; flag variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify, track, and help mitigate tasks, project risks, and client relationship risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Support quality assurance activities to help ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, researchers, IT specialists, and subcontractors.
• Support client communications by preparing meeting materials, notes, and regular status updates; participate in client calls as needed.
• Support knowledge management practices: maintain project files, ensure accessibility of content, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, webinars, and technical meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
• Monitor industry trends in digital codes & standards and AEC innovative solutions; share relevant insights and help apply best practices to project delivery.
• Surface resourcing, skill, and process gaps that may affect delivery and share recommendations with the project lead and senior leaders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting repeatable approaches, templates, and knowledge management practices; support change management activities as needed.
• Adhere to and support compliance with organizational standards, federal contracting norms, and relevant industry regulations.
• Self-manage workloads and proactively coordinate with supervisor and project lead on priorities, risks, and capacity.
• Support business development by contributing to proposal inputs, capturing client needs, and identifying organic growth opportunities through project-based relationships.
• Contribute to NIBS external presence by supporting presentations, drafting technical content, and participating in industry forums as appropriate.

A security clearance is not required, however ability to be granted or to obtain at a minimum, an interim Secret security clearance during employment and then obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the period of employment, is strongly preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct report responsibilities. The Senior Associate may provide task-level guidance to internal team members and contracted staff within assigned workstreams.

The Project Manager will manage project team members, manage subcontractors, and ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer across the organization.

• Establish and enforce quality management frameworks, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, researchers, IT specialists, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining professional communication and transparent reporting.
• Oversee knowledge management practices: maintain project files, ensure accessibility of content, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Guide stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, webinars, and technical meetings.
• Monitor industry trends in digital codes & standards, AEC innovative solutions and integrate best practices into project delivery.
• Inform senior leaders of gaps in skills needed for project delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, recommending ways to establish systematic continuous improvement as able, knowledge management plans, and change management plans as needed to support successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, federal contracting norms, and relevant industry regulations.
• Self-manage workloads and proactively coordinate with supervisor on concerns related to workload.
• Support business development; identifying organic growth opportunities through project-based relationships.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and professional eminence by representing NIBS externally.
